    I open this edition of Television History and Trivia with hard-lline commentary.  I am one of the best television historians in the country.  I know, in the 1940s, 1950s, and 1960s, commercial television stations carried the types of programs that PBS-associated television stations carry today, such as symphony programs and theater programs.  What happened is, in the 1950s, educational stations began to appear and air such things as concert programs and the like, and when PBS (a replacement for National Educational Television, in essence) took off in the late 1960s, PBS-related stations were more and more carrying such programs as symphony programs, and so commercial stations dropped the idea more and more, leaving the idea to PBS-related television stations.  If PBS were to disappear, commercial television stations would pick up the slack and once again offer what PBS used to offer, often getting stuff from the commercial television networks.  The reason commercial stations no longer do what might be called high-art programs is the nitch became the thing for PBS and PBS-related stations.  I am not a supporter anymore of the federal government supporting PBS and PBS-related programs and stations!  Years ago, when PBS started out, it was okay, but, now, PBS is mostly a socialistic and communistic entity--anti-United States Constitution and a supporter of enslavists (Democrats mostly).  In addition, PBS has been making money on being, in essence, anti-American, and it has been making money related to programming that it has offered for years, such as Sesame Street, which has been tied to merchandising characters and such for years.  Meanwhile, PBS-related stations are no longer a useful educational entity, as they were in the 1950s and 1960s, when a person might learn about how to repair cars through a television class on a educational-related television station.  Certainly, PBS News Hour teaches rottenness, as I have shown in the past, such as lies about U.S. President Donald J. Trump, especially during the impeachment television events.  Anyway, communistic and socialistic persons with a lot of money or not so much money will continue to donate to the entity so that communism and socialism can continue to be sold to the American public as good, and the programmers can continue to be, for instance, anti-Semitic against good Jews (non-enslavists) and Israel and continue to support Hamas-like people over Israel, and the programmers and news people can be more free to show off their communistic and socialistic ways.  Since PBS and PBS-related stations treat non-communists and non-socialists as expendable by supporting bad people (the members of the Democratic Party and a few members of the Republican Party), PBS and PBS-related stations can be seen as expendable and can be seen as things that should do for themselves with no support in the form of money from the federal government.  If PBS and PBS-associated stations then such down, it is no matter.

    Welcome to the 259th edition of Television History and Trivia!

    Let me talk about more serious stuff now. Adolph Hitler of Germany in the middle of the 1900s was the head of a socialistic party (members of which were informally called Nazis), and Adolph Hitler started World War II.  Communists were instrumental is pushing the Vietnam War along in the 1960s, and some of the communists involved were the leaders of China, a communist country, as it is today.  Putin of Russia is at least a communist, and he started the war with Ukraine about four years ago, and he started it--he has said often--so that he could "liberate" Russian-speaking people in Ukraine, and so far I know not from what he was working to liberate people, but it must be non-communistic ways or anti-communistic ways (non-enslavism ways), and all that Putin has accomplished is to damage (kill or maim and the like) more than one-million Russians (such as soldiers) and damage many Ukrainians and much property, such as neighborhoods, in Ukraine.  Plus, Hamas-related people, who uphold the ways of Islam (in which violence and killing are upfront to get others to heed to the ways of Islam) started a war with Israel, which has led to the deaths of many people and the displacement of many people.  Socialists and communists and Islamists and the like are "enslavists," and their purpose in life is to be "free" to get everything they can from others and to hurt others to get what they want, and they are working on a distorted idea of self-preservation   What "enslavists" stand for leads to slavery and worse for others, as is shown with the citizenry of Russia (dying in a war for Putin to get more stuff for himself, such as land, stature, and a bigger empire for himself)--communism and socialism and the like have nothing to do with "democracy" and everything to do with one-party rule with much of the rules coming from a few leaders or, really, one supreme leader (like a king).
    On October 20, 2025, Stephen Colbert once again showed through his weeknight television series on CBS-TV that he wants more hard-line communistic and socialistic ways in the United States of America; in the past, he has pushed for such rotten political systems, such as by promoting as good politicians in interviews, such as Bernie Sanders, who wants the country to be communistic and socialistic and the like, and Stephen Colbert has had such rotten persons on his program regularly.  On October 20, 2025, Stephen Colbert had a segment with Karine Jean-Pierre (once the spokesperson for Joseph Biden as the U.S. president), and Stephen Colbert said this material (part of which was sort of spoken over a bit by his guest)--"...Let's talk about the Democrats who are getting people excited, like Bernie Sanders gets people excited.  He's a Democratic Socialist.  Okay?  AOC.  AOC.  She's a Democratic Socialist.  Zohran Mamdavi, Democratic Socialist.  Yeah!  Doesn't that say, doesn't that say that there are fundamental needs of the working class in America that are not being addressed by either party, and if, if they don't, if they don't change their ways, they are going to cut themselves off at the knees by toadying to special interests and corporations....".  Already, the Democratic Party is heavily weighed to the side of communism and socialism, and, yet, Stephen Colbert is not happy--the party is not hard-line communistic and hard-line socialistic and such, as can be seen by his working to sell as great Bernie Sanders, AOC, and Mamdavi (all of whom are pushing for the United States of America to be like Russia and China and Iran and like rotten countries, where people cannot, for instance, through speech show up the rottenness of the leaders and the rules of living that the leaders stand up for and impose on their subjects).  While the interview was going on, the studio audience was backing up Stephen Colbert by clapping and making other noises of support, and that shows the rottenness that Stephen Colbert's show draws as studio audience members.  Years ago, a viewer would not see such high support for the talk of communism and socialism on late-night television, especially on the shows hosted by Steve Allen, Jack Paar, Joey Bishop, and Johnny Carson, and the American public would have been highly angered by talk that promoted communism and socialism and the like as good.
    On October 20, 2025, Stephen Colbert worked to sell shit as good, and that is the sign of an ugly mind and evil mind.
    And person has to remember that everyone finds something to do in life, and, for the enslavist, to kill and hurt is something to do in life, till stopped, if that happens or can happen because of other men, and history shows that often the enslavist gets to live for ages and years till old, never getting just desserts, because others have beliefs that the enslavist will get his due after death, and that is idiocy, which allows millions to get hurt and killed, as was done by, for instance, Castro and Mao and is being done by Putin.

