Since the last edition of Michigan Travel Tips was posted on the Internet, news related to travel has popped up. For example, on July 28, 2010, a Federal District Judge in a Federal District Court in Arizona allowed the law known as Support Our Law Enforcement and Safe Neighborhoods Act of 2010 to go into effect, but the judge blocked parts of it from going forth (and information about the immigration-based law can be found in my document entitled Illegal Aliens and Immigration: The Focus is Protecting the Home--The United States of America, which can be reached by using this link: Illegal). Because of that piece of news, I do not know whether I should pass along information about any places to see in Michigan anymore. I have to worry, if I give out information about a place to see, something bad could happen to a person who follows my advice. Remember: In my mind are thoughts that note that something might happen or could happen--they are predictions or suppositions or guesses or possibilities. I shall show you what I mean after you look at an "advertisement."
Advertisement: The commercial in this edition of Michigan Travel Tips urges you to get a copy of Liberty and Tyranny: A Conservative Manifesto, which is a book written by Mark R. Levin. This book will help you understand better what Barack Obama is--a man who is purposely hurting the country, even though he is the president of the country--but the book is really about enslavers--politicians--who do not believe in the values of The U.S. Constitution and how The U.S. Constitution is designed to limit the power of the government, especially a dictatorship, over the individual (the citizen). Remember: In the United States of America, it is the individuals who own the government and not the government that owns the citizens, the latter of which is what Barack Obama wants and is pushing for.
So, it was on July 28, 2010, that Susan Bolton--a Federal District Court Judge--allowed the Support Our Law Enforcement and Safe Neighborhoods Act of 2010 of Arizona to take effect, except for some parts. What Susan Bolton did in her judgment was use predictions and guesses and suppositions and hypotheticals to help make her determine the validity of parts of the law, which should not be done with such a case, which had the challenger--the Barack Obama administrion--fighting against the law through a "facial challenge." On the evening of July 28, 2010, shortly after Susan Bolton had released her ruling, Mark R. Levin--an honorable constitutional lawyer and the head of the Landmark Legal Foundation--said during his nationally syndicated radio show (The Mark Levin Show) that "It's a terrible, terrible decision...." And being a logic man, though not a lawyer, I understand how bad the decision is.
Let me present the trouble that I have related to the rule and in my telling you where to go in Michigan. Generally speaking, towns and cities have littering laws, and those laws impose fines on people found through court action to have littered. Put this place in you mind--the Agnes Andreas Nature Preserve of the Indian River area of Cheboygan County (in the Lower Peninsula of Michigan). If I tell you to go to that place, you might go. If you go, you might litter, if only accidentally. For example, you might accidentally drop a facial tissue on the ground, unbeknownst to you, such as when you reach in to a pocket to get some money to pay for something and pull the money out, which drags out the facial tissue. So, I cannot recommend that you go to the Agnes Andreas Nature Preserve, because it is possible you could perform an illegal act, and, in a way, I would be a party to that illegal act. In addition--and this is more likely to happen--you might get a speeding ticket on a trip, if you travel. Since, if you travel, you could get a speeding ticket, I cannot recommend that you see the Community Arts Center in Hancock, which is in Houghton County (of the Upper Peninsula) and which is open Tuesday through Saturday and has a little gallery and art for purchase. Also, if I recommend you spend time at the planetarium at the Exhibit Museum of Natural History of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor (of Washtenaw County in the Lower Peninsula), you might get kidnapped by "Martian" spies--those people from the planet known as Mars. Kidapping is a federal crime and a felony. It is evident that the federal government--Barack Obama--is not enforcing existing federal law; the federal government's not enforcing federal law had been the reason that Arizona created a law that is a mirror-law to federal law, and that Arizona law to which I refer, of course, is the Support Our Law Enforcement and Safe Neighborhoods Act of 2010. In essence, Susan Bolton said that Arizona could not enforce main parts of that law or what is like federal law related to immigration or police officers could not do work related to finding out whether or not a person is an illegal alien--by being unable to ask for ID papers. You should see it probably means police officers in Michigan cannot ask for papers from people who might be Martians who had kidnapped you. See all the problems I could be creating?
