The United States of America is a country that has a structure that is based on a constitution, which, for instance, defines the main parts of the federal government and gives individuals special rights that do not exist in many other countries (places, for example, under the section known as "The Bill of Rights"), and the federal government has been set up with checks and balances related to the different main parts (particularly the Legislative Branch, the Judicial Branch, and the Executive Branch).  The Executive Branch is headed by a "president" and not a "king" or a "messiah" or a dictator-like person, and the structure of  the federal government with its checks-and-balances feature has the purpose of making sure no one individual can become like a king or messiah or a dictator (in the 1700s, George Washington rejected the idea of having a king at the head of  the federal government and agreed to become the president, a position that for him and any particular person who would follow him in the office would have a time limit).  It was on Tuesday, January 20, 2009, that Barack Obama was sworn in as the the president of the U.S., and since then, much nonsense has from this man who some have regarded as, for instance, a "messiah," and during the time, people have learned he has socialistic policies (at least) and can be defined as a Marxist and maybe even a communist (having ties to communists, such as William Ayers (of Chicago, Illinois) and the teachings of a communist, Saul Alinsky, who wrote Rules for Radicals).

1. Executive Order:
An "executive order" is an order that a U.S. president can make without support or oversight of the U.S. Congress.  On Thursday, January 22, 2009, Barack Obama signed an executive order that was designed to start the process to close down a prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba; the prison is a detention facility for prisoners related to the war in Iraq and Afghanistan.  He also ordered the stopping of some interrogation techniques, such as "water boarding."

[Here is a special note: Around this time, Detroit, Michigan, had about a $300-million-dollar deficit, and the illiteracy rate in Detroit was about 47 percent, and the jobless rate in Detroit was about 21 percent, and, for several years, Michigan has been in a recession.]

2. Executive Order:
Barack Obama used an Executive Order of January 24, 2009, to change an Executive Order that had been made by U.S. President George W. Bush on January 21, 2001, and, in essence, the Executive Order that was made by Barack Obama allowed U.S. taxpayer money to be used to fund abortions in foreign countries and be associated with family-planning programs related to the U.S. Agency for International Development and the United Nations Population Fund.

3. Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act:
This federal act was one of the first that was signed into law by Barack Obama, and it dealt with equal pay, and it was designed to supposedly remove the statute of limitations that existed in relation to pay discrimination court cases put forth by women, and it became law on January 29, 2009.

4. Executive Order:
It was on Friday, February 6, 2009, that Barack Obama created the "Economic Recovery Advisory Board" through an executive order.

5. Adjustment to SCHIP:
This federal act was designed to provide health care to more children, and it was signed into law on February 4, 2009.  The law effected the State Children's Health Insurance Program or SCHIP.  One problem is that it allowed people with earnings of up to about $100,000 to take part in the program (even though they already could afford care for children), and it allowed children of illegal aliens to take part.

6. The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act:
This federal act was signed into law on February 17, 2009, and it was reported that it had a minimum budget of 787-billion dollars (or so), but the cost was really well above one-trillion dollars (if, at least, interest is taken into account).  This federal act is such a bad piece of law; when it was being created in the U.S. Congress in January/February 2009, it was said the Congressional Budget Office said that is was bad business and would hurt the economy in the long run.  This act also addressed "card check" (which is related to labor-union organizing).   It created the beginnings of a national-health-care system, such as by creating the "Federal Coordinating Council for Comparative Effectiveness Research"  (such a nitwit set of words)  [To see how the national-health-care system in the United Kingdom is failing, you should see all the articles related to it at liberty-page.com.]

7. An event with a speech:
It was on Wednesday, February 18, 2009, that Barack Obama announced and people first heard how Barack Obama wanted to used 75-billion dollars of federal money to, for one, help people make payments on mortgages that were near foreclosure.

[It was on Thursday, February 19, 2009, that Rick Santelli (who had experience in investing, who was at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and was shown on camera) made these statements and a few others on television (a show shown on CNBC entitled Squawk Box):
"...I've been just glued to it, because Mr. Ross' nailed it.  You know, the government is promoting bad behavior because we certainly don't want to put stimulus forth and give people a whooping eight or ten dollars in their check and think that they ought to save it.  And in terms of modifications, I'll tell you what, I have an idea, you know the, the new administration's big on computers and technology--How 'bout this, president and new administration, why don't you put up a Web site, have people vote on the Internet as a referendum, to see if we really want to subsidize the losers' mortgages or would we like to at least buy cars and buy houses in foreclosure and give them to people that might have a chance to actually prosper down the road and reward people that can carry the water, instead of drink the water?...."
"...This is America!  How many of you people want to pay for your neighbor's mortgage that has an extra bathroom and can't pay their bills?  Raise their hands!...."
    "...President Obama, are you listening?...."
"...You know, Cuba used to have mansions and a relatively decent economy.  They moved from the individual [to] the collective, now they're driving fifty-four Chevys...last great car to come out of Detroit...."]

[Here is a side note: On Monday, February 23, 2009, Barack Obama held a "summit" with some U.S. Congressman, in which they were supposed to listen to Barack Obama and then break up into groups ("break-out sessions') and come up with ideas to stop useless spending, and the U.S. Congressmen were to report to Barack Obama with ideas in the near future.  Officially, it was a "Fiscal Responsibility Summit."  By  the way, on Tuesday, February 24, 2009, Barack Obama would make an address to the U.S. Congress and make a lot of nonsense statements, one of which is listed in the document entitled Nonsense Statements and Quotations of Barack Obama, which can be reached by using this link: Quotes.]

[Here is one idea of what an "earmark" is: An "earmark" is a spending provision that is put in a government bill by a U.S. Senator or a U.S. Representative, and one reason that a earmark might be put in a bill is so that the senator or the representative that offered it for the bill will be persuaded to sign or vote yes on the entire bill, which can be filled with many provisions and earmarks, and, remember, when a bill is signed into law by the president of the country, it becomes a "law" or an "act" (and is not longer considered a "bill").]

8.  Budget outline:
On February 26, 2009, Barack Obama issued a budget outline (related to at least about $3.6 trillion in spending, and, for example, it had tax increases for many citizens and had provisions for a "cap-and-trade" system for the country, which, by the way, has nothing to do with restricting goods from other countries from entering the country so that jobs can be saved, which some people might  believe "cap and trade" is about.

[To learn more about "cap and trade," you  should see the document entitled Michigan Travel Tips #59, which can be reached at this link: Travel #59.]

[Omnibus Appropriations Act, which is designed to fund the federal government through September 30, 2009, passes the U.S. House of Representatives on Thursday, February 26, 2009, and, on the same day, Barack Obama offered his proposal for a regular operating budget.]

9. The Rick Wagoner/GM event:
On Monday, March 30, 2009, Barack Obama made statements related to GM and Chrysler, and one of the statements noted that Rick Wagoner was leaving his position as, for example, CEO of General Motors Corporation, and, in essence, Barack Obama fired an executive of a business, which is not what a president should do or be involved with.

10. Ties with Cuba changed:
On Monday, April 13, 2009, a big story was that Barack Obama had adjusted the ban on sending money to people in Cuba and traveling to Cuba, which is a dictatorship country that has sugar and tobacco as its main products, which are controlled by the Castro brothers.  (Since the 1950s, citizens of the country have escaped the country for a better country--the United States.)

11. Barack Obama's Department of Homeland Security note:
On April 17, 2009, Barack Obama through the Department of Homeland Security put out a warning to law enforcement officials around the country that they should watch out for increasing activity by "right-wing extremists," such as those that "reject federal authority over state or local authority," which, by the way, is a right rooted in the idea of "federalism" in The U.S. Constitution.  (See the first listing for Tuesday, April 14, 2009, of the document entitled Nonsense Statements and Quotations of Barack Obama, which can be reached through this Quotes link, and see the document entitled T.H.A.T. #61, which can be reached at this link: T.H.A.T. #61.)

12. CIA secret memos of and for U.S. President George W. Bush:
On April 16, 2009, Barack Obama released four federal-government memos of the U.S. President George W. Bush administration related to the treatment of prisoners of war, and it was the first time that a U.S. President released such like secret memos of a previous U.S. President, setting down bad policy and setting off what will probably be something bad for the country and other good countries related to security in the future.  (Barrett, Devlin.  "Obama releases Bush-era memos on torture." The Associate Press, 16 April 2009, p. NA.)

[Note: Michael Hayden, the CIA director for U.S. President George W. Bush's administration, said on Fox News Sunday on Sunday, April 19, 2009: "...I think that teaching our enemies our outer movements, by taking techniques off the table, we have made it more difficult in a whole host of circumstances I can imagine more difficult for CIA officers to defend the nation.  The really dangerous effect of this, Chris, is that you have agency officers stepping back from the kinds of things that the nation expects them to do.  I mean if you were to go to an agency officer today and say--'Go do this.'  And why am I authorized to do this?  And I say it's authorized by the president, the attorney general says it awful, and it's been briefed to Congress.  That agency officer's going to say--'Yea, I know, but I see what's going on here now.  And have you run it by the ACLU, what's The New York Times' editorial board think, have you discussed this with any potential presidential candidates?...."   The statement was in response to Chris Wallace's asking Michael Hayden if extracting information that the country needs from prisoners will be harder.]

