On January 20, 2009, Barack Obama, a communist and black racist and thug and member of the Democratic Party (in the United States of America), became the President of the United States of America, and since that date, Barack Obama and the "Democrats" (the members of Democratic Party) have proven through their actions exactly what in life they stand for, and they stand for "enslavism" (which comes in such forms as communism and socialism (which is somewhat restrained communism)), which is a type of government in which the society is set up in two main groups--rulers and subjects--and the rulers have the ultimate say-so over the subjects or are, in essence, "free" (as they define "free") to be unrestricted in what they can do to the subjects (the "mass" of people that makes up most of the people in the country), and one of the biggest examples that shows the nature of everyone in the Democratic Party today--especially Barack Obama--is the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 (which was made law in March 2010 through the signature of Barack Obama), a horrible law, that which is worthy of a Third World communist country run by a thuggish man (such as a fat and bloated tribal-type self-professed king). It does not take much to prove the horridness of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. For now, forget the law--to a smart and honorable man--is an unconstitutional law (the U.S. Supreme Court deemed it constitutional in 2012 through ridiculous and corrupt logic, especially that pushed along by communist-member Chief Justice John Roberts, who twisted the meaning of words to keep the law enforce), and forget the law was passed into law through corrupt and unethical means, and forget the law is so large and unclear that it is difficult to understand, and I could tell you more to forget. One bad feature of the law is it puts a tax on some types of insurance policies, or people who have certain types of health-insurance policies have new taxes imposed on them for having the policies, and those policies are considered--by politicians--as elite policies. Consider some thoughts about life. Some people live their lives barely caring for themselves--for example, they will not pay attention to keeping their teeth from becoming deteriorated, and, for instance, some people will spend a lot of money on alcohol or in gambling casinos and not spend as much on caring for their health as they could by cutting back on spending on something else, or, for example, some people will buy season tickets to professional sporting events and not spend as much money on caring for their health as they could if they cut back on spending on something else. That is a way of life, and what someone else does with their health is no concern of yours or anyone else's. What you wish to do with your health and life is up to you, and it is no concern of anyone else. Now, some people take care of their health well, such as by, for one, avoiding doing things that might lead to a health problem, such as not drinking alcohol and then driving a car, which could lead to a car accident, and people who wish to care for their health well will take actions that will provide them with the best possibility to be well and have good health, and that might entail not spending money on something that might be considered frivolous, such as several expensive rock concert tickets, and on spending money on the best health-care insurance policy possible, or it might entail spending money of the best health-care insurance policy possible and not spending money on an extravagant vacation, such as a trip to Australia or Europe. So, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 puts a penalty on a person's work to keep the person's health kept at the best quality as possible--by buying the best health-care insurance policy possible--which can come about by having to give up something else so that money can be used on the best health-care insurance policy available, or what the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 is designed to do is push a person who wishes to care for the self well, which can come about by having to give up something else, into something less than what the person wants for the self, and, in essence, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 pushes for is less health care for the person who really does--at all costs--wish to care for the self well. Remember: In relation to any person, it is that person who has the person's best interests at heart--no one else, even a politician, cares more for a person than the person. Yes, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 is a lie in that it is designed to "protect" people, since if a person is penalized--such as through a tax or a fine--for spending money on something better than what the government thinks is enough for a person to have, the person is not getting "protected" to the standard that the person deems necessary or sufficient. In addition, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 imposes additional federal taxes or new federal taxes on medical devices, and when there are more taxes placed on things tied to medical care, a person's cost of caring for the self rises or it leads to lower quality health care for the person. People are not "equal" in intelligence! In fact, I contend that ignorance is commonplace in the United States of America; for example, it has been reported that some 60 percent of the young women who voted for U.S. president in November 2012 voted "yes" for Barack Obama, though, for instance, Barack Obama is a communist and a perpetual liar and signed into law the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010. A smart person will very likely learn about what the self is, such as what the human body is and how the human body works, and a smart person will very likely learn about some of the types of illnesses that affect humans, and a smart person can deduce when the person's doctor is defective or a doctor is defective, or a smart person can deduce when a person's doctor is a low-quality. Remember: In every profession, there are hierarchies or levels of competence; for example, even in the journalism field, there are good journalists and bad journalists, and, today, bad journalists--liars and communists--are commonplace in what can be called the main media entities, such as NBC News, Politico, and The New York Times. The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 is designed to lead to a person's not being able to choose what doctors will care for the person, which means a person can be restricted from being able to be cared for by a doctor or doctors who are deemed worthwhile in the person's mind, and, in fact, if the person is not a supporter of, for example, communism and the Democratic Party, the person could actually be directed to only low-quality doctors if the government person who determines what doctor that the person may see is a supporter of communism and the Democratic Party [Note: You are urged to see entry "139" in my document entitled A Little History of Barack Obama Events: A Show of Deconstruction, which shows it is very likely "Democrats" could or would limit health-care for "conservatives," who are anti-communists and are pro-The United States Constitution, which is a document that was and is designed to block a person from becoming a dictator over the country or from being "free" to do whatever with the citizens of the country that the dictator-type person wants, and a link to the document can be found at the end of this document]. It was the Democratic Party, which is and will forever by a communist-type party, that created and passed into law the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010, and the law shows that the members of the Democratic Party are defective people, being people who are actually working to make it less possible for a person to care well for the self, and because of what the law is, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 is an illegitimate law, and an illegitimate law, like an "illegitimate order" tied to the military, is a law that should be opposed and rejected and not followed. The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 is designed to hurt people, which is not surprising since it came from the defective minds of the members of the Democratic Party!
