As more and more women have gotten into politics and journalism, the worse the country has become, because most of the women are socialists or communists, and as I have reported in the past--Women (just by their nature) are more illogical in thinking than men are, and the women often work to achieve or satisfy emotional goals and emotion-tied conclusions.  Add to that is the idea that for several decades, men have become feminized and have become less willing to show up the rotten thinking of women.  For the election of November 2018, many women were put in political jobs, such as in the U.S. Congress, and it seems many were Democrats, and the women got their jobs because many idiots (voters) wanted more women in public office (such as to satisfy the theme of "diversity" or, more specifically, "diversity of thought" (which can mean allowing "communistic" ideas to be accepted as good)), and it seems many women voted for women simply to vote for women.  In Michigan, for example, the next governor and the next attorney general will be communistic/socialistic women--communism and socialism are highly rotten political systems, where corruption rules and violence rules and idiocy rules and illogic rules.  In essence, many Americans (and some non-Americans probably too) voted for rotten people, and I say that many Americans "shit in their own nest," which is what has happened for years in Flint, Michigan, where the citizens voted for rotten people, such as convicted criminals, to head the city government, and that led to the "Flint Water Crisis" of around 2014.  Now, many of the same type of people as those in Flint have ended up in the government of Michigan and the government of the United States of America.  It seems very likely that future versions of Television History and Trivia will show even more of the decline of the United States of America as can be seen on television, but for now I offer you the 176th edition of Television History and Trivia.

In the previous edition of Television History and Trivia, I showed up the rottenness of Cecilia Vega (of ABC News) on October 1, 2018, Kaitlin Collins (of CNN) on October 1, 2018, and Abilio James Acosta (of CNN) on November 7, 2018, and it was all related to their appearances at press conferences held by U.S. President Donald Trump, in which they acted disrespectfully and acted unprofessionally and acted childish.  Since I published the previous edition of Television History and Trivia, the nonsense committed by Cecilia Vega and Kaitlin Collins has been made passé, and the nonsense committed by Abilio James Acosta has led to more nonsense, one part of which was CNN's work to get a court to get back Abilio James Acosta's press pass to the White House, which had been taken away by the White House based on his rotten appearance before the public at the press conference.  By the way, I show off the three reporters here to show there has been a string of disrespect given the U.S. president by many in the main media.  On Wednesday, November 14, 2018, I was making planning to catch Let It Rip on Channel 2, WJBK-TV, on Thursday, November 15, 2018, but my thinking was a little off--based on my belief that the next edition of Let It Rip would show up on November 15, 2018.  On the evening of November 14, 2018, I was running through the television channels (broadcast channels), and I ended up on Channel 2, when an edition of Let It Rip was about to end.  Darn!  However, I recognized immediately one of the persons taking part in the show, and it was an old acquaintance--Ron Edwards (who, when I first met him, also was known as "Ron Dawson").  In the morning of November 15, 2018, I went to the website of Channel 2 to see the edition of Let It Rip that, in essence, I had missed the previous night.  I found it.  The show--the video--ran about thirty minutes, and the show had two parts, only the last part of which (which ran about 15 minutes) was about U.S. President Donald Trump and the press event of November 7, 2018.  The host was Huel Perkins, and the co-host was Charlie Langton, which is commonplace for the show.  There were four panelists in the final 15 minutes or so, and they were Rochelle Riley (of the Detroit Free Press), whom I have almost regularly shown up to be a rotten women (a socialist and even a black racist), Greg Bowens (a "Democratic activist"), Ingrid Jacques (an editor for the editorial page of The Detroit News), and Ron Edwards (who, I know, has been involved in broadcasting since at least the late 1980s, such as in Cleveland, Ohio, and in the Detroit area of Michigan, and Ron Edwards was the real "anti-enslavist" or "conservative" on the panel [Note: It was said that Ingrid Jacques works for a "conservative" newspaper, but I say that the newspaper is a very shallow "conservative" entity, based on, for instance, my knowledge that Nolan Finley (a high-profile member of the newspaper) is a mush thinker, especially when compared with Ron Edwards.]).  For the most part, only Ron Edwards supported the actions of the president in relation to the press conference, and Ingrid Jacques came off as wishy washy, and one reason that I say that Ingrid Jacques came off as wishy wishy is she worked to push out the nonsense idea that Donald Trump made a martyr out of Abilio James Acosta through all the actions done against Abilio James Acosta, which was pushing the idea that Donald Trump should not fight back and should be a pacifist while under fire.  Rochelle Riley and Greg Bowens passed along crap as a rule.  