Announcement
This document is no joke or wild rant;
it is seriousness--The United States of
America is under attack by "Enslavists,"
especially Barack Hussein Obama.
In my document entitled The "Benghazi Killings Scandal": A Short Information-and-Status Report, I talk about the killings of Americans at a U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, on September 11, 2012, and I show that Barack Obama did nothing to protect the Americans who while they were under attack (some Americans were injured at Benghazi and several were killed), and I show that, in essence, Barack Obama can be seen as abetting the killers (you can reach The "Benghazi Killings Scandal": A Short Information-and-Status Report by using this Benghazi link). The "Benghazi Killings Scandal" is not the only event in which Barack Obama has ties to killings; early in the first term as the U.S. President, Barack Obama's administration ran a gun-running program called "Fast and Furious," which was designed to get guns in the hands of thugs in Mexico and not follow the guns in some way (such as through some electronic means) to whatever the thugs ended up with the guns, and a number of Mexicans were killed with some of the guns and at least one American border agent was killed, and a smart person understands that the "Fast and Furious" program was set up so that the Barack Obama administration could stir up outrage in the United States of America about how people in Mexico were easily getting guns from gun shops in the United States of America and using the guns to kill people, such as innocent Americans. The biggest tie to the killings of not only American citizens but also the country and The United States Constitution in general is tied to two bad pieces of legislation that were enacted in the first term for Barack Obama as the U.S. President--the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 and the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010. Both federal acts are loved by enslavists, such as Barack Obama, because they enslave the citizens of the United States of America to the federal government, especially when it is controlled completely by the members of the Democratic Party of the United States of America, which, today, is made up of black racists, black radicals, communists, socialists (who are soft-line communists), and Islamists. On Monday, February 18, 2013, I listened to The Mark Levin Show, a nationally syndicated radio show that is hosted by Mark R. Levin, and during one segment of the show (in the second hour of the three-hour program), Mark R. Levin talked about some of the very bad that has been done to the United States of America by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 and the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010 or, really, by all of the persons in the U.S. Congress who voted "yes" for passage of the two pieces of legislation and by Barack Hussein Obama who signed the pieces of legislation into law. Here is a text version of what Mark R. Levin spoke (and the material is set down as I heard it, and I have not made it truly exact, such as by showing all the necessary quotation marks for material that he might have been reading, my having no idea where all the quotation marks should be):
"...All right, let's get down to it. What is really going on with this 'Obamacare,' which is already a disaster, and it hasn't even been fully implemented? You're gonna pay through the nose. The quality of your care is going to be reduced. The waiting times are going to be extended. Why the hell would be trade in the greatest health-care system on the face of the earth for this Soviet-style top-down iron-fisted system? Well, in truth, you didn't trade it it for this. Oh, yes, yes, I know people voted for Obama. But I wanna give you a little bit more information. You've heard some of this maybe, rather superficially, but I've done some digging over the weekend. As you know, Congress passed the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act or 'Obamacare' March 22, 2010--all Democrats, not a single Republican. Twenty-seven-hundred-pages long. No statute--none--should be twenty-seven-hundred-pages long. No statute should be twenty-seven-hundred-pages long. The law establishes about a hundred-and-eighty new bureaucracies and agencies and commissions and boards and programs. They have the power to tell doctors and hospitals what is quality care, what's not, best practices, the availability of medicines, and on and on and on. And the Congressional Research Service reported the precise number of new entities that will ultimately be created is currently unknown. The regulatory burden is going to be enormous. The taxes! Twenty-one different taxes. The burden's going to be enormous. And during the early stages of the law's implementation, the Executive Branch already issued last year thirteen-thousand pages of 'Obamacare' regulations. And the initial Internal Revenue Service regulations--they amounted to a hundred-and-fifty-nine pages. Now, this is what I want you to listen to, because this is the problem. When Congress passed 'Obamacare,' it attempted by statute to confer fundamental legislative powers on the Executive Branch, and it even sought to prohibit future Congresses from altering its unconstitutional acts. So you have a super-majority of Democrats and Obama who are trying to change The Constitution, empowering the Executive Branch to legislate through 'Obamacare' and to try and immunize what they've created from future Congresses. This was, in some ways, a constitutional coup. Now, specifically, Congress created this fifteen-member Independent Payment Advisory Board, which ostensibly is responsible for controlling Medicare costs. This Board submits a proposal to Congress, which automatically becomes law, and the Department of Health and Human Services must automatically implement, unless--and only unless--the proposal is blocked by Congress and the President, and even then, it can only be blocked if the Congress and President come up with and agree to a substitute. So Congress creates this entity, Obama signs on to it, and this entity has equal or more power than our two elected branches of government. Did you know that? 