13. Summit of the Americas:
On Friday, April 17, 2009, and Saturday, April 18, 2009, Barack Obama meet leaders of other countries considered in the America's hemisphere in Port-of-Spain, Trinidad, during the Summit of the Americas.  One person that Barack Obama met was the dangerous dictator-type Daniel Ortega of Nicaragua (who was returned to power in 2006); at one point during the event, Barack Obama sat and watched, while Daniel Ortega delivered a speech of about fifty minutes in length, which was, in essence, an oral attack on the U.S..  In addition, on Saturday, Barack Obama spent time with Hugo Chavez, who was the president of Venezuela, which has a dictator-type government, and Hugo Chavez presented to Barack Obama a book that is, in essence, a U.S.-bashing book entitled The Open Veins of Latin America: Five Centuries of the Pillage of a Continent, which was written by Eduardo Galeano, and there was a photograph session in which Barack Obama and Hugo Chavez were shaking hands, and, certainly, it looked as if Barack Obama supports the ways of Hugo Chavez.  (By the way, in April 2009, Barack Obama had already put down the U.S. during his trip in Europe for, for example, the G-20 Summit and had bowed to the king of Saudi Arabia, which he should not have done.)

14. A hype event:
On Monday, April 20, 2009, Barack Obama met with the presidential cabinet and talked about their cutting budgets, and, for example, Barack Obama said that "...Janet Napolitano of the Department of Homeland Security estimates that they can save up to fifty-two-million dollars over five years just by purchasing office supplies in bulk..." and "...I'm asking for all of them [the departments] to identify at least a hundred-million dollars in additional cuts...."  It was a hype event, trying to show that Barack Obama is cutting spending, though he has already increased U.S. spending and national debt by at least four-trillion dollars (one-trillion dollars is one-thousand-billion dollars, and four-trilliion dollars is four-thousand-billion dollars, and four-trillion dollars can be written as $4,000,000,000,000.00).  Did you know one-hundred-million dollars can be written as $100,000,000.00?  Barack Obama's announced possible cuts in budgets on this day cannot make any noticeable dent in his spending so far.]

15. Possibly nationalizing nineteen of the largest banks (at least):
On Monday, April 20, 2009, Americans learned from newspapers and the Internet, such as through Boston.com, that Barack Obama was considering switching federal-government loan money in nineteen of the largest banks into stock in the banks, and that would mean the federal government would be an owner in some banks and would mean there would be some "nationalization" of banks in the country.  (Andrews, Edmund L. (The New York Times).  "US may turn its loans to banks into stock." Boston.com, 20 April 2009, p. NA.)

16. Another press conference:
On Wednesday, April 29, 2009, Barack Obama did another boring and useless press conference, which happened to take place on the 100th day of his being in the office of the President of the United States of America, and it was another event in which he opened with a statement, which came to him over a teleprompter, and then there was a question-and-answer session, in which reporters asked nearly useless questions, given that none were about the 6.1 decrease in GDP for  the first quarter of the year, the big spending that he is doing (numerous trillions of dollars), et cetera.
(For more information, see Never Forget These Media "Darlings" ?: A Guide for the Individual in the United States of America, which can be reached by using this link: Media.)

17. Another speech:
On Sunday, May 17, 2009, Barack Obama appeared at Notre Dame University, where he was given an honorary degrees and the event followed a week in which there had been a number of horrific events that had ties to Barack Obama.  On Wednesday, May 13, 2009, Barack Obama was at Arizona State University, where he gave a depressing speech to graduating students, a speech that put down the American business industry, which is a common theme for Barack Obama (to see some of the statements that Barack Obama has made in the past, you are encouraged to see my document entitled Nonsense Statements and Quotations of Barack Obama, and you should go to the entry for May 13, 2009).  In the last several weeks of 2008 and in the first few months of 2009, Barack Obama purposely announced policies or enacted policies that were not good for business in the country--the stock market fell and people put off buying cars and such--and that gave the auto makers even more problems than they had had already, and, on Thursday, May 14, 2009, Chrysler Corporation, which had recently gone into bankruptcy protectiong, announced that the ties of 789 dealerships to Chrysler were being cut, and that put more people out of work around the country (Remember: A short while ago, in essence, Barack Obama had taken control of Chrysler Corporation and given the control to Fiat (a foreign company) and the management of the United Auto Workers, using intimidation and coercion, and evidence of the intimidation can be found in the document entitled Madness in a President and Other Matters of a Defective Mind and the document entitled Frank Beckmann of WJR-AM Interviews Tom Lauria, an Attorney in Chrysler Mess).  On Friday, May 15, 2009, General Motors Corporation announced that the ties of about 1,100 dealerships with General Motors Corporation were being cut, and that put even more people ouf of work.  The speech at University of Notre Dame by Barack Obama, who is a "deconstructor" and destroyer of things not of his mind, drew protests from Catholics and others, because Barack Obama supports abortion and even "infantacide," which is the killing of a newly born child if the child is not wanted, and, again, Barack Obama gave a speech that put down the United States of America, which he hates, as can been seen through the many statements that are presented in documents related to Barack Obama that exist at the Web site for The Hologlobe Press, and statements of the speech can be found in the document entitled Nonsense Statements and Quotations of Barack Obama, and the speech also drew protests because people thought Barack Obama did not deserve an honorary degree and because people who sponsored the idea of giving out the honorary degree were deemed not good, and, certainly, I think the degree is a "sham" degree.  (For further reading, you should see: "Infanticide." Wikipedia.com, 13 May, 2009, p. NA.; Brown, Judie, and Frank Walker.  "Notre Dame, Trustees, and Father Jenkins's  Final Word."  CNSNews.com, 15 May 2009, p. NA; Stanek, Jill.  "Obama's 10 reasons for supporting infanicide." WorldNetDaily.com, 16 January 2008, p. NA.)

18. Credit-card reform:
On Friday, May 22, 2009, Barack Obama signed into law the Credit Card Accountability, Responsibility, and Disclosure Act of 2009.

19. General Motors Corporation's bankruptcy day:
On Monday, June 1, 2009, General Motors Corporation went into bankruptcy, and Barack Obama made a speech about the event (some text of which can be seen in the document Nonsense Statements and Quotations of Barack Obama, a link to which is at the bottom of this document).  One of the things that Barack Obama said was that the federal government does not want to run the new General Motors Corporation, but--really--it was Barack Obama who set the terms for the management team of the company and the terms of what the new company would be doing (and, really, Barack Obama lied a bunch of times during the speech).  Also, on this day, Timothy Geithner, who is the head of the U.S. Department of Treasury, though he was shown to be a tax cheat, was in China, and Timothy Geithner spoke to students at Peking University, where he had studied Chinese years ago, about how the U.S. spending--under the direction of Barack Obama--would not hurt China's financial interests in the U.S., and students--disbelieving him--laughed out loud (Pethokoukis, James.  "UPDATE 3--Geithner tells China its dollar assets are safe."  Reuters, 1 June 2009, 8:03 a.m. EDT.).

20. A speech in Cairo, Egypt:
On Thursday, June 5, 2009, Barack Obama was at Cairo University, Cairo, Egypt, and Barack Obama gave another speech (on the next day, he would be in Germany), and, for one, Barack Obama pushed the idea of a two-state solution to the problems in the Middle East, which is a bad idea.

[Note: On Wednesday, June 10, 2009, talk-show hosts on radio made it much more public that Barack Obama had recently set it up so that now U.S. military people, FBI people, and CIA people have to read the "Miranda Rights" to captured enemy combantants on the battlefield, such as in Afghanistan, and, for instance, Mike Rogers (a U.S. Representative related to Michigan) talked about the topic on The Mark Levin Show on that day; Mike Rogers had learned about this bad policy while on a recent fact-finding trip in Afghanistan.  Offering Miranda Rights protection to enemy combantants is terrible, terrible policy, and it is something that has never been done by the United States of America under any previous U.S. President.  For one, in essence, this Barack Obama policy puts U.S. military personnel in danger, making them have to do police-like work instead of soldier work!  On June 10, 2009, during the interview, Mike Rogers, who is a member of the Select Committee on Intelligence, reported that, in essence, the start up of the policy had not been reported to him, as it should have been.]

21. Town Hall Meeting in Green Bay, Wisconsin:
It is commonplace for Barack Obama to not be in Washington, D.C., and to be elsewhere, and the purpose of his being away is to sell himself, present lies about proposed policies, et cetera.  On June 11, 2009, Barack Obama was in Green Bay, Wisconsin, to do more pitching about the proposed national-health-care system to what he would probably call the "little guy," and, of course, Barack Obama was on the road so that he could get coverage on radio and television and show he is having another "town meeting" with the "little guy," who--Barack Obama probably hopes--will see the wonderful Barack Obama is just like him.

