I am a logic man, and here--this document--is a logic puzzle, and to begin the short logic puzzle, I have to report that you must forget about religion or any particular religion while you read this document, especially since there are countless religions, at least one of which--Islam guided by "Sharia"--is professed by some people to be a religion but is really a political system, particularly a rotten and tyrannical political system, and since religion has no bearing on this logic puzzle.  I say that there are "rules of man" that apply to all persons, no matter what the gender and no matter what color of skin and no matter what race and no matter what the locations on the planet of the persons considered, et cetera, and I group the rules under the title "The Rules of Man".  When talking about "The Rules of Man", I have to note that this "life" or this "world" or this "universe" is nothing more than what it is at the moment, and I say usually--"Life is nothing more than what it is at the moment.".  What you see around you is all there is; for example, there are no ghosts or goblins or spirits or muses or mystic beings.  In some way, though, this "life" or this "world" or this "universe" came about, and for this document, there is no reason to know what created this "life" or this "world" or this "universe"--your knowing is useless information.  I will not waste time debating the idea about how this "life" or this "world" or this "universe" came about.  "Life is nothing more than what it is at the moment," and I can say without a doubt that no person living on this planet or who has lived on this planet created this "life" or "world" or "universe."  For instance, I did not create you, and you did not create me.  However, I note that, in essence, your mother and your father did create you--through sexual intercourse--in the immediate idea, but they did not create this "life" or this "world" or this "universe."  No one other than your mother or your father created you either.  And you are here, and I am here, and more is here.  Given that information, I say that no person that you could have ever met or could meet has divine stature above you in this world, and that means that, generally speaking, all persons are equal--created as you were--though some people are less equal than others are in that the people with lower stature have attained their lower stature through what are considered bad deeds, such as through killing others or stealing from others.  Since no person created you, you are, generally speaking, equal with others, and they are equal with you, and, generally speaking, you cannot claim to have power over the life of another person by being a creator of that other person, and no other person can claim to have power over the life of you by being a creator, or that means that you have no right to determine the health care--better meant as the life-and-death care--for another person automatically, and no other person has the right to determine the health care for you.  You get to decide your life and your death, and I get to decide on my life and death [Note: Of course, that idea does leave out such things as, for instance, accidents and like events].  In the broad sense, you have no right to tell me that I have to get health care, and you have no right to tell me the way in which I choose to get health care, and you have no "right" to fine or tax me if I do not follow your rule--which would have to be imposed through coercion or force or violence--about my having to get health care or my having to pay for health care.  It looks as if many persons in the United States of America believe--and it is a false belief--a government can take and does have the power to take from a person the "right" to choose for the self about health care through enacting of law, which is why many politicians enacted a law in the United States of America called the "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010" and why many politicians in the country are willing to let the law stand, but, for example, the federal government of the United States of America is nothing more than a collection of people, who have jobs, and since no person in the government created me by being a creator, each person in the government has no "right" to force me get health care, and each person in the government has no right to tell me the way in which I should choose to get health care, and each person in the government has no right to fine or tax me if I do not follow a government rule about my having to get health-care insurance--unless I specifically give such a person the "right," such as through written document, such as when I may be in failing health.  Of the themes of the previous sentence, the worst is the final theme about the government's being able to fine or tax a person for not following a rule about having to get health-care insurance, which is a feature of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010.  I state that, through any enacted law or rule, a government--a good example of which is the federal government of the United States of America--may not take through its enacting a law complete or final control of a person's decision making about any aspect about health care and may not fine or tax a person for not following the government's dictate that the person must buy health-care insurance, especially a form stipulated by the federal government and especially if the federal government dictates the only existing forms.  The federal government of the United States of America or any government--which has within it no superior beings like a creator--has no "right" to fine or tax any person for not following an illegitimate law--a law the violates one of the provisions of "The Rules of Man"--and although a person may be elected to public office, such as the office of the U.S. president, the elected person does not get to enact laws that violate one of "The Rules of Man", particularly the rule that a person's ability to decide about care for the self resides with the person foremost.  I also state that a person does not revoke the "right" to determine the way of care for the self to a politician by electing the politician or by having others elect the politician.  A politician may be allowed by the society to put together many types of law, such as that about making roads and that about sending people to war, but a politician may only gain control of the "right" of self-care belonging to an individual when the individual consciously hands over the "right" through some uncoerced means, such as a document entered in good faith between the two persons or "partries" involved.  Think hard--The United States of America is now a place where, if you do not give up your "right" to care for yourself in relation to life and death and do not pay for health care mandated by the federal government, the federal government gets to tax you or fine you, or the federal government is now an entity that will take money from you if you wish to follow one of "The Rules of Man".  Only a person who wishes to do harm to others would support a law or would enact--as a politician or a judge--a law that steals the "right" of self-care from a person, and the stealing is really the use of force and violence ultimately, and when a person--as a politician--does enact such a law, then that person can be deemed a threat to the lives of others and can be deemed a person who is knowingly working to hurt others, even kill others if wishing to, and that person can be treated as a enemy, allowing any person affected by the law or rule to use all "self-defense" methods to protect the self, and through other words, I can say that, since federal politicians who can make laws, such as those politicians sitting in the U.S. Congress, are not completely stupid, given many are older than 30 years of age and should know what results come from actions taken or are not naive to what results can appear from actions taken, any such politicians who take actions that go against the rule of self-care in "The Rules of Man" have to be well aware their actions were and are purposely designed to hurt others--it is premeditated violence against others deserving appropriate responses from those under attack, such as refusal to comply with such illegitimate law.  The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 is an illegitimate law, which goes against "The Rules of Man", and that makes it more than only "unconstitutional," which is an idea related to The United States Constitution.

P.S.: Basically, most people who are politicians support the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, or, basically, all the "Democrats" and many "Republicans" do, and that means there are a lot of stupid people or rotten people in government or tying to get into government (some are out of office presently), and that is bad.  I can say that ignorance is commonplace in the United States of America.  On February 18, 2016, Donald Trump--who was calling himself a "Republican" and was then seemingly one of the most beloved persons to be running for the U.S. presidency--said while on a "Republican Presidential Town Hall" that was broadcast on CNN--"Well, I like the mandate.  Okay.  Here's where I'm a little bit different.  I don't want people dying in the street....".  The "mandate" has nothing to do with maybe "people dying in the street" or with preventing "people dying in the street."  Before the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act was made a law, federal law required hospitals to, for example, treat people with dying conditions--or emergencies--whether or not the people could pay for service.  In the end, Donald Trump showed himself to be stupid, unaware of the rottenness of the "mandate," which goes against one of "The Rules of Man."  I do not expect anything good related to "health-care" from Donald Trump, since he is not a smart enough man.