'Obamacare' also prohibits you--the citizen--from challenging the Board's decision in court. These decisions affect you and your lives. You can't even under this law take it to court. Also, as I said, 'Obamacare' seeks to tie the hands of future Congresses. In other words, that Congress that passed this is dead and gone! So, they seek to control this Congress and every future Congress by forbidding Congresses from repealing the Board--itself, outside of a seven-month period in the year 2017. There's a small window. And only then--they claim--can that Congress repeal the Board all together. And it has to repeal it by a super-majority of three-fifths vote of both Houses. And if Congress doesn't act in that time frame in the year 2017, 'Obamacare' says Congress is prohibited from ever altering the Board and its proposal power. Period! Are you not stunned? Apart from all the rest, the abuse of power by that Congress--that super-majority Democrat Congress--and Obama--temporary politicians all--in attempting to reorganize the federal government and fundamentally redraft The Constitution, outside of either amendment process, with the intention of binding future Congresses and leaving citizens with no political or legal recourse is simply sinister! It's tyranny! And that's what that law did! And there's nary a word about it! But I'm not done. To show you how sinister that super-majority Democrat Congress was and this President is and was. You know what happened a few months after they did that? They did it again under something called Dodd-Frank. July 21, 2010, four months after 'Obamacare,' the same Congress passed and the President signed the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, known as Dodd-Frank--supposedly intended to protect the consumer from risky decisions by financial institutions. Mark, we need more regulations! Oh, really? This law is every bit as offensive to our Constitution as 'Obamacare,' because it also violates the 'Separation of Power Doctrine' and it insulates broad policy making decisions from we the people. Let me explain. Under Dodd-Frank, Congress established the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. All these bureaus like the old Soviet Union or Red China. Communists like bureaus, don't you know! Now, this Bureau has open-ended power--open-ended power--to prevent certain financial institutions from committing or engaging in--quote--unfair, deceptive, or abusive practices, respecting a consumer financial product or service. What does that mean--'unfair, deceptive, or abusive practices'? The statute doesn't define them. This Board has exclusive authority to prescribe rules, issue guidance, conduct examinations, require reports, or issue exemptions with little recourse by those affected by its decisions. Congress--that Congress in 2010--denied future Congresses any appropriations authority over this Board, because this Board is authorized under this Dodd-Frank law to fund itself by unilaterally claiming funds out of the Federal Reserve Board's budget. And the director of this Board [the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau] determines unilaterally the amount of funding the Board receives from the Federal Reserve. And the law also exsplively, explicitly prohibits the House and Senate appropriations committees from even attempting to review the budget. And the director of this Board receives a five-year term, and he can only be removed by the President of the United States--quote--for inefficiency, neglect of duty, or malfeasance in office--unquote. So, the idea of a unitary executive with the President is charge of his employees. No! He has to actually have cause to fire this guy! He's not at will. I'm not done. Under this Dodd-Frank bill, Congress established a fifteen-member Financial Stability Oversight Council. I tell, ya, this is all like commie stuff. He just....anyway. And he granted that Council broad executive powers. It has open-ended discretion to designate non-bank financial institutions system, systematically important--systemically important. Sorry, I don't have my glasses! Systemically important! Why is that important? Because once they unilaterally designate a non-bank financial institution as systemically important, from that flows wide-ranging regulatory authority over these businesses. The law actually prohibits aggrieved parties from challenging the legal sufficiency of these actions and conclusions in court. Two colossal power grabs set up by the last Democrat Congress and Obama empowering the massive administrative state--the bureaucracy--attempting to grant to the bureaucracy and the Executive Branch, constitutional authority that The Constitution rests with the Legislative Branch. And it rests with the Legislative Branch, ladies and gentlemen, because you and I elect the Legislative Branch. The power of the purse, which belongs to the Legislative Branch, now belongs to these entities. Now, you see, it would seem counterintuitive, wouldn't it, for Congress to surrender its own power to this, these entities that it creates, which are housed within the Executive Branch? But if the purpose is to centralize and concentrate power in the federal government--in defiance of The Constitution, in defiance of republicanism and federalism, which if you've read Ame, Ameritopia, you know that's the purpose--and you know, and you know that this makes perfect sense. The problem is it's destroying our country. Now you know the core of the problem with 'Obamacare' and Dodd-Frank. And they passed those two within four months of each other, and can you imagine if they'll do if they take the House of Representatives back in 2014. The damage they've already created is just beyond imagination...."
That completes the material--all the material--that was spoken by Mark R. Levin on the subject. You can see the United States of America can now be considered the "Communist States of America," since, for one, the country can be controlled through entities not beholden to the U.S. Congress and not beholden to even, to some extent, the U.S. President (given how it will be hard for a U.S. President to remove a person from the job as the head of Consumer Financial Protection Bureau), and since, also, the citizen cannot fight back in court against the Financial Stability Oversight Council. A person who studies the material from Mark R. Levin can determine through analysis that the country truly does have what can be called a "shadow" government, which can run things--money runs things--in the country without restrictions from the U.S. Congress and which can make the U.S. Congress powerless. A person can see that, actually, a U.S. President could run the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and Financial Stability Oversight Council completely, having the clout as the U.S. President, and that would make the U.S. President all powerful in relation to the financial matters of the federal government and all the citizens--he would be the dictator and not the President of the country and could spend and spend and spend and easily crash the country economically, which would put all the citizens in the country in the poor house since the citizens in the country are obligated to pay off all the debts of the country in some matter. By the way, a U.S. President, such as a man like Barack Obama, could end up easily giving money to other countries, such as bad countries, at will. Think about what else was said! Never has a U.S. Congress and a U.S. President had the power to stop any future U.S. Congress or U.S. President from removing an enacted law or current law. Really, as Mark R. Levin noted, The United States Constitution does not give the particular powers to Barack Obama that Barack Obama has been given by the U.S. Congress and himself. Since January 20, 2009, Barack Obama has violated The United States Constitution several times, knowing he can get away with such action if no one challenges him or knowing it can take a long time to challenge him in court, so it seems very likely Barack Obama will exercise what seems to be his dreams of acting like an unrestricted dictator even more now.