22. Meeting before some doctors:
On Monday, June 15, 2009, Barack Obama was in Chicago, Illinois, and gave another speech, and the audience was made up of members of the American Medical Association (or the AMA).  Remember: Most doctors are not affiliated with the AMA.  On this day, Barack Obama was pushing his idea of completely changing the health-care industry in the country through government legislation, and, in essence, Barack Obama used the event to make it seem to the public that he was getting doctors to agree to the proposed changes (whatever they were).  [On this day, the big story was the election taking place in Iran.  In the coming week, there would be protests in Iran over the results of the election, and Iranian millitary would attack, beat, and kill some demonstrators, and Barack Obama would have little to say about the events going on in Iran]

23. Announcement about overhauling the financial industry:
On Wednesday, June 18, 2009, Barack Obama announced that he had proposals to change the laws related to the financial industry in the country.

24. News Conference:
On Tuesday, June 23, 2009, Barack Obama held another news conference, which began with his making some statements about his pushl for a national-health-care system, a cap-and-trade bill (the Waxman-Markey Bill), and protests and killings or beatings of protesters in Iran over the past week or so.  The event was covered by the main broadcast television networks and by a few cable networks.  Although the Iran event was surely the most important topic of the three main topics of the day, Barack Obama put the emphasis on his working to pass the two big--massive--bills; in other words, Barack Obama did not really show between June 12, 2009, and June 23, 2009, his support for the people of Iran who were protesting (and statements made by Barack Obama on this day can be found in the document entitled Nonsense Statements and Quotations of Barack Obama).

25. "Obama Day on ABC-TV" (this is my informal label):
On Wednesday, June 24, 2009, Barack Obama appeared on a number of programs of ABC-TV, some of which were Nightline and Good Morning, America, and the big event was a special one-hour show about health care that aired for one hour beginning at 10:00 p.m. (EDT).  The program was really a one-sided presentation, offering Barack Obama's thoughts about a national-health-care program, though people in the audience did ask questions of him; there was no real debate on the subject--about the good and bad of the way in which the current health-care industry works or about the good and bad of what Barack Obama is really proposing for a health-care system for the country--or the program did not have, for instance, two panels of people who actually debated so that viewers could understand what is being proposed and so that the lies about the proposed Barack Obama plan could be exposed.  Really, the program was nothing more than an "infomercial," which focused on Barack Obama's side of the argumment about health care.

26. Support for a removed dictator in Honduras:
On Thursday, June 25, 2009, the military of Honduras blocked the self-professsed president of Honduras from office; the Supreme Court of Honduras had ruled the man (Manuel Zelaya) could not take on another term of office (a third term of office), based on the rules in the constitution of Honduras.  On Sunday, June 28, 2009, and Monday, June 29, 2009, Barack Obama, who had recently said that the U.S. should not get involved with the goings-on in Iran, during which protesters were beaten and killed, said that man who was removed from the office of the president of Honduras should be returned to office.  It was evident the man who was removed from office in Honduras was hoping to be a president--a dictator--for life, like Chavez of Venezuela, and Barack Obama, instead of supporting the rule of law in Honduras, supported the man (Manuel Zelaya) who would be a dictator for life.

27. Another Town Meeting (which was a "staged" event):
On Wednesday, July 1, 2009, Barack Obama held another "town meeting" of sorts, though the event was a sham or a staged event, which involved planted particpants, and the focus of the event was "health care," and one example of a plant was a woman named Debbie Smith.  Debbie Smith told a story about herself (and her dealing with cancer) and was able to come on stage with Barack Obama, who hugged her.  Debbie Smith is a staffer with the "DNC" (which is the Democratic National Committee).

28. Nuclear weapons systems of the U.S. and nuclear weapons systems of Russia:
It was on Monday, July 6, 2009, that Barack Obama was in Russia, where he announced the U.S. and Russia had come to an agreement about reducing the size of nuclear weapons systems; by the way, around the holdiay time of July 4, 2009, North Korea had launched more missiles as a part of missile tests--missiles that could carry nuclear warheads.  [Commentary: Incidentally, Russia agreed to let U.S. troops go through Russia to get to Afghanistan, which worries me, since the U.S. military would be on Russian soil and easier to attack by Russian forces, and it could be Barack Obama, who hates the United States of America, who would betray the U.S. troops by giving U.S. military information to the Russians.]

29. Like God, Barack Obama will control the weather:
On Wednesday, July 8, 2009, Barack Obama was in Italy, where member countries of the G8 met, and Barack Obama was part of the group--the group that agreed in priciple it was going to stop the Earth from heating any more than 3.6 degrees Fahrenheit) by 2020, since Barack Obama is just another of the communists/socialists/Marxists/crazy people of the world, the true nature of the event was to set carbon-dioxide-emission standards that would help kill industry in the United States of America, since the United States of America would be subject to international agreements that benefit dictators, communist countries, and other bad countries.  [See my document entitled "CAP AND TRADE" and Carbon Dioxide Facts and Nonsense, which can be reached by using this link: Carbon.]

30. Another Press Conference:
On Wednesday, July 22, 2009, Barack Obama held another nationally televised press conference in prime time, and the event, which last nearly one hour, resulted in him answering eleven questions from reporters.  The eleventh question showed more evidence that Barack Obama is a racist and dislikes many persons who live in the United States of America (other times during which Barack Obama has showed that he is a racist is his being in the church of Reverend Jeremiah Wright, who has shown himself to be a racist, for about twenty years and his choosing Sonia Sotomayer, who has made racist comments in public, to become a justice on the U.S. Surpreme Court.  The eleventh question was about a police action that took place in Cambridge, Massachusetts, on July16, 2009 (which is the date on which a police report was filed by a police officer (a sergeant) who was involved in the incident), and one of the civilians who was involved in the incident was a friend of Barack Obama's, Henry Louis Gates, who is a professor a Harvard University.

31. A Speech to a Joint Session of the U.S. Congress:
On Wednesday, September 9, 2009, Barack Obama gave an address to the country about health care, and it was one day after his having given a national speech to school children (which could have turned out to be a Marxist-type speech like that which past well-known dictators of the world might have given if the American public had not cried foul over the few days before Barack Obama talked to children).  The speech on this September 9 was done before a joint sessions of the U.S. Congress.  Once again, Barack Obama passed on lies, such as about what was already contained as features within "HR 3200," which was the main health-care bill of the U.S. House of Representatives that the American public was able to read around this time.  And, in essence, nothing that Barack Obama said in the speech could be believed, because Barack Obama has a clear history of lying, as can be seen through the information contained in the document of mine that is entitled Nonsense Statements and Quotations of Barack Obama.

32. Obama Television Day:
On Sunday, September 20, 2009, Barack Obama made a big push for his health-care plan for the country by appearing on five main Sunday shows; by the way, on the previous Sunday, Barack Obama had been a guest on 60 Minutes of CBS-TV again, and, on Monday, September 21, 2009, Barack Obama would appear on Late Night with David Letterman.  Three of the five shows were Face the Nation (CBS-TV), Meet the Press (NBC-TV), and This Week with George Stephanopoulos, and he did a show on CNN and a show on Univision.  The appearances gave viewers nothing new to consider, except, maybe, we have seen enough of Barack Obama on television (Barack Obama seems to be more in front of the camera than in the White House, where he should be doing work).

33. A Speech to the United Nations General Assembly:
On Wednesday, September 23, 2009, Barack Obama was the first speaker in a list of speakers set to appear before the United Nations General Assembly.  Barack Obama covered a number of topics, one of which was his belief that a state should be created for the Palestinians in the Middle East (and his proposal was something that would be detrimental to Israel, which, through war started up by others in 1967, had gained control of land that Barack Obama wants Israel to give up).  What Barack Obama did not talk about was the idea that Iran had a second nuclear-weapons-related facility, which became a big story in the United States of America in two days, and, the federal government had been aware of the facility for quite some time (Chance, Matthew, and Reza Sayah, Kevin Flower, and John Roberts.  "IACA: Iran acknowledges second nuclear facility."  The CNN Wire, 25 September 2009, 06:39 ET.).  It seems Barack Obama purposely held back on talking to the Assembly about Iran, which Barack Obama would have had to at least pretend to scold (Remember: Barack Obama had recently not supported the many people protesting against the government of Iran, which is oppressive on citizens).