    And I see that, recently, the FNX network has made Democracy Now (a communistic and socialistic series, which I have talked about in the recent past) a regular presentation on weekday evenings, and since FNX focuses on the American Indian and some other so-called minorities (the "First Nations Experience"), it shows that American Indian culture can be rotten and can teach rotten politics.

    I make this clear--If a person can gain enough military power--especially in-house or in-country--the person (as the leader) can live to old age, even if the leader can be deemed to be a person who has acted criminally or done things that can be deemed to be crimes against humanity.

    I have recently--in editions of Television History and Trivia--been pointing out ugliness on television, specifically in television series, such as on the commercial broadcast networks, but now I have something else.  Years ago, such as in the 1970s and 1980s, there was a family hour for prime-time broadcast television, and it was roughly the eight o'clock hour in the evening.  It seems that that has disappeared, and it seems anything goes during football broadcasts today, when the entire family can be watching, whether the broadcasts are during prime-time or not.  On Saturday, October 25, 2025, I was watching a college football game on ABC-TV, and an ad for the upcoming episode of Grey's Anatomy showed up on the screen, and in the ad, it was shown that two women--lesbians--were making out, and the ad was designed--in essence--to get viewers to tune into the episode to see two lesbians making out.  By the way, Grey's Anatomy has had lesbian story lines for years, and I know not when ads to promote lesbianism began to show up for the series, but that is no matter for the moment.  Then on Sunday, October 26, 2025, while watching football, I was exposed to an ad for St. Denis Medical (an NBC-TV show), and in the ad, a female character pushed out more stuff about lesbian, and the character said in the ad--"...You know I'm gay....".  So at least twice during the weekend, children were exposed to ads about lesbianism on commercial broadcast television, which put parents on the spot in that they might have to explain the "gay" and "lesbian" thing to the child, especially little or young children.  That is ugliness by ABC-TV and NBC-TV, pushing propaganda on children.

