In two documents of mine that I have made available on the Internet, I talk about a man named Donald Weber, who lived in Detroit, Michigan, in the 1920s, and Donald Weber is someone that I never met and someone who has no ties to me, and he is a man that I learned about through looking at items of his that had been left in a wardrobe trunk on the third floor of a house in Detroit (the documents are Michigan Travel Tips #67, which can be reached though this Travel #67 link, and Michigan Travel Tips #68, which can be reached through this Travel #68 link). By going through the items in the wardrobe trunk, I learned a bit about Don Weber--though hardly everying--such as some of this physical statistics (such as his age), some of his investments, his occupation, what he spent money on on a number days, two cars that he owned, and more (as I show in the two documents). After I had gone through the left-behind items of Don Weber's, I felt I knew more about Don Weber than most persons had known about Barack Obama before the presidential election took place on November 4, 2009.
Through other documents of mine that I have available to you on the Internet, I show much information about what Barack Obama is. In the document entitled Nonsense Statements and Quotations of Barack Obama, you can learn that Barack Obama is a perpetual liar, and when man is a perpetual liar, he cannot be trusted and his value as a man is low on the scale of the value of men. In the document entitled THE CRUD AROUND BARACK OBAMA: My Rule--"Like Minds Get Together", you can learn about all the defective and dangerous people who surround Barack Obama--as close associates and friends--and the documents shows what a defective individual and dishonorable Barack Obama is. In the documents entitled Madness in a President and Other Matters of a Defective Mind and Frank Beckmann Interviews Tom Lauria, an Attorney in Chrysler Mess, you can learn, for one, Barack Barack is--for lack of a better word--a thug, and, really, you can see Barack Obama will use street-thug techniques to coerce and intimidate other persons in a way not done by a U.S. President in the past. Other documents of mine show more of what Barack Obama is, and you will see by reading other documents of mine that Barack Obama is a Marxist, communist, enslaver, et cetera.
The beliefs that exist in Barack Obama--within Barack Obama's mind--are being used by the people who surround him to change the nature of the United States of America, and some of those people are staffers in what is called the Environmental Protection Agency (or the EPA) of the federal government.
Let me put in this reminder paragraph, which is more than a reminder paragraph for persons who are unaware of the general structure of the federal government. The federal government is up of three main parts. One part is the Judicial Branch, which is the federal court system. Another part is the Legislative Branch, the main sections of which are the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate, members of which, generally speaking, are elected to their jobs by the people of the country. The Executive Branch is the branch headed by the U.S. President, and this branch of the federal government is made up of departments, such as the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and agencies, such as the Environmental Protection Agency.
The Environmental Protection Agency is a large and powerful agency. The EPA began operating on December 2, 1970, and the main purpose of the agency has been to set rules and regulations related to the environment, such as set down rules about clean-water standards, and, really, the EPA can make rules and laws on a daily basis--without approval of the Legislative Branch or the Judicial Branch--that have to be followed by the people of the country. The rules and laws made by the EPA can be challenged in court, such as the courts of the Judicial Branch, but if the Judicial Branch does not strike down rules and laws of the EPA through challenges brought out in court cases, the rules and laws have to be followed by the people of the country.
The Legislative Branch can sort of work in conjunction with the Executive Branch--and, for this discussion--the EPA, since the Legislative Branch can make rules and laws that become effective when they are signed into law by the U.S. President, and the Legislative Branch can pass along responsibility to the EPA to make specific laws or rules about the environment through bills that become federal acts (pieces of legislation signed into law by the U.S. President).
Since the day that Barack Obama became the U.S. President, which was January 20, 2009, Barack Obama has been pushing to have the Legislative Branch pass laws and rules that are informally called "cap-and-trade" legislation. On June 26, 2009, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the American Clean Energy and Security Act (the "act" part does not indicate that the legislation is a true "act," since it only becomes an "act" if it passes through the U.S. Congress and is signed into law by the U.S. President); the piece of legislation is informally called the Waxman-Markey Bill. It was mostly Democrats--pushed on by Barack Obama--who voted "yes" to pass the American Clean Energy and Security Act on June 26, 2009 (you should see my document entitled "CAP AND TRADE" and Carbon Dioxide Facts and Nonsense, which can be reached by using this Carbon link). When the act was passed by the U.S. House of Representatives, it was passed on to the U.S. Senate, and, in essence, the bill has been stalled in the U.S. Senate up to at least December 9, 2009.