34. A News Conference about a "Secret" Nuclear Facility in Iran:
On Friday, September 25, 2009, Barack Obama was forced to talk about a "secret" nuclear facility in Iran, and it was a news conference that had to be held during "Pittsburgh Summit 2009" (a G-20-type summit), which was being held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

35. An "Olympic Failure":
On Friday, October 2, 2009, Barack Obama made a speech in front of the members of the International Olympic Committee in Copenhagen, Denmark, as did Michelle Obama, hoping to get enough members to vote "yes" on having an upcoming Olympics set up in Chicago, Illinois, and so few members voted "yes" in the first round of voting that Chicago, Illinois, got the least number of votes and was eliminated in the first round.  (The event is evidence that the international community does not like or trust Barack Obama, and that the reasons for that are many, some of which I highlight here, and my review of events covers the time period from January 20, 2009, to October 2, 2009.  Early in 2009, Barack Obama was proposing laws that would have put trade restrictions on the European Union in this country, and the European Union threatened a trade war, and the laws were no enacted.  Barack Obama returned a "bust" of Winston Churchill to the people of England, which was an insult to the people of England (the bust had been a gift from the people of England).  North Korea shot off missiles (as a part of tests), and that worried the Japanese, and Barack Obama's response to the missile launches was weak (to say the least).  Barack Obama did not support the protesters of Iran around the time of an election in Iran; he supported the bad government of Iran.  Barack Obama enacted federal laws that greatly increased spending in the country and the debt of the country, and when U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Tim Geithner spoke to students in Beijing, China, about the spending, telling them not to worry about the debt being created, the students laughed at him.  Barack Obama showed he does not like Israel, and Barack Obama did that by, for one, pushing for a "two-state solution" in the Middle East.  Barack Obama made friends with known evil dictators in the world, such as Fidel Castro and Hugo Chavez, and Barack Obama put down the United States of America while traveling in other countries.  Barack Obama made the British and the French angry through the way in which Barack Obama choose to make a response to Iran's having a second nuclear-weapons-associated facility (which was on September 25, 2009, two days after a United Nations Conference had been held, where Barack Obama could have talked about the facility, having known about the facility for weeks), and Iran then shot of some missiles (as a part of tests).  By the way, around this time, a number of countries in the Middle East and a number of other countries in the world, such as Japan and China, were making plans to replace the U.S. dollar as the basis currency for the buying and selling oil, worried, for one, about the forthcoming economic conditions of the United States of America under the direction of Barack Obama.)

36. HIV people are coming to America:
On Friday, October 30, 2009, Barack Obama made an announcement that noted that, at the first of the year, people with HIV would no longer be barred from entering the country, as had been the rule for many years, and that means that it is possible that the spread of HIV in the country could increase.  (Incidentally, over the previous year, the federal government (really, Barack Obama) had taken control of about thirty percent of the private sector and was working to take control of another eighteen percent by taking control of the health-care sector of the country through the enacting of a national health-care act.)

37. An appearance at 20th Anniversary of the Berlin Wall being opened up:
No, Barack Obama did not appear in person at the anniversary of the opening up of the Berlin Wall, but he did appear in voice--he made a recorded speech for this event of November 9, 2009, in Germany.

38. Another trip to other countries:
On Thursday, November 12, 2009, Barack Obama started a nine-day trip to the Far East, and some of this stops were in Japan, Singapore, and China, and, again, Barack Obama gave speeches, and, again, Barack Obama put down the United States of America (evidence of which exists in the entry for Tuesday, November 17, 2009, of my document entitled Nonsense Statements and Quotations of Barack Obama, which can be reached by using the link at the end of this document).

39. A Speech to the Nation about Afghanistan War:
On Tuesday, December 1, 2009, Barack Obama gave a speech before an audience at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York.  It was a staged event to make him seem tied closely to the military as the Commander-in-Chief, of course, since, normally, such a speech is given to the country from the White House.  For one, the speech was an event in which he told the enemy how long the U.S. would be involved in its effort to put them down.

40. A "Jobs Summit":
On Thursday, December 3, 2009, the Barack Obama gathered a number of persons--over two-hundred persons--to meet with him and give opinions about job creation for the country, and it was an event that last only a few couple hours.  A person should wonder why Barack Obama--who is professed to be brilliant and a genius, especially by people at such places as NBC News and MSNBC--would even need to call people together for a summit?  By the way, this event was not attended by people associated with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce (which represents business), because such people were not invited, but the event had union-management people at the summit, who do not create jobs, and the head of Google, who is a Marxist and rich elitist, appeared at the event.  A smart person should wonder--How could a few hours of meetings solve the problem?  Anyway, people--non-communists and the like--have been solving such problems since the 1700s in the country without the help of government by thinking of things to make and thinking of services to offer and then doing work!

41. The Nobel Prize:
On Thursday, December 10, 2009, Barack Obama was traveling to other countires once again, and, this time, Barack Obama was in Oslo, Norway, so that he could accept a Nobel Peace Prize.

42. A Speech at the Climate Summit in Copenhagen, Denmark:
On Thursday, December 18, 2009, Barack Obama made another international speech, and it was before the delegates at the Climate Summit in Copenhagen, Denmark, one of whom was Hugo Chavez, the dicator of Venezuela, and it was one day after U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had stated at the summit that the Barack Obama administration was thinking of pledging up to $100 billion a year to the climate-change fund up to 2020 (which would amount to up to $1,000 billion or $1 trillion).  (By the way, my document entitled "CAP AND TRADE" and Carbon Dioxide Facts and Nonsense presents a bit of Hugo Chavez's speech at the summit, and the document can be reached by using this link: Carbon.)

43. Executive Order:
On December 16, 2009, Barack Obama made a change to an Executive Order (12425) that had been made by U.S. President Ronald Reagan on June 16, 1983, and the change pertained to Interpol (or the International Criminal Police Organization), which, for example, was now no longer subject to the U.S.. Freedom of Information Act and was not subject to having to give up requested documents to a U.S. court, and, in essence, the organization now had immunity status, and, for example, the entity could not be forced to give up to U.S. law-enforcement entities, such as the FBI, materials that it possessed that could help U.S. law-enforcement entities.

44. Executive Order:
On January 11, 2010, Barack Obama signed an Executive Order that, in essence, created a "Council of Governors," made up of governors of ten states and some federal officials to, for one, control the activities of the National Guard, and when a person examines that logic of the creation of the "Council of Governors," the person will see that Barack Obama has started the process of getting a more direct control of the National Guard throughout the country (and I could say that Barack Obama has the start of private army that will be beholden to him, and you are urged to see my document entitled A CALL TO ATTENTION: Barack Obama's Private Army?, which can be reached by using the link at the end of this document).

45. Press Conference to announce his "Financial Responsibility Fee":
On January 14, 2010, Barack Obama, who has shown he upholds the rules of communism, socialism, and fascism, one of which is to have the government control the financial industry of a country, announced that he is proposing a new tax on, in essence, the financial industry--the "Financial Responsibility Fee."  It was reported by Barack Obama that the fee was a penalty on entities that received TARP funds and paid or pay big bonuses to executives, and I see the fee as another step in the process to control the pay of all the people who work in the financial industry, which could lead to, in the long run, the controlling of pay of all the people in the country.  (You are urged to see the entry for Thursday, January  14, 2010, of my document entitled Nonsense Statements and Quotations of Barack Obama, which can be reached by using the link at the end of this document.)

46. Proposes a new type of tax on some banks:
On Thursday, January 14, 2010, Barack Obama put forth publicly his idea of a new tax on some big banks, one that would, in essence, "...get our money back..." from banks that had either taken or had be forced to take TARP money around 2008/2009, and he made the proposal even though most of the banks that had come in touch with TARP money had paid back the money and had paid the proper amount of interest on the money ("Obama's bank-fee proposal at a glance."  Detroit Free Press, 15 January 2010, p. 8A.).  Over the next week, the DOW went down about 4.12 percent, and the S&P 500 went down about 3.90 percent, and NYSE went down about 4.43 percent, and the NASDAQ went down about 3.61 percent ("Markets."  Detroit Free Press, 24 January 2010, p. 4B.), because the known Marxist/communist/radical Barack Obama was clearly working on another way in which to attack the financial system of the country through proposed policies.  Yes, Barack Obama has found a new revenue stream--another way to suck money out of the private sector of the country--and has found money that he can used for, it seems, whatever purposes he wishes, as a dictator would.

47. State of the Union speech:
On Wednesday, January 27, 2010, Barack Obama gave his first State of the Union speech before the the U.S. Congress and the people of the United States of America.

48. Put forth His budget for another year (2011):
On Monday, February 1, 2010, Barack Obama put forth to the U.S. Congress a proposed budget bill for 2011.  At the end of 2009, the deficit for the country had been increased to about 1,420-billion dollars (or 1.42-trillion dollars); at the end of 2008, the deficit had been about 454.8-billion dollars.  In one year or as the U.S. President for one year, Barack Obama increased the deficit of the country by 965.2-billion dollars.  On this day, the deficit was about 3.1360424-percent higher than it had been at the end of 2008.  As the Budget Bill was proposed on this day by Barack Obama, the budget for 2011 was set at about 3,800-billion dollars (or 3.8-trillion dollars), and because such a bill is required to project out budgets for ten years, the bill as proposed--it alone--would also add about 1,000-billion to the debt for each year of the next ten years.  Incidentally, the proposed budget did not include funding amounts of some defective federal entities or programs, such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

49. An interview during Super Bowl XLIV Today:
On Sunday, February 7, 2010, CBS-TV aired a four-hour pre-game show for Super Bowl XLIV entitled Super Bowl XLIV Today.  About halfway through the program, Katie Couric interviewed Barack Obama live at the White House.  When the interview started, the topic was health care, and health-care legislation was the focus of most of the interview.  This interview was a historic first--it was the first time a U.S. President pushed political policy, which happened to be Marxist/communist/fascist policy, during a televised pre-game show for a Super Bowl television broadcast.