 Announcement for the novice again (reworked in March 2019): To get useful television-delivered news or Internet-delivered news, try Breitbart News Network (the history of which goes back to 2007), WorldNetDaily.com, Newsmax TV (which was started up in 2014), CNS News (which is on the Internet and which was launched on June 16, 1998), and One America News Network (a.k.a. OAN), since the entities do not blindly support Barack Obama-type people (communists, socialists, progressives, liberals, and Shariaists), as do CNN, MSNBC, NBC-TV, CBS-TV, and ABC-TV (Note: To learn about bad journalism, you might tune in to CNN, MSNBC, NBC-TV, CBS-TV, and ABC-TV from time to time to see how they differ from the better places mentioned).  I note that the Fox News Channel is evolving into a rotten channel, becoming like those that I have put down in this paragraph.  If you are unclear of my intentions, I say in different words that you should boycott CNN, MSNBC, NBC-TV, CBS-TV, and ABC-TV and even now much of what is on the Fox News Channel and hope they lose more ratings and advertising revenues, since they are expendable, and it is time for you to find the guts to be mean and heartless and cancel them--since they are hurting you.  In 2019, "The Drudge Report" was sold, and it should be treated as suspect for now.   [Note: Everyone in the Democratic Party in the country is rotten, and the Republican Party establishment has shown itself to be socialistic and communistic within the last few years, and only a few of the rotten people tied to the Republican Party are U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell, Mitt Romney, Jeb Bush, and Chris Christie.]
    [Note: Here is an example of Chris Christie's rottenness.  On Sunday, February 6, 2022, Chris Christie was a guest on This Week with George Stephanopoulos (of ABC-TV), which had Martha Raddatz as the host, and Chris Christie pushed out crap.  For example, Chris Christie said--"...And let's face it.  Let's call it what it is. January 6 was a riot that was incited by Donald Trump...an effort to intimidate Mike Pence and the Congress into doing exactly what he said in his own words last week--overturn the election.  And he's trying to do a cleanup on aisle one here...." and "...He actually told the truth by accident.  He wanted the election to be overturned....".  That is bullshit!]

