In the United States of America, people have The United States Constitution as the main law of the land, one main portion of which is "The Bill of Rights," which, for one, defines what the federal government may not do to a person or may not stop a person from doing, such as speak out against--in public--bad politicians. In essence, The United States Constitution is a document or a piece of writing put together by individuals, and the document was set up to define the main structure of the federal government and to give the citizens certain "rights," but the document was also most certainly set up as a document that could block a person--any person--from becoming like a dictator over the people of the country or a like a king over the people in the country, and some of the blocking features are tied to the idea of "checks and balances," one of which has the government divided up into three main branches (the Executive Branch, the Legislative Branch, and the Judicial Branch), each of which has certain duties and obligations so that political power is not concentrated in the hands of one person or a very few number of persons. The United States Constitution was created in the 1700s by those who had lived in countries in which, for the most part, the governments, such as the kings, were all powerful, and the writers of The United States Constitution understood governments could become tyrannies easily at the hands of bad people, and the writers knew, over the history of man, governments had mostly been those in which leaders acted as dictators, and the writers knew a new country could soon end up with leaders who become like dictators if the writers did not put features into the constitution that could prevent politicians from becoming like dictators or did not put limits on the powers that the federal government could have and what authority and power politicians could have. I say that The United States Constitution is most certainly set up to be a "blocking document"--a document that can block evil men from doing evil things to the people of the country--and I note that the document was not designed to be a blocking document for only a few years or for a few decades or for a few centuries but it was designed to be a blocking document for all time. The reason that The United States Constitution was designed to be a blocking document for all time is people are born and can grow up to be bad individuals or it is very likely people will be born in the future who will grow up to be bad individuals, and that is the way of life and the nature of man, and if young bad people should decide to become politicians, they may hide the fact for years that they are bad individuals so that they can end up as politicians, and when they become politicians, they then reveal their bad ways. Keep in mind--It is not as if, for example, bad people will not show up in the world and be elected or appointed to political offices in the days and months and years and centuries to come. Bad people say that The United States Constitution is outdated, but I say that The United States Constitution is not a document that can become outdated and is not a document that needs to be updated since the nature of man will never change and the nature of bad men will never change, and the blocking features in The United States Constitution can never become passé and outdated. Although The United States Constitution can be defined as a rigid document since it has features that cannot be changed, it can be amended and changed to some degree by following the processes that are outlined in the document, and, over the years, the document has been amended through the addition of a number of "amendments." "Living-and-breathing constitution"--this is a set of words that is promoted by people who are either ignorant or evil, and they push the idea that it is better that a country, such as the United States of America, have what can be defined as a "living-and-breathing constitution," since such a document can be easily changed and altered, and they want a country, such as the United States of America, to have such a constitution since--they will say--it streamlines the political process and stops gridlock, and they secretly know they want such a document to be the main law of a country because it lacks blocking mechanisms against politicians, especially bad politicians (like those blocking features that are contained within The United States Constitution), which is what dictators like, since dictators can then be the dictators that they want to be, making rules and laws on a whim and changing laws and rules from day to day, giving them, ultimately, the ability to rule over the citizens of a country like a queen ant ruling over all the other ants in a colony or like a queen bee in charge of all the other bees (all those worker bees). The United States Constitution is not a living thing, as are humans, and since humans can be hurt by other humans, humans have to set up ways in which to protect themselves, and The United States Constitution was designed to protect people from bad people, and like a "contract," it has words with defined meanings, each word of which has a meaning that should not be ever changing or can be broadly interpreted; if The United States Constitution had been set up with wording that is vague and meaningless and not with wording with known set meanings, the document would have been a useless and meaningless document right from the start. It can be said that a "living-and-breathing constitution," besides having wording that can be vague and ever changing, has no blocking features on politicians, and in a country that has a "constitution" that lacks restrictions on what politicians can do, especially what the high-level leaders can do, the country can be bad for the citizens, and, for instance, it can lead to, at the very least, racial discrimination and gender discrimination, because if the leader is one type of gender and is guided by one particular type political ideology, like communism, which is a bad political ideology, that leader will most likely discriminate against those unlike the leader, and examples of places where discrimination exists because the places have constitutions that do not have blocking mechanisms that can be used against bad politicians are those whose federal governments are based on the one particular religion (or, really, political system) known as "Sharia," in which, for one, men are considered superior over women and where women are second-class citizens. Without a doubt, people who want a "living-and-breathing constitution" for a country want to have a government form in which one person--particularly the highest-level politician--has no restrictions on what can be done to the citizens, though "to the citizens" may be promoted falsely as "do for the citizens," feeling a single very smart person--a savior or messiah--can do better than a collection of so-called average people, and when persons who like the idea of a "living-and-breathing constitution" get their so-called messiah or savior, they do not want any restrictions or limits put on their savior or messiah, who, they believe, will give them what they want, such as by taking what they want from others. Each person who lives on this planet is nothing more than an animal, and no person is a savior or messiah on this planet, and when a person believes the self to be a savior or messiah, that person is mentally defective, and if such a person should become in charge of a country in which the government is defined by a "living-and-breathing constitution," that person can be in heaven or feel as if the person were living a dream, since the "living-and-breathing constitution" is an evil person's dream or an evil politician's dream, allowing that person to--almost--rule the world with no restrictions and limits on what can be dictated and what harm that can be done to others to get the others to follow the rules and the ways of the evil politician. Think about it--If you want to be able to tell everyone else in the country what to do--where they can go, what they can eat, what they can drive, et cetera--you want a "living-and-breathing constitution" or a constitution that does not protect the citizens against politicians (which is what, in truth, a "living-and-breathing constitution" is like). The United States Constitution should not be thought of as something that is living and breathing, or The United States Constitution should not be regarded as a document that should be easily adjusted from day to day as if it were a living and growing thing, and The United States Constitution should never be turned into a "living and breathing constitution," such as by making one of the three branches of the federal government superior over all the others, because such a "living-and-breathing constitution" can lead to death of the country and the people of the country when the leader ends up being a crazy man and the people must follow his ways or be imprisoned or be harm mentally or physically through coercion and violence and intimidation. To a politician who wants to rule the world, a "living-and-breathing constitution" is heaven on Earth and The United States Constitution is something to be disregarded, tossed aside, avoided, misinterpreted, violated, and forgotten.