50. An announcement of the new National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform:
The rule for decades and decades has been that the U.S. Congress and the U.S. President determine the spending done by the federal government, and between January 20, 2009, and February 18, 2010, Barack Obama has led the country into spending an incredible amount of money, putting the country in super-deep debt, unlike what any other U.S. President has ever done.  On February 18, 2010, Barack Obama held a press conference to announce the creation of a new government entity--the National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform.  The purpose of the entity is to help get spending under control by identifying problems and presenting solutions, which has been and is the job of the U.S. Congress and the U.S. President.  In essence, Barack Obama announced the creation of an unnecessary entity, which, by existing, will use more federal money.

51. Barack Obama releases The Obama Health-Care Bill:
Pretend it is Monday, February 22, 2010, the day on which governors meet for an event of the National Governors Association.  Over the past year or so, Barack Obama has been pushing along Democratic Party-created health-care bills, and, on this day, Barack Obama releases what could truly be called "his" health-care bill--a giant, giant spending bill.  Remember: A four days previously, Barack Obama announced the creation of a commission to find ways to cut government spending.  In three days, Barack Obama plans to have a health-care summit to get--it was announced--ideas from the Republicans.  There have been several Democratic Party-created health-care bill proposed before The Obama Health-Care Bill, and, in essence, those bills have contained no proposals from the Republicans, and now The Barack Obama Health-Care Bill exists, and it does not have anything proposed by the Republicans, so why does Barack Obama want to meet with Republicans in a few days?

52. "The Barack Obama Six-Hour-Long [as scheculed] Televised Health-Care Forum":
On Monday, February 22, 2010, Barack Obama released "his" health-care bill or "his" health-care proposal, which was really nothing more than a reworking of a health-care bill that was already existing in the U.S. Congress, and on Thursday, February 25, 2010, Barack Obama gathered a few Democrats and a few Republicans together to talk about a health-care ideas (though history shows that Barack Obama listens to no one and already has "his" bill), and this event was held in the "Garden Room" of Blair House.  After the event was finished, the Republicans supplied to the press statistics about the amount of time that Republicans spoke, the amount of time that Barack Obama spoke, and the amount of time that other Democrats spoke, and event had been designed to be roughly an equal-time event; the Republicans spoke for 110 minutes, and Barack Obama spoke for 119 minutes, and the other Democrats spoke for 114 minutes.  (By the way, at one point during the event, Barack Obama said, "...You're right, there was an imbalance on the opening statements, because I'm the President, and so I made, dah, I didn't, I didn't count my time in terms of dividing it evenly....".)

53. Announcement about federal funding for schools:
Communists and the like (such as "progressives")  know it is important to keep children uninformed about the history of the United States of America, especially about The U.S. Constitution and why the document came about, and communists and the like also know it is important to keep children uninformed about the badness of communism, Marxism, and the like, such as the failures of Cuba, North Korea, and the former Soviet Union.  Since the 1970s, at least, the members and supporters of the Democratic Party and members of the Democratic Party in the federal government have been doing more and more to control what schools teach to children, and I can argue well, since the 1970s, children have become dumber and dumber, especially about the history of the country, and, in February 2010, the public was learning about the survey known as the fourth annual "The Shaping of the American Mind: The Diverging Influences of the College Degree & Civic Learning on American Beliefs" (from the Intercollegiate Studies Institute) in which, for one, it was shown that, of the college or universities students surveyed for the survey, about only fifty-one percent could not through a multiple-choice test correctly identify the three main branches of the federal government, the survey showed seventy-nine percent of the politicians who were involved in the report did not know the government may not establish a religion for the country (because of what is written down in The U.S. Constitution).  On Monday, March 1, 2010, Barack Obama made an announcement about a new plan for federal-government funding to help schools, and, by the way, former U.S. General Colin Powell was with Barack Obama for this event, and Barack Obama noted that there would be stipulations on schools taking the money, and, for example, the federal government hinted it could require money only be given to a school if the principal was fired and up to fifty percent of the teachers were fired.  In addition, since 2008 at least, NBC-TV and the sister television network known as MSNBC have been big promoters of Barack Obama, and on March 1, 2010, I saw for the first time the promotional announcement for "NBCLearn.com" on NBC-TV, and "NBCLearn.com" is a place where children can learn things--what NBC-TV pushes or deems should learned by children.  (You are urged to see the "Colin Powell" section of my document entitled Political Lessons for the Individual Woman and the Individual Man in the United States of America, which can be reached by using the link at the end of this document, and you are urged to see the document because it shows that Colin Powell supports Barack Obama, who is a communist, Marxist, et cetera, and yet Colin Powell calls himself a "Republican."  I say that Colin Powell is not a "Republican" as might be defined by a "conservative," and, to me, it looks as if Colin Powell is trying to define "Republican" as something that has ties to socialism, communism, Marxism, and the like, but history shows that the underlying beliefs of a "Republican" are not socialism, communism, Marxism, and the like.  Incidentally, when the federal government controlled by communists and the like is able to fire school principals and teachers, you have a situation in which those who are very likely to get fired are those who do not uphold the values of communism, Marxism, and the like, and that is bad for the United States of America as it was founded, especially for children.)

54. "A Show Staged to Push for the Passage of a Health-Care bill--now":
On Wednesday, March 3, 2010, Barack Obama appeared before the press--appearing with other persons, such as a few persons who were dressed as doctors and nurses might be when working--and Barack Obama used the time to strongly urge the U.S. Congress to pass a health-care bill, hinting that the bill should be passed through a process that would involve, for one, the "budget reconciliation" process of the U.S. Senate.  (By the way, over the next few days, Rush Limbaugh, the host of the nationally syndicated radio show entitled The Rush Limbaugh Show, hinted that there is no Barack Obama health-care bill that can be involved in a "budget reconciliation" process and that the only bill that exists is a bill that was passed in the U.S. Senate in December 2009, and Rush Limbaugh noted that, if the existing U.S. Senate bill were to be given to the U.S. House of Representatives and were passed, the bill would then be given to Barack Obama to sign--and Barack Obama would sign it.  In addition, on Thursday, March 4, 2010, U.S. Representative Bart Stupak (a Democrat related to Michigan) said: "...Chairman Waxman is very concerned with my language, but he's also very concerned we don't have the votes, so we're trying to work out--we're having good discussions...." and "...no negotiations, 'cause there's no bill.  The President has to put his proposal in writing.  There is no proposal...."   You should see that, by March 4, 2010, Barack Obama had no bill of his own that could be used in the "budget reconciliation" process, and you should see it was possible the goal of Barack Obama at this time was to get the U.S. House of Representatives to pass the existing bill in the U.S. Senate--to avoid any overall legislative process that would involve partially the "budget reconciliation" process of the U.S. Senate.)

55. Barack Obama signs the Marxist-type health-care bill:
On Tuesday, March 23, 2010, Barack Obama signed into law the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010.  It can be said that, at first, it puts the federal government in charge of the heatlh-care system in a fascist way or as happens in a fascist country (with fascism, there is private industry in a country, but, in essence, the government controls the private industry so much that is runs it).  In the near future, the federal government will control the health-care industry as in a communist country, where the government has monopoly control of the health-care industry and fully runs the health-care industry.

56. Makes federal appointments through the "recess-appointment" process:
When the U.S. Congress is not in session--which is on vacation--the U.S. President can make appointments to federal jobs, but, in recent history, it has not been done much.  In late 2009, Barack Obama tried to get Craig Becker through the U.S. Senator conformation process in relation to having Craig Becker become a member of the board for the National Labor Relations Board (or the NLRB), which is involved in labor issues, such as overseeing the creation of labor unions, and the U.S. Senate did not confirm Craig Becker to the NLRB, since he was known to be highly pro-labor union and clearly a person who could not be objective about union matters.  Around the time that Craig Becker was nominated to the NLRB in mid-2009 by Barack Obama, Craig Becker was the general associate counsel for the Service Employees International Union, a highly left-wing union head by a Marxist known as Andy Stern (see the "Andy Stern" section of the document entitled THE CRUD AROUND BARACK OBAMA: My Rule--"Like Minds Get Together", which can be reached by using this link: Crud).  On Saturday, March 27, 2010, Barack Obama announced publicly that he had made some appointments--fifteen appointments--to federal jobs, and one person who had received an appointment was Craig Becker, who had been appointed to the NLRB.

57. Signs "fix" to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act:
On Tuesday, March 30, 2010, Barack Obama signed signed the Health Care and Education Affordable Reconciliation Act of 2010, and it was designed to makes "fixes" to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act; one reason that it had been possible for the U.S. House of Representatives to pass the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, which had previously passed the U.S. Senate, is members of the U.S. Representatives had been promised changes would soon be made to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act through another a soon-to-be passed federal act.  The Health Care and Education Affordable Reconciliation Act made more than only changes to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.  For one, the Health Care and Education Affordable Reconciliation Act had, in essence, an attached act that turned the student-loan industry into a government-run-and-owned industry, and what that means is the federal government "nationalized" the student-loan industry through the Health Care and Education Affordable Reconciliation Act (by the way, in late 2009, a bill to nationalize the student-loan industry had been passed in the U.S. House of Representatives and had been moved over to the U.S. Senate, where the bill had become stalled).

