Is Barack Obama a Pacifist in Relation to World Affairs?--
The Answer is "No," and Conservatives' Saying That
He is is a Tactical Error for Conservatives

A person who is a "pacifist" is person who does not think the person or the country in which the person lives should use war or violence to solve disputes, such as between the person's country and another country, and that means the person would very likely avoid war or avoid getting involve in a war, maybe working hard to be neutral in a world war, sort of like what Switzerland did during World War II. So, it is clear that Barack Obama is cutting back on the budget of the U.S. military and on the size on the U.S. military, such as the number of war ships and aircraft. It must be remembered--In life, a country must have a military to deter attack and to counter attack if invaded by an enemy or if a friend is invaded by an enemy, and if a country does not have a military to protect the borders of the country and the citizens of the country, enemies can invaded and enslave the people and kill the people (and it can be likened to the idea that, when a family does not have a protective body or force, such as a strong male, within the borders or walls of the family's home, the home can be more easily invaded by bad people). Since Barack Obama has become the U.S. President, Barack Obama has delayed sending military reinforcements, which had been requested by the military leaders, to Afghanistan, and Barack Obama has been getting troops out of fighting in the Middle East, where he placed restrictions on how U.S. troops could engage the enemy, such as by having troops involved in giving "Miranda Rights" to perceived enemies on the battlefield, which is idiocy, given the "Miranda Rights" only apply to U.S. citizens under U.S. law, and Barack Obama has done nothing to secure the border between the U.S. and Mexico, allowing invaders (smugglers and such) to sort of control parts of or push Americans out of portions of, for example, Arizona. While Barack Obama has been making the U.S. military smaller, China has taken claim to a portion of the south China Sea, which it had not had a property, and the Russia has, in essence, taken over a portion of Ukraine, and, in the case of Russia's move to acquire more land and more influence over the world, Barack Obama at best in the beginning put "sanctions" on, for one, only a few handfuls of persons of Russia and not on Russia as a nation, which shows that Barack Obama's "sanction" action was actually designed to deter nothing and be nothing [Note: See the entry for March 17, 2014, in the document entitled Nonsense Statements and Quotations of Barack Obama (Part Two), which can be reached through this Quotes2 link, to see some of what Barack Obama said in public about sanctions]. By the way, it must be remembered, in March 2012, Barack Obama was caught by a news entity saying to the President of Russia--unbeknownst to Barack Obama--that he would have more flexibility after the election (of November 2012). Also Barack Obama, as the U.S. president, set up an arms agreement involving missiles and associated systems between the U.S. and Russia in which, really, Russia could stay about the same and the U.S. would get smaller. Barack Obama's actions are not that of a "pacifist; Barack Obama's action are that of an enemy of the United States of America--he is clearly working against the United States of America! For "conservatives" to teach the idea that Barack Obama is a "pacifist" is a tactical error. I state that "conservatives" ("anti-enslavists"), such as "conservative" radio talk-show hosts, should not push the issue that Barack Obama is a "pacifist," since it sends into the minds of people the wrong reason for Barack Obama's actions and does not describe correctly what Barack Obama has been up to and is up to. A person who is showing up the rottenness of Barack Obama should never--never--state that Barack Obama is a "pacifist." A person who is working to show up the rottenness of Barack Obama should use other words to make the point, and those words should not soften the description of Barack Obama, making him seem nice and not so bad, and those words should show truth, even if and especially if, it calls up fear of Barack Obama in the minds of listeners, as it should.
P.S.: I could have given more examples that show Barack Obama is working against the United States of America, such as his work to get Israel broken apart or eliminated, his work to increase the influence of the Muslim Brotherhood (an Islamic-terrorist group or a Sharia-terrorist group) more control of the Middle East, his work to insult American allies, such as England, his work to undermine the security of allies, such as Poland, et cetera.
