On November 4, 2014, a national midterm election took place in the United States of America, and the Republican Party retained control of the U.S. House of Representatives and the obtained control of the U.S. Senate. A lot of people then thought that things are going to get better in the country, especially with the health-care system. However, I disagree, and this document shows reasons why the health-care system for the United States of America is yet doomed for many decades.
It was really the Democratic Party that pushed through lies and coercion and corruption the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 upon the United States of America, and since 2010, I have made clear main reasons why the law is highly rotten. One reason it is highly rotten is it will lead to the country having a health-care system in which the federal government is the sole determiner of health care in the country for almost everyone (in essence, high-ranking federal politicians are exempt). Also, the law was set up to tax medical devices (though the makers of the law said that the law was designed to bring down health-care costs) and highly tax what were considered "Cadillac plans" (high-level insurance plans). The law gives away free care--for no work done--to people who do not deserve free care. There are many other reasons the law is rotten.
By the way, most high-ranking federal government people are rotten, as I have shown through documents that I have put on the Internet; at least two-thirds of the members of the U.S. Congress are rotten people or stupid people, and many Republicans are included in that statistic, and two-thirds of the members of the U.S. Supreme Court are rotten, and I say that Barack Obama is insane and an "enslavist"). Yet, many Americans hold the belief that having the federal government in control--completely--of the health-care system in the country is a good idea. That shows off the rottenness and stupidity of the American public. Why would any good person want a rotten person--an insane person or a morally defective person--to have the final say over the person's ultimate care?
Before the election of November 4, 2014, would take place, the members of the Democratic Party were still selling as good the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010, and members of the Republican Party were running on the idea that they were going to repeal the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010, but many Republicans were saying that they wanted to "repeal and replace" the law. "Repeal and replace"--this set of words hints at more rottenness for the country. Since 2010, the high-ranking Republicans, such as U.S. Senator John McCain, U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell, and U.S. Representative John Boehner have done nothing to teach the American public how rotten the law is, such as by giving regular speeches that put down the law, and the Republicans in the U.S. Congress have not worked to defund the law, and it shows that they are not in the mood to really kill the law, and their saying that the law should be "replaced" shows rottenness. I say that the high-ranking Republicans' idea of "replacing" the law means that they will simply great another large law, and I state that the Republicans are not good enough people or smart enough people to create a good all-encompassing health-care law that will not ultimately lead to crap, and, in fact, no person can create--clearly deducting all the possible ramifications of any rules set up--a law that will work well, since the subject is too complex and the all actions of millions and millions of persons cannot be taken into account and understood and known, especially over a period of time covering years and years--way off into the future.
By the way, a government usually does work that is rotten, since government attracts low-moral-quality people to high positions as a rule and since government goes for the lowest bidder in contracts and since government attracts rotten people looking for an easy job and government benefits and since government is bogged down operating policies, et cetera.
At this point, you may think that the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 is not rotten. However, keep in mind when a law has to be put in place through rotten ways and procedures, as was done with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010, then the law is probably rotten, and one actual piece of proof that the law is rotten was revealed to the public in October 2013 (at a convention at the University of Pennsylvania), when a man who was instrumental in creating the law--Jonathan Gruber--said that "...The bill was written in a tortured way to make sure CBO did not score the mandate as taxes. If the CBO scored the mandate as taxes, the bill dies....". You should see Jonathan Gruber was talking about how the bill was put together through fraudulent means. In addition, Jonathan Gruber said in October 201 at the same event that "...Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage....". The law is fraud, and the most Republicans have done nothing to expose the fraud or put down the fraud and kill the fraud, being idiot men and women and being rotten men and women and probably believers in the idea that the federal government should be heavily involved in controlling the health-care industry in the country.
The only way in which the health-care system of the United States of America is going to get better is when the government gets out of the health-care system as much as possible, and that means the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 has to be killed and the law must not be replaced with another big law--the way in which health-care works must be left to the 300-million-plus minds of the citizens as much as possible and kept out of the hands of politicians.
"Repeal and replace"--to me, any politician who pushes this idea is rotten.
