It is time for me to talk about life and death in the United States of America, though really the world. If you are being threatened by a person with a weapon of some type, such as a pistol, which is aimed at you, or a knife, you can look upon that person as a person who feels you are expendable, and that means you can view that person as expendable. That is a rule of nature or a rule of life, and it is one of "The Rules of Man." That rule was not created by man actually, and it has been a rule of nature since time began, and it will remain a rule of nature forever. You only get one life, and if another person or another animal treats you as expendable, you may use force to protect yourself, and if you must use--in your judgment at the time--enough force to kill the other person or animal, that is the way of life. You are using self-defense, and self-defense does allow force that kills. Most people think self-defense only involves situations for a person when the person is clearly under attack, such as from a person with a weapon. An attack can be more complex than that in which a person is under attack from a person with a visible weapon. This document shows a little-thought-of incident in which a person can use self-defense measures to protect the self, and it is now in play in the United States of America.
Right now, the federal government of the United States of America through the law known as the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 is attacking the individual to the point where the individual can act in self-defense against the federal government, and there are two main points to that thought. First, I know the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 was set up so that in the near future the federal government will be the sole determiner of who does and who does not get health care in the county since the law is designed to control everything associated with the health-care industry in the country. Now, in essence, because of the law, the effects of which have yet to come into being all officially in play, if a person is ill and the federal government balks at giving the person health care, the person will very likely not be able get care elsewhere in the country (basically, before the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 was created, a person was not blocked by the government from getting health care--for instance, a person who could not get a particular doctor to perform an operation could find another doctor, or a person who did not like the medical care provided by one doctor (seeing the doctor was not really smart or knowledgeable or logical, maybe having learned to be a good memorizer to do well in tests but never having learned to be a good thinker) could move on to another doctor. It must be made clear--the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 makes it so that ultimately politicians will determine what doctor you will get to see, if you are allowed to see a doctor at all; if the doctor chosen for you by the federal government is defective, you are stuck with that doctor or no doctor. All in all, that means your life is now threatened, though not with a pistol or knife or other weapon. Second, in the world, there are all types of people--and I am not talking about different ethnic types. There are people who take care of themselves, such as making sure to brush their teeth regularly or making sure to not take drugs that will damage the mind (which, by the way, Barack Obama did not do); in addition, a person who does not have a lot of money could end up spending money on health care first, such as a health-insurance policy, and on spending money on cigarettes or on going to the movies or gambling at casinos second, making sure to always take care of health even at the expense of missing out on something else, while another person who does not have a lot of money could end up money on cigarettes and booze or crap first before spending money on health care. You can see in contrast that there are people who do not care for themselves well; for example, they can do things that can lead to ill health or death, such as having sexual relations with a person who may be infected with a venereal disease or the HIV virus. The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 taxes some types of health-insurance policies--those that have taken on the informal name of "Cadillac Plans," which are high-end plans. That means a person can be penalized--taxed--for buying the best health-insurance plan possible, and that means the person must now pay taxes for trying to do the best for the self or choose a plan that is less in stature than a so-called "Cadillac Plan" is (even if a poor person is the subject of the incident). That promotes ill health and even death for the person and for the persons of a society. The insidious part of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 is those politicians who enacted the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 were and are well aware a person can now be made more easily to look up to, support, kowtow, et cetera to the politicians or not get health care, and that means, if a person does not support the Democratic Party (which is made up of communists and socialists and like bad individuals), which promotes "enslavism" and an "enslavism" form of government for the country, and if Democrats are in power in the federal government--especially in the entity that decides who does and who does not get health care--the person is forced to uphold the ways of life of the Democratic Party, which are bad, or not get health care. That is enslavism! That is horror! That is death for a society and the good individual!
Incidentally, for one, to delay people's ability to stumble upon information that the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2013 is crap, such as by having their employers drop health-care plans for employees or by having their employers cut the hours of employees, Barack Obama put a delay (announced on July 2, 2013) on when big companies and moderate-sized companies have to meet health-care-plan requirements or face fines, and the date was changed from January 1, 2014, to January 1, 2015, which would be after the election of November 2014, and that is a sign of bad people working to hid crap from Americans [The Associated Press (Donna Cassata, Sam Hananel, and Josh Lederman). "Obama administration delays central element of health care law until after 2014 elections." The Washington Post, 2 July 2013, 3 July 2013 (10:30 a.m.).].