Rochelle Riley pushed out the nonsense that Donald Trump is like the president of Russia (Vladimir Putin), acting like a communist with respect to the media.  Greg Bowens's first main statement was--"Trump is a jerk!  You can see it on TV.".  The next theme that Greg Bowens pushed out was--"...He's [Acosta is] also representing the public.".  Greg Bowens comment about representing the pubic is nonsense.  The press may make product for the public but it does not represent the public really.  In this day and age, most press people represent themselves and their employers and the values of socialism and communism.  Abilio James Acosta does not represent me!  Greg Bowens pushed out this idea--"...He [Acosta] has every right to ask, ask a question, and the president can ignore it and go on to the next one.".  Greg Bowens argument is defective.  Abilio James Acosta did ask a question, and Donald Trump answered it (more than once), and Abilio James Acosta then took up a position to be combative, and based on Greg Bowens's argument, Donald Trump was then allowed to go on to other people (reporters), which Donald Trump tried to do, but Abilio James Acosta would not give up the microphone (held in his right hand).  Greg Bowens also noted that U.S. President is supposed to set an example of how to behave on the world stage, but I say that Donald Trump did set an example of what to do when a press person gets out of control, and Greg Bowens added--"...He [Donald Trump] acted like an angry dude who lives at the corner, saying get off my lawn....".  One of the big pieces of crap on the show came from Rochelle Riley, which is not surprising to me, and she said that Donald Trump is the reason that the public has a low approval rating for the press.  That is illogical.  It is what the press people do or do not do--such as act like jackasses--that is the fuel for determining the rating given to the press in the minds of the public.  The Let It Rip segment showed a clip of Yamiche Alcindor (of PBS) during the press conference, and it showed how Yamiche Alcindor pushed out the idea that Donald Trump was pushing for "white nationalism" or "white racism" (which was implied) by having talked about "nationalism" recently, and it was an ugly moment from Yamiche Alcindor, because a smart person can deduce Yamiche Alcindor was working to put in to the minds of the public that Donald Trump is a racist, though based on no facts.  Ron Edwards, who had little time to talk on the show, especially when compared with Greg Bowens, was able to fight back against the nonsense idea of Yamiche Alcindor's by saying what nationalism is about, such as to have love of country and to be "proud of country."  And Ron Edwards noted fact--the press has been against Donald Trump from day one, and people (even Donald Trump) who are under continual fire get to fight back and will fight back, and the press has been a "pain in the rear end" (as noted by Ron Edwards) to the president.  I, as a person who has been involved with the media since 1971, report that the press does not have a right to a press pass (though some rotten judge might say otherwise and help screw up the country more), given a press pass is not an issue related to "censoring the press" by the government--Abilio James Acosta without a press pass can still write and report what he wishes for the public (even if it is rotten news and information) [Note: "Freedom of the press" is the idea that allows a person to speak out against the government, and "freedom of the press" is not related with allowing or not allowing a press person to talk with a government person.].  A smart and good person is well aware Abilio James Acosta (informally known as "Jim Acosta") created non-news--no real news (such as that related to the condition of the economy) was reported as the result of his actions, and he became the center of fake news, which lasted for days.  For the most part, the segment of Let It Rip was fluff and nonsense, since, really, it afforded little time to complete a good thought, and it drifted from as a rule shallow point to shallow point (especially from the Democratic Party supporters on the show), and there was little time to knock down idiotic thought fully (but that is the nature of the format of the television show, which, as a rule, never allows a real thinker to discredit nonsense (which can be pushed forth easily and in moments, like a few-word clichés)--it takes time to present facts and true knowledge to put down crap).
[Note: I have a little history of Ron Edwards here.  From 1990 to 1992 and from 1999 to 2000, I worked with Ron Edwards in the broadcast area of AAA Michigan (which, in essence, had a broadcast unit from 1965 to about 2003).  In the 1990s, Ron Edwards was already involved in working to be a radio commentator, such as through his commentaries called The Edwards Notebook.  [Note: I have a "Blown' Away the Myth" T-shirt from him.]  "Breaking the myth"--this has been one main slogan for Ron Edwards.  Over the years, I have heard his commentaries on various radio stations in Michigan, such as recently on WDTK-FM ("The Patriot") of the Detroit area.  A main radio show for Ron Edwards today is The Ron Edwards Experience, which gets offered to radio listeners around the country through, for example, Talk America Radio.  Today, The Edwards Notebook is available on radio stations in 64 markets in the United States of America.  I state that Ron Edward has a history of being an "anti-enslavist" and being against socialists and communists and other highly rotten people ("enslavists").]