58. Announcement about drilling for oil:
On Wednesday, March 31, 2010, Barack Obama, who had in the past shown he is against oil companies and coal companies and wishes to push cap-and-trade environmental laws on the United States of America, which would economically crippled the United States of America, announced that he was allowing some drilling of oil to be done in, for example, the Gulf of Mexico and some waters associated with Alaska.  It was all a sham and a show on the part of Barack Obama, who, to the uneducated and uninformed, would seem to be doing something worthwhile, though he was not.  Recently, the Environmental Protection Agency (the EPA), headed by a man who had been appointed by Barack Obama, announced tougher restrictions on setting up oil-drilling facilities.  It was very likely that lawsuits from left-wing environmentalists would delay any drilling--if it were to come at all--for a long time.  Then, on Thursday, April 1, 2010, the Environmental Protection Agency announced a change in the CAFE standards for new vehicles, announcing that it had move up the 35.5-miles-a-gallon fleet average fuel efficiency standard from 2020 to 2016, and the announcement was the first time the EPA, which is under the control of Barack Obama, had made a rule about limiting the emission of greenhouses gases under the ability given it in 2007 through a U.S. Supreme Court decision (which had been based on a flawed concept--manmade global warming or manmade climate change), and it was estimated that the new law would lead to the cost of a new vehicle for the 2016 model year having to rise nearly an additional $1,000 (beyond what it would have to without the new rules set out in the EPA announcement).

59. Signed a nuclear-arms-reduction treaty with Russia:
Since early 2009 at least, Barack Obama has made it clear that he wants to reduce the number of nuclear weapons in the world, especially in the United States of America, and it has made that clear even though such places as North Korea and Iran are working to become nuclear powers.  On Thursday, April 8, 2010, Barack Obama signed a new nuclear-arms reduction treaty with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev in Prague, the Czech Republic.  If the treaty goes into effect, one thing that will happen is the U.S. will reduce its arsenal of nuclear weapons by about a third; the treaty has to be ratified through, in essence, a vote of enough "yes" votes before it will be a valid treaty.  In essence, Barack Obama took another step to reduce the weapons and military capability of the United States of America.  By the way, the treaty is called the new START treaty.

60. Nuclear-Arms Summit:
From January 20, 2009, to Sunday, April 11, 2010, Barack Obama held a number of "summits," such as a jobs summit, which was nothing more than a PR show, and on Monday, April 12, 2010, Barack Obama hosted the first day of a two-day nuclear-arms summit in Washington, D.C., which was attended by government officials from other countries of the world.  This summit was not attended by representatives of the U.K., France, Germany, and Israel, all of which which had been clear allies of the United States of America for decades up until sometime in 2009 when they had been--at least--snubbed in some way by Barack Obama.  I say that, actually, Barack Obama has insulted England and Israel a number of times since January 20, 2009, and, in fact, Barack Obama has done things that seems to indicate that he despises Israel (which is not Muslim, as Barack Obama is).
Note: See "35. An "Olympic Failure:" above.

61. A speech to a lot "NASA workers" ? at the Kennedy Space Center:
During the week on Sunday, April 11, 2010, a number of news events related to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (or NASA) made news, though some of the events did not make news in many main media entities that are "liberal."  Early in the week, former astronauts, such as Neil Armstrong, sent letters of complaint to Barack Obama focusing on Barack Obama's plans to cut the NASA budget, which would, for one, shut down a moon project.  On Thursday, April 15, 2010, Barack Obama made a speech at the Kennedy Space Center (at Cape Canaveral, Florida) to show his support for NASA and pronounce his support for a mission to Mars.  Barack Obama is a perpetual liar (as I show in my document entitled Nonsense Statements and Quotations of Barack Obama, which can be reached by using the the link at the end of this document).  On Thursday, April 15, 2010, during the third hour of The Mark Levin Show, a nationally syndicated radio show, a telephone caller reported that he is an employee at the Kennedy Space Center, and the caller noted that many of the employees of the Kennedy Space Center were on vacation on the day, and Obama supporters were bused in to the Kennedy Space Center to give Barack Obama a crowd for the event, and the caller said that the event was a "joke."  Also, on Thursday, April 15, 2010, during the third hour of The Mark Levin Show, a woman, who reported that she is an employee at the Kennedy Space Center, said a lot of high-tech jobs (the jobs of well-educated engineers) were going to be cut the next six months at NASA--the number of jobs to be lost would be 10.000.  So, Barack Obama says that he supports going to Mars, but engineers who are needed to get spaceships to Mars are being fired.  (I note that, knowing what Barack Obama is, I say that Barack Obama cares not about getting to Mars and Barack Obama cares about reducing the chances that the United States of America will get to Mars before other countries do or will get people back to the moon before other countries do, and, in fact, it looks as if Barack Obama is wiping out jobs for engineers in the United States of America so that the fired engineers will sort of be forced to take jobs in space programs at other countries, which will speed up the space programs of other countries, or be forced to find new types of jobs or stop working.)

62. A Statement before the Press about What Arizona is Doing and has Done (which Barack Obama disapproved of):
On Friday, April 23, 2010, a new law got signed into law by the governor of Arizona that would soon give police in Arizona more power to deal with illegal aliens; between at least January 2009 and April 2010, the citizens of Arizona had been having trouble with illegal aliens, such as members of gangs from Mexico who were dealing in illegal drugs, and, for instance, the state recently had some bad crimes, such as the killing of a rancher known as Rob Krentz.  On Friday, April 23, 2010, Barack Obama, who for some time had been pushing for a federal immigration law that would allow all illegal aliens to become, in essence, instant citizens, showed his displeasure with the citizens of Arizona, such as the politicians who passed the law.  In fact, in a press statement given on April 23, 2010, Barack Obama called the people of Arizona "misguided" and showed he valued the civil rights of illegal aliens (people who are citizens of other countries who are violating the laws of the United States of America) more than the "rights" of the citizens of the United States of America, which are "rights" that are a part of The U.S. Constitution.  On this date, Barack Obama showed more of what he is--a man working to destroy the United States of America.  (I urge you to see the entry of "Friday, April 23, 2010" of me document entitled Nonsense Statements and Quotations of Barack Obama, which can be reached by using the link at the end of this document.)

63. A "Race Baiting" Speech:
On April 23, 2010, Arizona passed an immigration-type law, which was designed to give police in Arizona more power to deal with illegal aliens, and it was enacted during a time when the citizens in Arizona was having trouble with gangs from Mexico who were dealing in drugs and with killings (in March 2010, a rancher had been killed in Arizona), and the people of Arizona were trying to get crime under control in their state, such as by getting "illegal aliens" (citizens of other countries who are in the United States of America, particularly, in this case, in Arizona) out of the state and by sending those "illegal aliens" back to the countries from which they had come.  The new law was, in essence, nothing more than a law that fit in with the federal laws about immigration, and the new law was not a law that allowed police to do anything that might be considered "racial profiling," but a number of people, such as prominent people, tried to convince people that the new law was a "discrimination law."  On Tuesday, April 27, 2010, Barack Obama made a town-hall speech in Ottumawa, Iowa, and that speech was a "race-baiting" speech that was clearly designed to stir up racial unrest in the United States of America (some of what Barack Obama said can be seen in the documents of mine that are entitled Nonsense Statements and Quotations of Barack Obama and Illegal Aliens and Immigration: The Focus is Protecting the Home--The United States of America, both of which can be reached by using links at the end of this document).

64. A Speech at the Commencement Event for the Class of 2010 at the "Big House" of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan:
It was on Saturday, May 1, 2010, that Barack Obama showed up at the "Big House" (the famous football stadium of the University of Michigan) to get an honorary degree and make a speech.  Barack Obama was given the honorary degrees of "Doctor of Laws," while surrounded by Governor Jennifer Granholm of Michigan, the president of the University of Michigan (Mary Sue Coleman), and others, who, generally speaking, with Barack Obama made the event a socialists' speech event, often presenting the clichés words of Barack Obama's, such as "change" and "hope."  And Barack Obama said, "...It is a privilege to be with you on this happy occasion and, you know, it's nice to spend a little time outside Washington...." (Note: Within the past month, Barack Obama had been in such places as Charlotte, North Carolina; Miami, Florida; and Ottumawa, Iowa).

65. The Tennessee Flooding of May 1, 2010, and the following few days:
On May 1, 2010, a big rain storm hit southwestern Tennessee, and, for example, the business district of Nashville was closed down by flooding for a while, and on May 7, 2010, it was known that at least thirty-one persons had died because of the storm/flooding, and between May 1, 2010, and May 7, 2010, Barack Obama made no real statement related to the event, especially about the persons who had died, but, in relation to a new immigration-type law enacted in Arizona, Barack Obama, on April 27, 2010, had seen it fit to try to stir up race hatred through a speech given at Ottumawa, Iowa, and, on May 5, 2010, had worked to do more "race baiting" through another public statement (which can be seen by reading the entries focusing on both days in Nonsense Statements and Quotations of Barack Obama, which can be reached by using the link at the end of this document), and, by the way, Barack Obama had been at the very least lax in taking the oil-rig disaster in the Gulf of Mexico seriously--an event that had killed eleven persons and had started on April 20, 2010--by not really making a public statement about the event till April 29, 2010.  (And, incidentally, on May 5, 2010, ABC News reported that, three days or so after the oil leak in the Gulf of Mexico began, the Chief of Staff of the U.S. Department of Interior--Tom Strickland--and his wife went on a trip to the Grand Canyon, which was called a "work-focused" trip, though the trip included white-water rafting (Tapper, Jake.  "While Oil Slick Spread, Interior Department Chief of Staff Rafted with Wife on 'Work-Focused' Trip in Grand Canyon."  ABC News, 5 May 2010, 5:47 p.m.).)