Warning announcement: On Monday, August 2, 2010, I heard a news story read by Mark R. Levin on the nationally syndicated radio show entitled The Mark Levin Show that shows that the Barack Obama federal government is out to destroy the farming industry of the country, besides many other industries of the country. I did a search on the Internet after I had heard the story and found a story related to the information read by Mark R. Levin, which may not be the story that Mark Levin had read. News9 reported first on July 30, 2010, and then on August 1, 2010, that the EPA is planning to regulate harder--dust on farms (et cetera) [Sit, Jacqueline. "EPA to Crack Down on Farm Dust." News9, 30 July 2010, 12:52 p.m. EDT and 1 August 2010, 8:20 a.m. EDT.]. That will hurt farms and farmers, such as through penalties and fines, and all the people of the country, since, for example, stirring up dust is a byproduct of farming, as it has been for thousands and thousands of years, and it is most certain farmers will have to pay penalties, which will increase the price of food.
On Wednesday, July 28, 2010, Jan Brewer--the governor of Arizona--said while a guest on the television show entitled Hannity, "...We're now have been told by a federal judge and by the federal government that they're just not gonna enforce their laws and they're not gonna allow Arizona to, ah, help them enforce their laws so it was a bit of disappointment but let me say that, you know, this is, ah, a little road bump on the path--the lawsuit will continue through the court...." and "...Tomorrow, we will file an expedited appeal at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, knowing that the Ninth Circuit, of course, is a pretty liberal situation and I assume that we will move forward then to the Superior, ah, Supreme Court...."
Promotional announcement: The Landmark Legal Foundation is made up of lawyers, such as Mark R. Levin (of The Mark Levin Show, a nationally syndicated radio show), who fight in court cases against those who do not uphold The U.S. Constitution and the rule of law for the country, and the Landmark Legal Foundation fights for the rights of the individual and against Marxists, communists, and the like. In this day and age when Barack Obama, who I am convinced has a truly highly ill mind, is going against the rules of the country while pursuing a goal--I believe--to hurt the country and remake it or destroy it, I believe the Landmark Legal Foundation needs your help desperately; for example, retired lawyers who want to protect the country should consider donating time to helping the Landmark Legal Foundation. I urge you to avoid making any donations to entities to promote manmade global warming or climate change and make a donation to the Landmark Legal Foundation instead (by the way, you should look into supporting the Heritage Foundation).
And so I end by reminding you there is only about a month of good beach weather left--at least in relation to Michigan. Some of the longest beaches that people can get to are along Lake Michigan between St. Joseph and Ludington, along Lake Huron in the Thumb region (such as in the Lexington area), along Lake Huron between Rogers City and Cheboygan, and along Lake Michigan between Mackinaw City and Naubinway (which is in the Upper Peninsula). These beaches have not been purposely hurt by Barack Obama yet, as have been beaches along the Gulf of Mexico (you are urged to see my document entitled The Oil-Rig Disaster of April 20, 2010: Evidence that Shows Barack Obama Purposely Wanted to Hurt the Beaches, which shows that Barack Obama did indeed work to hurt beaches of the United States of America and which can be reached by using this link: Oil Rig). Let me add some commentary and reality here, and it is directly aimed at real guys, though it is indirectly aimed a real gals. Hey, guys, Barack Obama hurt you by making it less likely that you can go to good beaches of the Gulf of Mexico--if you wanted to and if you were able to go--and see bikini gals, especially the "erotics," the ones who are not those skinny vegetarian types whose parents made them do nothing so that they have no shape, no muscle in the right places, et cetera or the ones who are those so-called pretty model or beauty-queen types who look plastic (you are urged to see T.H.A.T. #74, which talks about Rima Fakih (the current and somewhat newly crowned Miss USA) and which can be reached by using this link: T.H.A.T. #74). Yes, guys, Barack Obama reduced your chances of seeing, for example, a really dark-skinned erotic in a skimpy bikini, or an Ema Hayasaka-type Asian erotic in a bikini, or porcelin-skinned erotic in a bikini. It is time you think like a real man, wake up, and understand just how evil and mentally defective Barack Obama is (you are urged to see other documents of mine that are available on the Internet, such as Madness in a President and Other Matters of a Defective Mind, which show what Barack Obama is and which can be reached by heading to the Site-Summary Page for The Hologlobe Press, which can be reached through this link: Summary). Think about what you are missing by not being able to have additional places to see "erotics." By the way, Barack Obama seems to support Sharia-based countries, which are societies that have strict dress codes for women and other harsh laws, and it seems to me Barack Obama would not like "erotics" having the ability to show themselves off proudly--happy with what they are and who they are. So while you travel in Michigan, I hope you are lucky enough to--at least from afar--see an proud and smart "erotic." (Incidentally, Janet Reno, Christina Romer, Sonia Sotomayor, Janet Napolitano, and Elena Kagan are certainly not and never were "erotics" by my definition, and besides that, they have minds that can make you sick, and I talked about bad minds in T.H.A.T.. #75, which can be reached by using this link: T.H.A.T. #75.)