In the previous edition of Television History and Trivia, and in the edition of Michigan Travel Tips for November 10, 2018, I showed why Dana Nessel, who had been elected to be the new attorney general for the State of Michigan in the November 2018 election, was and is a bad person, and, for example, I showed how the rotten woman had pushed out the idea that people, probably especially women, should not vote for a candidate with a "penis".  From 2011 and 2017, Kamala Harris was the attorney general for the State of California, and she is a woman who is as rotten as Dana Nessel is, both of whom call themselves "Democrats" (a.k.a. communists and socialists and progressives and feminists).  [Note: By the way, Dana Nessel and Kamala Harris are like Rochelle Riley.]  On November 15, 2018, Kamala Harris, who is a U.S. Senator tied to California, got to interview Ronald Vitiello in a hearing designed to help determine the next person to head the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (or ICE) part of the federal government (in the Executive Branch of the federal government).  On November 15, 2018, Ronald Vitiello was being considered to be the new head of the federal agency, which is designed, for one, to keep bad people out of the country and which operates under laws created by the U.S. Congresses and U.S. presidents.  During the questioning, Kamala Harris showed off the evilness of her black feminist mind through what she worked to imply and worked to do.  Here is a portion of the interview--which was shown on C-SPAN3--between Kamala Harris and Ronald Vitiello:
Ronald Vitiello: "...The Klan was...what we would call a 'domestic terrorist group.'"  [Note: For the naive, I report that the "Klan" to which Ronald Vitiello referred is the "Ku Klux Klan," which was a white-racist group of years past, which had ties the Democratic Party, especially people in the southern United States of America, a member of which was U.S. Senator Robert Byrd (a "Democrat" in the U.S. Congress for many years, till he death a few years ago).]
Kamala Harris: "Why?  Why, why would we call them a 'domestic terrorist group'?"
Ronald Vitiello: "Cause they tried to use fear and force to change political environment."
Kamala Harris: "And what was the motivation for the use of fear and force?"
Ronald Vitiello: "It was based on race and ethnicity."
Kamala Harris: "Right.  Are you aware of the perception of, uhm, many about how the, the power and discretion that ICE is being used to enforce the laws, and do you see an parallel?"
Ronald Vitiello: "I do not see any parallels between...."  [Note: Kamala Harris took up regular interrupting him here, so the next number of lines are hard to present exactly.]
Kamala Harris: "I'm talking about perception."
    Ronald Vitiello: "...officers and agents...."
Kamala Harris: "I'm talking about perception."
Ronald Vitiello: "I, I do not see a parallel between what is constitutionally mandated as, as it relates enforcing the law...."
Kamala Harris: "Are you aware that there's a perception?"
    Ronald Vitiello: "...I see no...."
Kamala Harris: "Are you aware that there's a perception?"
Ronald Vitiello: "...To put ICE in the same category as the KKK, is that what you're asking me?"
Kamala Harris: "...I'm very specific about what I'm asking you.  Are you aware of a perception that the way that the discretion...."
Ronald Vitiello: "I see no parallel."
    Kamala Harris: "...I'm not finished...."
    Ronald Vitiello: "I see none."
Kamala Harris: "I'm not finished.  I'm not finished.  Are you aware that there's a perception that, that ICE is administrating its power in a way that is causing fear and intimidation, uhm, particularly among immigrants and, and specifically among immigrants coming from Mexico and Central America?  Are you aware of that perception?"
Ronald Vitiello: "I, I do not see a parallel between the power and the authority that ICE has to do its job and agents and officers who do it professionally and excellently with lots compassion...."
Kamala Harris: "Sir, how can you be the head of an agency and be unaware of how your agency is perceived by certain communities?"
Ronald Vitiello: "There's a lot of perceptions in the media and in the public that are incorrect about the agency...."
Kamala Harris: "But the perception exists!  Would you agree--whether or not it's correct?  And wouldn't you agree then that, if that perception exists, there might need to be some work done to correct the perception."
And that was the main focus of what you have to be aware of, and it was bullshit from Kamala Harris, who showed off her wicked and evil mind.  The Ku Klux Klan was a citizens group and not a government entity, such as a federal-government entity.  There is no way to compare the two entities.  ICE is involved in public safety--especially the citizens of the United States of America.  People can have all types of "perceptions" about things.  The crook has a perception of police, and it is not a good perception, because to the crook, the police officers are the enemy, and police care not what the criminal has as a perception of police (a perception that goes back in history to the dawn of man and woman--centuries and centuries ago).  "Illegal immigrants" should have a perception of the men and women who are attached through employment to ICE, since the people of ICE are out to thwart the law breaking being done by illegal aliens, who can be criminals and smugglers of drugs and such.  For the head of ICE to be worried about the perception that bad people have of ICE is useless.  Kamala Harris was leading the whole discussion into fantasy and idiocy and the clouds and the swamp.  In addition, Kamala Harris's argument that there is a perception in some people's minds, especially the minds of foreigners (citizens of other countries), that members of ICE can make them fearful is crap and that ICE should probably work to make people not fear the members of ICE is crap.  ICE was not created to make law breakers from other countries feel safe and happy.  By the way, at the time that the hearing segment was held, people--in mass--from places south of the United States of America were heading to the United States of America to storm the borders and be let into the country--they wanted to bypass federal laws (of the United States of America) about getting into the United States of America, which have existed for decades and decades, and get into the country on their say so and their rules about what should happen.  What data does Kamala Harris have about how many people from other countries have fear in their minds about ICE?  Kamala Harris was running off the mouth with no basis in reality.  There is no way in the world to get rid of a "perception" that criminals have about law enforcers, especially those protecting the United States of America.  And Kamala Harris worked to make ICE look like the Ku Klux Klan, and that shows the real shit of her mind!  [Note: It seems very likely to me that ICE is made up of people who are "white" and who are "black" and who are "asian" and whatever--The entity is not made up of only "whites," which could make it a white-racist entity.]