The idea of killing others, such as you, by those who imposed the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 on the country goes beyond that which I have already described in the previous paragraph. Before the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 would be enacted, the country had stand-alone single hospitals, several hospitals tied together in a single group, and big hospital groups, and that is a simple explanation of the hospital setup in the country, and, for instance, then a hospital in Atlanta (Georgia) that had no ties in any way with a hospital in Grand Rapids (Michigan) could have some doctors who developed a operation procedure, and a hospital in Cleveland (Ohio) could have a some doctors who developed some other operation procedure, and a hospital in a little town could happen to have a doctor who thinks up and devises a new procedure, and what I am showing is, all over that country, different hospitals or really different doctors at different places in the country were free to use their minds to develop technologies and ideas into reality, through trial and error or whatever (which is the way of creating things), and that meant a lot of minds at different places all over the country--working independently, in essence, or working unhindered by people elsewhere--were doing things. Now, with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 in force, the federal government can now be more involved in hindering or blocking the creation of new technologies or operating procedures--by consolidating the decision making into the minds of those in government--or the federal government can be involved in determining who gets to try to develop what or be involved in developing something (by the way, the federal government now has the power to determine what hospitals get to expand in size or even get made like never before, and that is bad since the federal government--when the Democratic Party is in charge--can hinder the development or expansion of hospitals that do not support the ways of the Democratic Party (which is, for example, now a communist party)). Generally speaking, politicians and bureaucrats are not thinkers and innovators, especially when it comes to developing things or creating things, since politicians and bureaucrats are trained in pushing paper around or enacting laws and rules (often rotten laws and rules in this day and age when technology is beyond the understanding of most politicians and bureaucrats), and often bureaucrats are nothing more than followers of elected politicians, who have nominated or appointed the bureaucrats to their jobs, and elected politicians, as I have shown in numerous documents, are low-level thinkers or rotten people (Democrats are "enslavists" or push "enslavism" and some Republicans are like Democrats). With the government more in control of doctors and hospitals, fewer minds trained in medicine will be able to advance the knowledge of the medical industry and improve the treatment of patients, and that means more pain and suffering for individuals will be promoted. When fewer and fewer minds are working on things, fewer and fewer new improvements happen.
It all comes down to money, and the killing will extend to the killing of budgets for individuals and families. When one entity in a country, particularly if the entity is the federal government, is the sole determiner of health care for everyone in the country, there is no competition or the entity has no competition, which means true waste and mismanagement can flourish. When one entity in a country, particularly if the entity is the federal government, controls the health-care system, the federal government can funnel money out of the health-care system and into other things (and the move of money can be hidden from the citizens of the country and can be moved to corrupt people). When one entity in a country, particularly if the entity is the federal government, monopolizes the health-care system of the country, the federal government can stop money being spent on health care for some people to save money. When one entity in a country, particularly if the entity is the federal government, controls the health-care industry, the budgets of individuals and the families can be killed, since the federal government can continue to demand more money from the individuals and families to keep the health-care system operating--especially when it is failing for mismanagement and corruption.
A bad country is a country is which the federal government has complete control of the health-care industry or the health-care system of the country--setting down the rules about what insurance plans should have, deciding what the costs will be (without being challenged), forcing the individual to do such and such or get penalized, et cetera. The United States of America is a bad country, and it was put into that state by Barack Hussein Obama (a deviant and a defective man), the members of the Democratic Party, and some members of the Republican Party (who are really Democrats in disguise), and, by the way, the members of the Democratic Party are not only the politicians but also the voters (such as the followers), and the members of the Republican Party who are under consideration are not only some of the politicians but also some of the voters (followers). It is yet possible to change the United States of America from bad country, based on the ways of life promoted by Barack Obama and men and women like him, to a good country, but for now a good person must take up the rules of self-defense because without a doubt the person's life is now considered expendable if the person does not kowtow to the enslavists.
