A Not-so-Impossible Idea

I have come up with a little logic puzzle about how Barack Obama can take over the United States of America.
Acquired a much power for the Executive Branch of the government as possible. Enact laws that puts the federal government in control of things in the private sector, such as businesses, and, for example, that can be done by passing legislation that will kill the private-health care industry in the near future, as has been done through the creation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Health Care Act (which was made law on March 23, 2010). Enact laws that pass powers that are held by the Legislative Branch to the Executive Branch, which is being done by the creation of the Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act; once the powers have been passed over from the Legislative Branch to the Executive Branch, and only way to return the powers to the Legislative Branch is to create and new law and have it signed by the U.S. President, which Barack Obama would never do. Have "czars" appointed who can take over the jobs once done by heads of the "departments" of the Executive Branch, who can be scrutinized by the U.S. Congress. Get majority control of the Judicial Branch of the federal government, especially the U.S. Supreme Court, by appointing radicals to the court, such as Sonya Sotomayor, who will certainly and with out question follow the beliefs of Barack Obama's, which are, for example, communist beliefs or Sharia beliefs. Use the Executive Branch to enact rules that will control the factories, mines, et cetera, of the entire country, such as by having the Environmental Protection Agency enact ever-stricter and ever-changing rules that must be followed by all factories, mines, et cetera. Enact federal spending laws that put the country into extreme debt, which will lead to the need for the federal government to impose more taxes, such as a national sales tax and a value-added tax, which when they exist will stall that ability of companies to hire more people, which will force more people to be unemployed or not find employment. Enact spending bills, like the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, that will shore up badly run states temporarily or enact spending bills that will shore up politicians who are purposely working to bankrupt their states so that, ultimately, the states will be beholden to the federal government for money or the states that go into default can be run directly by the federal government (which will leave citizens with no power to elect the main officials of their state governments). Control the information flow of the Internet, through some type of censorship, and, most certainly, control the flow on information on radio stations around the country so that true knowledge about the federal government aimed at the citizens of the country can reduced.
I could go on, but I will only say that it is then important to stop or harshly control the results of the elections of November 2010 and, maybe, even block the national elections of November 2012 from taking place, such as by setting down martial law a little before the elections are to take place because of terrorist attacks.