66. Announcement of the nomination of Elena Kagan for the U.S. Supreme Court:
This woman is a Marxist and has been a close associate of Barack Obama's, the ties to which go back to at least Barack Obama's days as a teacher at the University of Chicago in the early 1990s.  In early 2009, Elena Kagan became the Solicitor General for the United States of America, having gained the job through, generally speaking, an appointment from Barack Obama.  The Solicitor General argues cases on behalf of the federal government before the U.S. Supreme Court, and, in 2009 and early 2010, she was involved in the case entitled Citizens United v. Federal Elections Commission (which was decided on January 21, 2010), which was a case that the federal government lost, and, really, the main point of the case was that the U.S. Supreme Court struck down the ability to the federal government to ban or censor such media products as books and media, though many persons in the main media--such as the socialists and communists at NBC News--note the decision is mostly a decision that now allows big companies and corporations to influence elections more than they ever could before and more than individual voters can, which is nonsense (you are urged to see my document entitled Fairness?: A Guide for the Individual Woman and the Individual Man in the United States of America, which can be reached by using the link at the end of this document, and you are urged to see the "Elena Kagan" section of the document entitled THE CRUD AROUND BARACK OBAMA: My Rule--"Like Minds Get Together", which can be reached by using this link: Crud).  On May 10, 2010, Barack Obama presented Elena Kagan to the public and the press has a nominee for a vacancy on the U.S. Supreme Court.

67. A Press Conference in the Rose Garden of the White House:
Barack Obama held a press conference on Wednesday, May 9, 2010, and appearing with him was the President of Mexico, Felipe Calderon.  The event became a opportunity for Barack Obama to talk about a law that--the Support Our Law Enforcement and Safe Neighborhoods Act--was enacted in Arizona on April 23, 2010, which dealt with immigration-related matters.  Once again, Barack Obama showed his displeasure with the citizens of Arizona and with the State of Arizona.  Really, Barack Obama orally attacked the people of Arizona, such as by saying, "...We also discussed a new law in Arizona, which is a misdirected effort, a misdirected expression of frustration over our broken immigration system...."  The Support Our Law Enforcement and Safe Neighborhoods Act is, in essence, a restating of federal law, and it has been the federal government--especially the Barack Obama administration over the last year--that has been lax in enforcing existing federal law, and the immigration system is not broken!

68. A Speech Before the Nation from the Oval Office:
On the evening of June 15, 2010, Barack Obama addressed the nation for the first time from the Oval Office of the White House, and the topic was the oil-rig disaster--explosion and leak--in the Gulf of Mexico, which had begun on April 20, 2010.  This speech was made after returning from a visit to the Gulf area that had started the previous day; the visit to the Gulf area had been the fourth visit to the Gulf area since April 20, 2010, the first of which had taken place on May 2, 2010.  During the speech, Barack Obama tried to persuade everyone he had been doing his best to help out, though it had become public knowledge that the Barack Obama administration had refused help to clean up oil in the Gulf of Mexico from other countries and though it had become public knowledge that Barack Obama had been and was yet blocking the ability of foreign ships to help out in the oil-rig-disaster area in U.S. waters (such as by not at least temporarily suspending the Jones Act).  Again, Barack Obama did a speech filled with deception and lies, one of which was his idea that the cap-and-trade bill (as it is informally known) that had been passed by the U.S. House of Representatives in late 2009 would now make "clean energy the profitable kind of energy for America's businesses...."  (You should see the entry for June 15, 2010, in the document entitled Nonsense Statements and Quotations of Barack Obama, which can be reached by using the link at the end of this document.)
Note: To me, Barack Obama looked like just an average guy sitting in front of a desk.

69. The Announcement of the replacement of General Stanley McChrystal with General David Petraeus as the head officer in the Afghanistan theater:
On Wednesday, June 23, 2010, Barack Obama made a change in the leadership position in the Afghanistan theater, and what happened is General David Petraeus replaced General Stanley McChrystal.  On this day, it was not clear whether General Stanley McChrystal was fired or resigned (that will have to be left to honest historians to find out and report on in the future), but between January 20, 2010, and June 23, 2010, the relationship between Barack Obama and General McChrystal had not be great--for example, Barack Obama had avoided talking with General Stanley McChrystal for about a seventy-day period in the summer of 2009, and, later, Barack Obama had only given General Stanley McChrystal about a third more troops of the number of extra troops that had been requested by General Stanley McChrystal for the Afghanistan theater.  Between at least June 22, 2010, and June 23, 2010, a story entitled "The Runaway General" that Rolling Stone had posted on the Internet on June 22, 2010, was something that many people felt showed that General Stanley McChrystal was, at least, showing disrespect to Barack Obama and should be dealt with by Barack Obama (Hastings, Michael.  "The Runaway General." Rolling Stone, 22 June 2010, 10:00 a.m. EDT.), and the impression was that the story led to General Stanley McChrystal's losing his job (losing it to his military boss, General David Petraeus).  During the several hours before the announcement of the change in leadership in the Afghanistan theater, media people were saying that the General Stanley McChrystal/Barack Obama situation was like the U.S. President Abraham Lincoln/U.S. General George B. McClellan situation of the 1860s, during which General George B. McClellan did not faithfully follow the orders of U.S. President Abraham Lincoln and was fired, and was like the U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower/U.S. General Douglas McArthur situation in which U.S. General Douglas McArthur was openly critical of U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower's military policy in the Korean War and was fired in 1951, but General Stanley McChrystal did follow the orders of Barack Obama faithfully (and, in fact, during the announcement on this day, Barack Obama said, "...Stan McChrystal has always shown great courtesy and carried out my orders faithfully....").  In addition, the article--"The Runaway General"--published by Rolling Stone had no statement made by General Stanley McChrystal that was critical of Barack Obama, but the article did have some comments made by associates of General Stanley McChrystal's on various topics.  So, Barack Obama ended up with a general who had been attacked politically by Democrats--such as Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and Joe Biden--in the recent past.
Now, let me bring back some history and show some statements made by Barack Obama in 2007, which were given to put down the "surge" idea in Iraq, which was the idea of sending a lot more troops to Iraq to make a big push and which General David Petraeus was tied to:
"...I am not persuaded that twenty-thousand additional troops in Iraq, ah, is gonna solve the sectarian violence there.  In fact, I think it'll do the reverse.  I think it takes pressure off the Iraqis to arrive at the sort of political accommodation that every observer believes is the ultimate solution, ah, to the problems we face there...."  [Notice: In this statement made on MSNBC on January 10, 2007, Barack Obama pushed the idea that "every observer believes" the surge is a bad idea, but where does Barack Obama get this data about that and what proof does he have?]
"...We cannot impose a military solution on what has effectively become a civil war.  Until we acknowledge that reality, ah, we can send fifteen-thousand more troops, twenty-thousand more troops, thirty-thousand more troops.  Ah, I don't know any, ah, expert on the region or any military officer that I've spoken to, ah, privately, that believes that is gonna make a substantial difference on the situation on the ground...." [Note: He made this statement on Face the Nation on January 14, 2007 and this statement should make you wonder how many persons he has talked with, since the range of people could be from one to some number (which is very unlikely to be large), and, anyway, his "experts" may be false experts or defective experts.]
"...This is not a criticism of either of you gentlemen, this is a criticism of this President and the administration, which has set a mission for the military and for our diplomatic forces that, ah, is extraordinarily difficult now to achieve and there has been on acknowledgment of that on the part of this administration, so we have the President in Australia suggesting somehow that we are, as was stated before, kicking 'a' 's' 's'.  How can that, how we have a President making that assessment?...."  [This statement was made on September 11, 2007, during an Armed Services Committee (of the U.S. Senate) hearing, to General David Petraeus.]
"...General Petraeus, the, the question I think that everybody is asking is--How long will this take and at what point do we say, 'Enough!'?...." [Note: This statement was made at the hearing on Iraq on September 11, 2007.]
[By the way, in 2007, Joe Biden also opposed the "surge" in Iraq, and one statement that he made can be found in the "Joe Biden" section of the document entitled THE CRUD AROUND BARACK OBAMA: My Rule--"Like Minds Get Together", which can be reached by using this link: Crud.]

70. Praised the passing of the "Disclose Act" by the U.S. House of Representatives:
The First Amendment of The U.S. Constitution gives people the ability to speak out against the government and politicians and would-be politicians.  On June 24, 2010, the U.S. House of Representatives passed what is informally called the "Disclose Act," a bill that free-speech advocates noted would hurt a person's ability to speak freely about the government and politicians in the country (and information about this piece of legislation can be found in my document entitled Fairness?: A Guide to the Individual Woman and the Individual Man in the United States of America, which can be reached by using the link at the end of the document).  On this day, Barack Obama praised the U.S. House of Representatives for passing the bill, and, as usual, he lied about what the bill was about (and what he said can be found by seeing the second entry for June 24, 2010, in my document entitled Nonsense Statements and Quotations of Barack Obama, which can be reached by using the link at the end of this document).