    I have this special television section.  Television comes in many forms these days.  However, I am getting to the point that I only consider true television that which involves television stations sending out television signals, which is the way in which television began, especially in commercial form in the 1940s.  "CATV" (community antenna television) was starting to take off in about 1950, and CATV was a system in which an entity picked up over-the-air television signals (such as by antenna on a big hill) and sent the signals down wires to houses, such as those in a valley where no over-the-air signals reached, and that gave people something to see on television sets, and, in essence, CATV evolved into "cable television" and later "satellite-delivered television," which can still be considered television, since programming television stations and cable channels were, in essence, airing in competitive ways--that in which, a particular program was seen at a given time and was shown at the same time as other programs of other feed sources.  Today, people are big into "streaming" what they call television shows, such as on wireless phones, but that is not true "television" (despite having television shows that originate on, for instance, broadcast networks or television stations), and I consider "streaming services" (entities) to not be television but to be "streaming movie theater," given shows have no set times for broadcast with direct competition, which are things that viewers can choose as alternative viewing at a particular moment.  YouTube is not television, but it does carry television shows, such as old television shows, such as from the 1950s, and, by the way, YouTube TV is not television.
    Lately, I have used YouTube to see old television shows--for history reasons--and to see vidoes tied to the Russian-Ukranian War (or whatever it will be called by war historians in the future), and I have not paid much attention to the Hamas/Israel War (a thing that has me rooting for the people of Israel, which is, in essence, made up Jews and Arabs and others), and, incidentally, I have seen a number of American news people tell lies about what Israel is doing in Gaza and wants to do with Gaza, a place that has been a haven for rotten people for years.  I have no complaints with Israel, and I support for Ukraine, and my support for Ukraine does not stem from my time being associate with a couple Ukrainian-type gals at Wayne State University, particularly at WAYN-AM, in roughly the middle of the 1970s [Note: By the way, when I was at the radio station, a bunch of Ukrainians sort of invaded the station--in a nice way--in the middle of the 1970s, coming from a high-school of Hamtramck, Michigan, and, by the way, too, one of the gals of the bunch is featured in my YouTube video at "The Hologlobe Press" channel about WAYN-AM--Irene Futiak--and so I have fond memories and no animosity toward the Ukrainians with whom I was tied years ago.].  Yes, I have looked over many videos about the Russian-Ukranian War on YouTube since February 2022.
    I have gained some impressions about the war from the over-all collections of videos that I have seen, some impressions of which you have probably not heard about from media people or have thought about, and the over-all impression is that the Russian culture is rotten and needs to die out, which is not surprising since it has evolved out of some 100 years of communism or at least five generations of communism.
    Communism and socialism and progressivism create ignorance, and that leads to a society that will fail in the long run.  In such societies, rulers--a group of a few with a one-party political system--teach to the others only what the rulers want the others to know.  That leads to the rulers teaching lies and crap information; for example, lies are presented about the world outside the community or country, and, by the way, that can lead to the people's hating the outside world, based on misinformation.  In such societies, the people can be unaware of how corrupt the leaders are and how the people are being manipulated to do rotten things against their own interests and those who are outside of the country.  Meanwhile, it is commonplace for such societies to keep people poor.  That leads to people who lack the resources to experiment with ideas on their own, which might advance the society; for instance, in the United States of America, because citizens were not kept poor by the government, citizens had monetary resources to try to invent things, such as all-electronic television.  In addition, people who lack the ability to gain thinking skills about making things, such as on their own or as part of employees of businesses, can bring little in the way of thinking skills to military jobs.  Plus, in such societies, the military is a hierarchical entity in which people lower in the ladder must, for the most part, act as "yes men" to those who are higher up on the ladder--to challenge higher-ups can lead to being knocked down or wiped out or killed--and that leads to the creation of stupid military, since dumb ideas do not get challenged and knocked out and bad military equipment can end up being the rule.  Also, the rulers in the military have a tendency to believe they are super smart and have all the right answers, and what others have to say can be disregarded as stupid thought.  It must be pointed out that such societies are violence-based and fear-based, so even stupid people--if they have enough meanness and weapons--can attain power above others or even all others, as in the case of Putin of Russia.  And that means that it is commonplace for really dumb people to end up in the higher ranks of the society in general and in the military.
    Oh, a person has to remember that it is commonplace for politicians of the world to be rotten people, because such people do not want to be anything other than politicians--they do not want to be plumbers or doctors and secretaries and such--and they want to be "free" in life to do what they want to do and get what they want to get, even hurt others, and that is tied to the idea that, in life, people have to do something, and such people want to be able to hurt others and get as much out of life as freely as possible--it is something to do.
    If you look at enough videos about the war between Ukraine and Russia, as I have, you can get good information and you can get useless information, such as predictions that might note that Russia has already reached a collapsed-economic state because of the war and that might suggest that Putin is done for soon (and the two ideas I have taken from already old videos on YouTube, which did not come true or have not come true yet).  Most of the videos that I have seen show success by Ukraine in the war and not success by Russia, but I have stumbled across videos that show downfalls related to Ukraine, but facts show that Russia has lost--injured or killed--more than twice as men military personnel than Ukraine has, and it looks as if, at this time, some 1.1-million Russia-related military personnel have be put out of commission.  I have seen Russia use tactics that look like stuff from World War I; in the current war, Russian military commanders, guided by Putin ultimately, have simply pushed vehicles (such as tanks) and soldiers out toward Ukraine-held territory, unconcerned about loosing men and equipment, feeling, for one, they can simply push out stuff for Ukraine to attack and make Ukraine waste resources till the Ukrainians become nearly out of fighting resources, such as bombs and bullets and mortars and such.  By the way, videos hint that Russia has mostly being pushing out as soldiers non-elite troopers first, and that means Russia has been using stupid people from villages and places Americans might call "out in the sticks."  Oh, I have seen videos that hint Russian soldiers have killed their own comrades--wounded comrades--instead of taking them back to safe areas and medical care, and I have seen videos that hint soldiers are sent back into battle, though the soldiers are not really fighting ready, being yet injured.  I have seen information that shows how the status of a communistic military leads to bad equipment being made or being used on the battlefield; for instance, Russian tanks have been defectively designed and built, even the T-90, and they have been somewhat easy to destroy with "drones."  Oh, I lack information about regular citizens in Russian using play times to work with drones (such as as toys), but I know youngsters in the United States of America have been exposed to drones for some time, since home-existing money has been available to youngsters so that they can get used to using drones, and it seems to me that playing with drones has not be easily done in Russia, since people lack the resources to get and make drones for private use [Note: Videos have hinted that Ukrainians did have access to drones in private use easily, so Ukrainians could get involved in drone use better than Russians.].  So Russia had to, in essence, attack over a lot of open ground, and that made Russians military personnel and vehicles easy targets for drones since the early days of the war.  Incidentally, some times I think Putin sent lower-class people--in Putin's mind--in to death situations so that the government would have fewer lower-class people to take care of in the future.  I have seen videos on YouTube that hint that Russia has used the idea that, if a body of a Russian troop does not get returned to Russian territory, it allows the Russian government to say that there is no proof (a body to look at) the troop was killed, so the government need not pay out benefits to relations of the soldier, and I have seen videos that hint that the Russian government has used violence and coercion to get people to sign contracts (such as one-year contracts) to be in the military and fight in the war against Ukraine.  The Russian soldier has, basically, had no real reason to fight in Ukraine or against Ukraine, unless the soldier simply likes to kill others for fun; in World War II, the Russian person in the military was well aware that Germany had attacked, such as with blitzkrieg tank operations, and was trying to wipe out what was then the Soviet Union and make a bigger German empire.  In essence, Putin attacked Ukraine to make a bigger "Putin empire" (given what might be taken from and out of Ukraine through a war would not really belong to the people of Russia).  However, I do note that Putin has pushed out the idea that there are "Nazis" in Ukraine (like the Nazis of Germany of World War II), but even if there were Nazis in Ukraine, there was no way Ukraine was going to attack Russia, given how much bigger Russia was in territory structure, and a battle would have been hard to win for Ukraine in Russia (on Russian territory).  Putin pushed a big lie to start the war!  In addition, it has been said that Putin attacked because he feared NATO was going to attack Russia, and that was more crap from Putin.  Videos hint that the morale in the Russian military is rotten, since Russian military personnel are being killed for no good reason and for only the gain to Putin.  Videos have hinted that relatives of Russian troops are being put off and lied to about the status of their soldiers relatives, and that is a sign of a bad government, one which is working to tell lies about how well or how not well the war is going, and, of course, that also shows the military of Russia is corrupt.  I have also seen videos on YouTube over the past three years or so that hint people in higher positions in the military have been involved in looting materials destined for troops for their own gains; for instance, a person might end up with material set to be given to soldiers to use and the person later forces soldiers to pay for the materials so that they will have materials to use in fights.  In videos, a person can see houses and such that look like they are in American neighborhoods or suburbs, and a person can see how many houses and such are destroyed because of the Russians, such as when Ukraine drone teams are forced to attack Russian positions, such as tanks hiding in buildings, and a person can ss that decades of building up things have been wiped out in a few years, and what will be left after the war will be a lot of rebuilding work, though, if Russia gains former Ukraine territory, Russia will probably not be concerned with rebuilding that much, given towns and villages in Russia seem to be in dire straights as a rule today, as videos on YouTube seem to show.  If Russia takes over parts of Ukraine, Russia will now have to police it--keep what former Ukrainians are there enslaved--and Russia will find it easier to not build up the area, but Russia will probably work to uncover any riches that remain in buildings, such as family rings made with gold and such.  Videos on YouTube do show a lot of Russian equipment that has been destroyed, and it looks as if there will be standing junk in the war-zone areas for years to come.
    I have to make clear again that at least some of the videos that I have seen could be one-sided or are at least a bit biased, but it seems I have a good idea that militarily the Russian effort has destroyed a bunch of things and led to the deaths or injury of well over 1.5-million persons--all to give to Putin a bigger empire and something to boast about.
    On August 15, 2025, Putin and Donald J. Trump met in Alaska, and, around the time, people, such as in the American media were fine with having Russia keep former Ukraine territory if it would help end the war.
    "For the record," I have this note.  My heritage line is, for example, Swedish and German, and that means nothing to me.  I am not a part of any ethnic group or whatever, or I do not consider myself a part of any ethnic group or whatever.  I have not worked to keep Swedish culture or German culture going; many people are forced or take it upon themselves the ideas to keep their cultures alive and to follow the cultures of their ancestors.  My culture started when I was born on June 15, 1953.  My culture is what I have taken from all that I have seen out in the world, and pieces have come from Japan, China, Chile, the American Indian, Africa, et cetera.  And right now, Sweden (the country) is crap, being socialistic, and Germany is no great place, and it was a shit place during World War II.  China is shit!  American Indian culture is no great culture either, based on old chief-like set-ups and being stalled.  I report--I belong to no group!  I am I, who happens to be one of the best American-television historians in the country and more, and I support Ukraine over Russia, even if there happens to be corruption in Ukraine (but there has been and still is corruption in the U.S. government, mostly in the form of people tied to the Democratic Party), and I say that Russia deserves no land from Ukraine, even if the war continues on, which, in the long run, should lead to the internal failure of Russia, based on what I have seen in videos of the war, and Russia then will probably break up in to parts, maybe through internal fights and battles between ethnic groups, which would lead to more videos being posted on YouTube for people to see.
        [Note: I have to report that, if Russia--really Putin--gets Ukrainian land, he will attack and fight again in the future, working to get more land, and he will take up more modern techniques of fighting in the day and age of more things like drone boats and flying drones, and that is because of what he does in life and what he sees of life, where only other men can stop him.]

