Between about January 2012 and April, 2013, Barack Obama lost six court cases--United States v. Jones, Sackett v. EPA, Hosanna-Tabor Evangelical Lutheran Church & School v. EEOC, Arizona v United States, Gabelli v. SEC, and Arkansas Fish & Game Commission v. United States--in the U.S. Supreme Court by unanimous decisions, and because he had fought to win the six cases, it shows more clearly the nature of Barack Obama's mind. It was U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (a Republican related to Texas) who helped make the news about the loses publicly known on April 9, 2013, by issuing a report entitled The Legal Limit: The Obama Administration's Attempts to Expand Federal Power (and a press release about the report that was entitled "Sen. Cruz Releases Inaugural Report of Obama Administration's Unprecedented Attempts to Expand Federal Power"). Let me show off what Barack Obama had tried to do, but he ended up being stopped by the U.S. Supreme Court. The case called Hosanna-Tabor Evangelical Lutheran Church & School v. EEOC came about because Barack Obama had wanted to be able to get involved in, for instance, choosing ministers for churches. Barack Obama wanted to be able to put GPS units in all vehicles, which would allow the federal government to track at will all drivers, but the decision in the United States v. Jones stopped that possibility. In essence, Barack Obama wanted to get away with not having to pay compensation to people whose private real property is damaged or destroyed by the federal government, but, fortunately for everyone in the country, the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Arkansas Fish & Game Commission v. United States stopped the possibility from becoming a reality. In one of the other three cases--Arizona v. United States--it was decided that Barack Obama could not override, in essence, state laws, and his overriding state laws might have happened though "Executive Orders" if Barack Obama had not lost the case. Another case was involved with, for one, landowners' ability to challenge fines imposed on them, and another case was involved with the statute-of-limitations idea, which, if it had not been lost by Barack Obama, could have resulted in the federal government's being able to charge penalties on people for events tied to them that might have happened decades ago. Barack Obama's work to try to have the federal government be involved in choosing ministers for churches should be enough to persuade a person that Barack Obama is working to become in the United States of America like a dictator that can be found in a Third World country, but if that is not enough information for a person to understand that what Barack Obama is, the person can add the other five cases to the information about the case involving choosing ministers and then certainly see the nature of Barack Obama's dictatorial and a tyrannical mind.
