For many decades, the federal government of the United States of America has been involved in the housing industry in the United States of America. For instance, it has been involved in determining whether or not some mortgage loans would be created and be backed and mortgage money would ultimately be released to pay a seller of a house or real property, and examples of such loans that have the federal government involved are FHA-approved loans and VA-approved loans. In addition, it was the federal government's being involved in the mortgage-loan business, which included the mortgage-backed-securities business, that was instrumental in creating the economic crash of about 2008. At least up to now or so, the federal government has not been involved in determining where a person would be allowed to live or not be allowed to live. I say that, in the near future, the federal government will be able to decide for many persons in the country where and where not the person ay live. Look at the facts.
First, let us examine some ideas. When a government knows, such as through collected data, how many blacks and whites and Hispanic-types and Asian-types and whatever live in a community, the government can use the information to set limits on how many whites or whatever should be allowed to live in that community, based on some idea of how many of certain types of people would be allowed in each community, and that means, for instance, the government can set percentages of how many blacks or whatever can be allowed to live in a community. When a government has statistics about how many of such and such of a group--ethnic group--live in a community, the government--seeing what it might determine is a lack of diversity in the community--can set upper limits how many of each group can live in the community, and when a limit is reached for a particular group, the government can or could block others of the same particular group from moving in to the community. When a government is instrumental in determining when a certain family or person can get a mortgage loan, such as by deciding to back or guarantee a loan that is under consideration for being issued or not, the government can deny--even if it is only known behind the scenes, such as between the government and a lending institution--the person the loan if the person is planning to move in to a community in which the government has determined there are already enough of persons like the person seeking the mortgage loan in the community--same ethnic types.
Around July 22, 2013, news tied to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the head of that entity (Shaun Donovan) became public knowledge. For instance, Investors.com reported the news, which was that, last week, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development was proposing to map the ethnic make or race makeup of every neighborhood in the United States of America, and it was reported that Shaun Donovan had said that, in essence, every American should have "the opportunity to live in the community of their choice without facing discrimination." Also, for example, CNSNews.com covered the news, story, and the story reported a few things that Shaun Donovan had recently said, such as "...This proposed rule represents a 21st century approach to fair housing, a step forward to ensuring that every American is able to choose to live in a community they feel proud of--where they have a fair shot of reaching their full potential in life..." and "HUD will provide data for every neighborhood in the country, detailing the access American American, Latino, Asian and other communities have to local assets, including schools, jobs, transportation, and other important neighborhood resources that can play a rule in helping people move into the middle class...."
A smart person can see that the statements made by Shaun Donovan that I have presented in this document are nonsense pieces, being vague, being unclear in meaning, and being idiotic logic (which is no logic). For example, what does mapping communities have to do with giving people access to local assets, such as schools and whatever? Also, for instance, what does mapping communities have to do with giving people the opportunity to be "proud' of where they live.
It is all crap from Shaun Donovan!
But now let me show what the mapping can really mean and can lead to. The federal government through the announcement showed that it is on track to be able to determine where and where not people can live, using the information from mapping and using the clout and power that federal-government entities or federal-government-linked entities have in determining what mortgage loans get made and do not get made. Clearly, the idea is tied to having the federal government involved in imposing forced racial intergration on communities, especially mostly white-based communities [Note: Notice Shaun Donovan did not mention "whites" in the quotation about "assets" and such]. And, in addition, it can mean, by mapping communities and determining who gets to live where, the federal government can control or change the electoral makeup of the communities of the country, and, certainly, at first the government when controlled by bad people, like socialists and communists (who are the basis of the Democratic Party today), will be able to shift the political balance of what might be called "politically moderate" communities or the voting basis of "politically moderate" communities--such as by moving a community farther away from the Republican Party (or non-socialistic or non-communistic) and closer to Democratic Party (which is now clearly a party pushing for an "enslavism" form of government for the country, that which is not based on a constitution that restricts and hinders dictator-type persons from controlling the country, which The United States Constitution was designed to do), and that could put and keep "Democrats" (who should be considered communists and socialists and other defective people) in control of the country for decades, making the country a one-party-run country, which is terribly bad when the people in the party are bad--bad people make bad laws and do bad things.
Basically, what the news that became public knowledge around July 22, 2013, shows is the nature of bad people, especially the bad people in the federal government, who are "enslavists" and are working to impose tyranny and enslavism on the good citizens of the United States of America.
Remember: The United States of America was not founded in a way that makes the federal government an entity that can tell people where and where not they may live, and if the United States of America gets changed to a country in which the federal government can tell people where and where not they may live, the United States of America will truly be a crap county!