    During a year, I live at two places in Michigan--one in the Detroit area and one in an area "Up North" (in northern Lower Michigan), and, recently, while being up north, I discovered some changes have taken place with the broadcast television universe.  A few days after I published the previous edition of Television History and Trivia, a storm hit in the area where I was up north, and I lost the "Channel 10" group on the big-screen television (the group dropped out for some reason), so I did a rescan, and I discovered there was a "Channel 28" group out there now for me.  That means that I now had a "Channel 4" group, a "Channel 6" group (related to WCMU-TV, a PBS-associated station), a "Channel 8" group, a "Channel 10" group, and a "Channel 28" group.  The "Channel 28" group had the Catchy network (Channel 28.1), a rotating group of camera shots from cities in the upper area of Michigan (Channel 28.2), the Story network (Channel 28.3), the H&I network (28.4), the Start network (Channel 28.5), and the MeTV Toons network (Channel 28.6).  I do not know when the current group of channels of the "28" group showed up, but it seems to have been recently; a guy running a store in Rogers City, Michigan, hinted that the start seemed to be about a year ago.  So there is now a little more to see for me up north, and I now have Catchy, Grit, H&I, Laff, MeTV, and MeTV Toons as my main stuff to see, and from time to time, I will look in on Comet, Charge, Create, Start, and Story, and, maybe, for a few minutes, I might look in on Roar (except when Saturday Night Live is on), and I will use ABC-TV, CBS-TV, and NBC-TV for football games and not much else [Note: And there are a few other channels, such as shopping channels, but I have little use for them.].