Here is a bit of history that has to be remembered. On April 2, 2007, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in a court case that greenhouse gases, such as water vapor and carbon dioxide, were covered by the existing federal act known as the Clean Air Act, and that meant that the Environmental Protection Agency was sort of free to make law and rules related to greenhouse gases. On December 7, 2009, Lisa Jackson, the head of the EPA, announced there was scientific evidence that man's emitting of greenhouses gases was endangering man and the planet, and it was hinted in reports that the EPA would make laws pertaining to greenhouses gases in the near future if the Legislative Branch failed to pass legislation related to greenhouse gases.I have to put in an aside here. On November 19, 2009, the "Climate-gate" scandal started up, or it became public. Climate-gate is a scandal in which emails and other electronic documents obtained from the Climatic Research Unit of the University of East Anglia showed the people, there and elsewhere, had been purposely lying about manmade global warming and about the planet getting warmer and the people linked to the scandal had been faking data. After November 19, 2009, the scandal was becoming more known by people around the world, and people were protesting, such as scientists who were working to sue Al Gore, Jr., a high-profile environmental activist and a former Vice President of the United States of America, since he pushes the manmade-global-warming idea through what is described as false information (such as in the documentary that he hosted called An Inconvenient Truth, which was released in 2006). Despite the rising knowledge in the minds of people that manmade global warming is a scam, on December 7, 2009, politicians from countries all over the world gathered for the start of an international climate summit, put together by the United Nations, in Copenhagen, Denmark, one purpose of which, which had become public knowledge, was to create some type of international government that would have the powers to supersede the laws of countries, such as The U.S. Constitution of the United States of America (you should see my document entitled World Tyranny: Warnings about the Insane Who are Trying to Create a Communist World Country, a link to which exists at the end of this document).
Remember: The head of the Executive Branch is Barack Obama, who is the U.S. President now, and Barack Obama oversees directly the EPA and is the boss for Lisa Jackson (who is the director or administrator of the EPA).
Now, I come to events that would take place on and after December 9, 2009, when I learned more disturbing information (at first from Mark R. Levin of The Mark Levin Show, a nationally syndicated radio show), and here is what I found after hearing the information. On December 9, 2009, Lisa Jackson, the administrator of the EPA, gave a speech in Copenhagen at the Climate Summit (or Climate Conference), and, on the day previous, Fox News had received information that the Obama administration is willing to take a "command-and-control" approach to making cap-and-trade rules that will affect the country, and that information had come from someone at the White House who wished not to be revealed in the press to the public (yet), and the information was published on December 9, 2009 (Garrett, Major, and The Associated Press. "Administration Warns of 'Command-and-Control' Regulations Over Emissions." FOXNews.com, 9 December 2009). It means that, despite evidence that manmade global warming (or manmade climate change or whatever it is called) is a lie, Barack Obama still wants the United States of America to have cap-and-trade laws, which is really a scam and will hurt businesses in the country by making them pay more taxes based on a false idea--manmade global warming.
Now, you have more evidence of what Barack Obama is. I have shown two instances in which Barack Obama is willing to coerce, such as through command-and-control techniques of one agency (made up of non-elected workers) of the Executive Branch, the Legislative Branch into passing climate legislation or cap-and-trade legislation (the two instances are the announcement made by Lisa Jackson of December 7, 2009, and the story reported by Fox News of December 9, 2009). And I have shown that Barack Obama is purposely working to hurt the business sector of the country through taxes and laws and rules, since he is willing to press ahead with the polices of more taxes and laws and rules even though it can be shown that manmade global warming is a lie and even though the country is in a bad recession.
By the way, Barack Obama will look better before the public if the Legislative Branch passes rules and laws than if Barack Obama has the EPA make laws and rules, since, in the former case, the Legislative Branch will take much of the heat from the public and the business community when the ill effects on industry in the country show up because of the laws and rules.I state "for the recor," that, in essence, Barack Obama is acting like what you can expect from a communist, a Marxist, an evil dictator, et cetera--He is taking central command of everything that he can in the country no matter what the consequences are to the country as it was founded and the people of the country.
If you are not convinced by what I have presented so far about Barack Obama and his goals, I now present extra information that shows what Barack Obama is pushing:
Here is some of the speech (as prepared) that Lisa Jackson gave at the Climate Conference in Copenhagen, Denmark, on December 9, 2009: "...If we do not act to reduce greenhouse gases, the planet we leave to the next generation will be a very different place than the one we know today. Just as the fates of our individual economies are connected in one global destiny, so is the fate of our environment. We know that the emissions from automobiles on American highways contribute to the same urgent environmental problem as peat bogs in Indonesia and deforested farmland in the Amazon -- or industrial booming centers in China and India. In this global challenge, each of us bears responsibilities that extend well beyond our individual borders...." and "...As a start, we are working to revitalize and refashion the U.S. economy for the low-carbon, clean energy future...." and "...One week after unveiling the clean cars program, EPA announced that -- for the first time ever -- the United States will require our largest sources of greenhouse gases to report their greenhouse gas emissions. Starting next month, we will begin tracking approximately 85 percent of the total US emissions -- the critical first step towards comprehensive action on greenhouse reductions...." and "...By taking action and finalizing the endangerment finding on greenhouse gas pollution, we have been authorized and obligated to take reasonable efforts to reduce greenhouse pollutants under the Clean Air Act...." and "...Now, we know that skeptics have and will continue to try and sow doubts about the science of climate change. These are the same tactics that have been used by defenders of the status quo for years. Those tactics only serve to delay and distract from the real work ahead, namely, growing our clean energy economy and finding innovative, cost-effective ways to reduce harmful GMGs. It's time we let the science speak for itself...." When you study this material provided and see the statements made by Barack Obama that exist in my document entitled Nonsense Statements and Quotations of Barack Obama, which can be reached through the link at the end of this document, you will see Barack Obama and Lisa Jackson seem to have the same speech writer or the same team of speech writers. Lisa Jackson presented a lot of false information, and, in fact, Lisa Jackson lied, and it is reminiscent of what Barack Obama has done and does regularly. And also you should see Lisa Jackson is ignoring real science and truthful science.