71. The "G8" and "G20" summits in the Toronto area of Ontario, Canada:
On Friday, June 25, 2010, Barack Obama met with leaders from the Britain, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, and Russia for a "G8" summit in the Muskoka area, which is north of Toronto, of Ontario Canada.  On Saturday June 26, 2010, and Sunday, June 27, 2010, Barack Obama met with the leaders of seventeen countries at Toronto, Ontario, Canada, for a "G20" summit.  Since January 20, 2010, Barack Obama has been instrumental in signing pieces of legislation, such as the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2010, that have dramatically increased the debt of the United States of America, and, generally speaking, during the two summits, Barack Obama was the lone voice pushing for more spending--he was pushing the others to spend more money or more "stimulus."  Barack Obama was pushing an economic idea that a good man would never take up--an idea that does lead to inflation and does lead to the damaging of a currency by debt (and such a policy leads to a bad politician's imposing more and more taxes on citizens).  [You are urged to see the document entitled The Economic Crash of Countries is Because of Liberalism: It is not because of Capitalism or Consvatism, which can be reached by using this link: Crash.]

72. Barack Obama takes Arizona to Court.
On Tuesday, June 6, 2010, the U.S. Department of Justice--which is under the control of Barack Obama--started a lawsuit against Arizona, particularly a law called the Support Our Law Enforcement and Safe Neighborhoods Act, which was scheduled to become active in about three weeks.  In essence, the Arizona law, which was signed into law on April 23, 2010, mirrors federal law. Right after the law was passed, Barack Obama hinted that it could violate the civil-rights of some people, such as racial profiling, but the actual lawsuit did not mention anything about, for example, racial profiling (however, a "brief" filed with the actual lawsuit did hint at the subject).  Certainly, the real reason for the lawsuit was an attempt by Barack Obama to give more freedom to illegal aliens and keep illegal aliens in the country.  [You are urged to see the document entitled Illegal Aliens and Immigration: The Focus is Protecting the Home--the United States of America, which can be reached by using the link at the end of this document.]

73. Barack Obama makes a U.S. Senate-out-of-session appointment to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services:
It is commonplace that some positions of the federal government be filled through an appointment/U.S. Senate confirmation process.  For example, when a seat on the U.S. Supreme Court becomes vacant, a U.S. President nominates a person, and that person goes through a confirmation process, which will determine whether or not the person will become a justice on the U.S. Supreme Court.  Some times, a U.S, President will make an appoint while the U.S. Senate (fully the U.S. Congress) is out of session or on break, and such an appointment is done because the U.S. President wants to reduce the amount of knowledge about the nominee that can reach the public--which is bad information.  On July 7, 2010, Barack Obama made a out-of-session appointment--Barack Obama made Donald Berwick the head of Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services--and Donald Berwick's term will last till at least January 2011.  One reason that Barack Obama would not want Donald Berwick to go through a confirmation process for any job is Donald Berwick showed himself to be a Marxist and worse during a speech given in 2008 to commemorate the sixtieth year of the health-care system in the United Kingdom, and one thing he said was, "...You could have had a monstrous insurance industry of claims and rules and paper pushing instead of using you tax base to provide a single route of finance.  You could have protected the wealthy and the well instead of recognizing that sick people tend to be poorer and that poor people tend to be sicker and that any health-care-funding plan that is just, equitable, civilized, and humane must, must redistribute wealth from the richer among us to the poorer and the less fortunate.  Excellent health care is by definition redistributional...."  Barack Obama again circumvented the Legislative Branch of the federal government, and what Barack Obama did is something that a communist dictator would do.  (You should see my document entitled Health Care and Mass Failure: The Reasons it is a Dead Issue, which has information about how bad the Patient Protection and Affordable Health Care Act of 2010 is and how the socialist health-care system in the United Kingdom is a failure and bad, and you can reach the document by using this link: Health.)

74. A health-care dictate is issued:
On Wednesday, July 14, 2010, the Barack Obama administration--Barack Obama, really--issued rules related to health-care (as allowed by the Patient Protection and Affordable Health Care Acct of 2010), or what really happened is the White House issued dictates to private-sector health-care insurance companies, which, in truth, are designed to hurt private-sector health-care insurance companies.  For one, the rules force private-sector health-care insurance companies to drop the "co-pay" or "deductible" requirements for some testing in relation to new insurance plans or people added to plans on or after September, 23, 2010.  (Remember: Nothing in life is free, so someone has to pay, and if you do not pay one way, you will pay in another way.)  Because of the requirement, it is very likely that the cost of health-care premiums will have to go up to compensate for the money that will be lost in relation to "co-pays" and "deductibles."  Some of the tests are mammograms (for women over forty years of age), immunizations shots, colonoscopies, and cancer screenings.

75. Signs a roughly 2,300-page financial-reform act:
On Wednesday, July 21, 2010, Barack Obama signed into law the Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2009, which is a truly bad piece of legislation.  Some of what the act does is nothing to curb the bad businesses practices of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, which were at the heart of the economic crash of 2008; for example, these two federal-government entities will be able to continue the bad practices related to mortgage loans that allowed people who were very unlikely to ever pay back mortgage loans to get mortgage loans (which are often called subprime mortgage loans).  The act allows the federal government, such as the U.S. Treasury, to seize companies--even those that do not want any bailout money--and the act allows allows the federal government to continue to practice of giving bailouts to companies, which will allow the federal government to become more involved in owning and controlling companies (in 2009, the federal government, in essence, got control in General Motors and Chrysler or "nationalized" both General Motors and Chrysler), and that is the idea of fascism or communism, and gender quotes and racial quotes are imposed on financial entities that do business with the federal government (which exists in Section 342), and it creates at least twenty Offices of Minority and Women Inclusion, some of which would be tied to the twelve regional Federal Reserve Banks.  And the act has other bad provisions.  Oh, the act does create the Consumer Financial Protection Agency--yet another federal-government entity--and the act also create the Federal Insurance Office, which will be a part of the U.S Department of Treasury.

76. Signed a bill called "On Motion to Concur in Senate Amendment to House Amendment to Senate Amendment."
On Tuesday, August 20, 2010, Barack Obama signed a "jobs bill"--another jobs bill   This bill was purported to have the purpose of saving the jobs of, for example, teachers around the country.  The amount of the bill was twenty-six-billion dollars.  On this day, USA Today published a story entitled "Federal workers earning double their private counterparts" [Cauchon, Dennis.  "Federal workers earning double their private counterparts."  USA Today, 10 August 2010.] that showed that, in 2009, the average total compensation for federal workers was $123,040 and the average total compensation for private-sector workers was $61,051, and the story also reported that the pay difference had rose from $30,415 in 2000 to $61,988 in 2009.  In essence, the money from the signed bill (an act) would go to public workers, who now might be even more willing to vote for Barack Obama for having provided them with money or having provided money to their unions, which would, of course, indirectly use some of the money for political campaign contributions related to Democratic Party candidates.  It must be remembered the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, which can be considered a "Stimulus Act" or which has been called the "Stimulus Bill," had a feature that provided--in total--about eighty-seven-billion dollars to public school systems to hire more teachers and raise the pay of teachers, and that helped force school systems into paying teachers more, even though local governments and state governments in many parts of the country could not afford the forced-increased spending for the near future, being already in bad, bad financial shape.

77. Signed a bill to provided more funding for border patrols and such.
On June 11, 2010, a union council representing about 7,000 persons who do immigration-related work, such as enforce federal immigration laws, voted on a "No Confidence" issue related to managers of the federal-government entity known as U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (or ICE), such as Director John Morton, and the vote was a 259-to-0 "No Confidence" vote, and a document related to the vote showed that, for example, employees were being hindered from doing their jobs of enforcing immigration law by, in essence, the Barack Obama administration (to see more about this incident, you are urged to see my document entitled Illegal Aliens and Immigration: The Focus is on Protecting the Home--The United States of America, which can be reached by using this link: Illegal.)  On Friday, August 13, 2010, Barack Obama signed another bill into law.  The law to which I refer was a $800-million-dollar emergency funding bill that was designed to, for example, hire more people to do immigration-related work, such as one-thousand persons to be border agents.  However, the bill was not designed to, for one, provide more funding related to charging illegal aliens with low-level crimes, and, of course, the federal government--the Barack Obama administration--has not been enforcing immigration laws and has even been fighting in court the State of Arizona, which has been working to enforce federal immigration laws (you are urged to see my document entitled Illegal Aliens and Immigration: The Focus is Protecting the Home--The United States of America, which can be reached by using link at the end of this document).  It looks as if the Barack Obama has signed a law that will lead to the hiring of more people, who will not be able to do their jobs properly.  By the way, the union council even hinted that the Barack Obama administration has been working to provide amnesty for illegal aliens, many of whom have criminal pasts.