    Hey, it is time for some good music and good singers--not yellers--and I have it here--or is it "hear"?--in the Looking at the Movies presentation for this edition of Television History and Trivia.  Before Bill Kennedy would host Bill Kennedy Showtime for CKLW-TV (Channel 9) in the late 1950s and much of the 1960s, Bill Kennedy hosted movies on WWJ-TV (Channel 4), and he hosted movies on CKLW-TV while hosting Hollywood Showtime and Going Our Way (the latter a weekly Friday series).  That run on CKLW-TV for Bill Kennedy as a movie host started in the fall of 1956, and on Friday, October 19, 1956, the movie presented on Going Our Way starting at 1:00 p.m.) was "The Fabulous Dorseys".  The story  was about the famous, for one, big-band leaders of the middle of the 1900s--Tommy Dorsey and Jimmy Dorsey. The main characters in the movie were played by Tommy Dorsey and Jimmy Dorsey.  The 1947-released movie had such other performers as Janet Blair, Paul Whiteman (who played himself, a well-known big-band leader), William Lundigan, Arthur Shields, Sara Allgood, James Flavin, and William Bakewell.  Back in the 1940s and 1950s, audiences would not put up with so-called singers who pushed out bad notes, which singers of today can get away with because many listeners have not the guts it seems to complain about bad singing and bad notes.  Today, I hear bad singing all the time on hit-presenting radio stations, and, by the way, today, it seems listeners are more concerned with the visual antics--spectacular visual junk and all--presented by singers, such as big-name singers, on stage than with what is being sung.  For fun and romance, gather your love close to you and see "The Fabulous Dorseys" as a presentation of Looking at the Movies.

    Oh, if you are "Up North," you should rescan your television, if you use an antenna, such as an antenna on a tower, as I have.

    Remember: The Prisoner with Patrick McGoohan was a television show that was produced across the pond and shown on CBS-TV in the late 1960s, and I urge you to find The Prisoner on DVD, maybe from a library, and watch it, and you should show it--all the episodes--to teenagers, or buy it as a present for teenagers.

    P.S.: You are urged to see my document entitled One of "The Rules of Man"--A Rule About Health Care that No Politician May Supersede with Law, which can be reached through this Rule1 link.  I have deduced that all the Democrats and most Republicans support the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 and have no intention of killing it, though it should be killed for violating, for one, "The Rules of Man."  For example, Republicans Jeb Bush and Chris Christie support the rotten law, and that is one reason that I define them as stupid men and not men who are good enough--in this day and age--to be the U.S. President.  I note that the "mandate"--which forces everyone to buy government-approved health-care insurance--violates one of "The Rules of Man," and it is a rule that is attacked in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010.  Anyone who supports the "mandate" is not a good enough person or a smart enough person to be the U.S. president--the mandate is "enslavism," and the "mandate" allows government people--who are often usually bad people, as history shows--decide what health care a person can get, and that is bad.