[Note: It looks as if more and more each day bad people, especially bad women, are getting into jobs defined as "attorney general" jobs.  California had Kamala Harris for a bunch of years, and now Michigan will have Dana Nessel.  Keep in mind--Eric Holder (a "Democrat") was the U.S. Attorney General under Barack Obama for a number of years, and Eric Holder blocked work to show up the election tampering and intimidation involving members of the New Black Panthers (a terrorist group of black thugs) some years ago.]

I am going to talk about "specials" here.  Commercial television got started in Detroit in June 1947, and the first commercial television station was WWJ-TV, Channel 4, which was controlled by The Detroit News.  Since the start of the commercial-television industry in Detroit or the Detroit area, there have been "specials," such as those in which staffers (engineers and such) did remotes at some place, such Selfridge Air Base or a flower show.  I state that the heyday of specials of at least a half-hour in length was from about 1960 to 1980, and in the early years, many of the specials were sports specials, such as a special about Wayne Walker (a Detroit Lion).  Since the 1970s, a lot of the specials have been pushing out nonsense--socialistic stuff or pseudo-intellectual stuff.  I have an example to pass along.  On Friday, November 9, 1990, The Best Education Money Can Buy? was aired by Channel 2 (WJBK-TV) and Channel 56 (WTVS-TV), and the program was a co-production of the two stations, and the main host was Rich Fisher (a staffer of the Channel 2 news department).  At that time, the special was highly promoted--highly promoted--as the first in a series of five years of specials, all of which were to be aired under the Class of '95 umbrella title.  The other Class of '95 specials aired by the two stations were Teach Me to Care: Reading, Writing & Self Esteem (Thursday, March 28, 1991), No Place Like School (Wednesday, May 29, 1991), which was followed by a town-hall meeting, My Dad Is a Hero (Wednesday, November 20, 1991), Ready for Work? (Wednesday, March 4, 1992), and It Takes a Whole Village to Raise a Child (Tuesday, September 29, 1992).  There were no Class of '95 specials in 1993, 1994, or 1995.  The big flap-doodle hype of the shows did not live up to anything.  Today, about 60 percent of the adults in Detroit are functionally illiterate.  The operators of the two television stations--I say "pseudo-intellectuals"--probably thought they were doing something important, and they never lived up to their goal of five years of stuff.  I have another example of nonsense.  On Wednesday, November 17, 1993, Channel 56 aired a special called Making Peace in Our City (a portion of which was a recorded program called The Last Hit: Children and Violence), and the special, which ran two hours, was designed to curb violence in Detroit.  And how did that go, and what did that accomplish?  I say--Do not be so impressed by those specials on television working to solve the ills of this place or that.  For example, I have shown in the past how the specials about the "Flint Water Crisis" never reported on the real cause of the water crisis, which was that the citizens of Flint for a number of decades had voted in idiots and unqualified people and rotten people into the main government positions of the city (and even while the crisis was going on, the citizens put people in office who had rotten pasts).
[Note: Maybe in the future, I shall get around to talking about the specials that were aired from 1991 to 1995 under the City for Youth umbrella title.  A show existing under that umbrella title was aired, for example, by Channel 56, by Channel 56 and another channel in the Detroit area, by Channel 56 and a bunch of other television stations in the Detroit area, or by Channel 56 and other PBS-associated stations in Michigan.  The specials were about--in some cases--gangs or violence or guns in school.  What value did they really have, beyond making it seem the television stations were doing something useful?]

For several years, WHPS-TV (formerly WHPR-TV), Channel 33, has had shows featuring a person identified as "The Son of Man," who is supposed to be giving talks about the "scriptures," and in the past, I have shown how what "The Son of Man" offers over several evenings a week is rotten.  On Friday, November 16, 2018, I happened to jump in to one of The Son's of Man's lectures on Channel 33, and I decided to see what idiocy he was pouting out about this time.  It was another boring and rambling affair, filled shallow thinking and illogic.  He ran off nonsense statements, such as--If you don't understand what America really is, then you have no place in government.  What America is or--rather--should be was not stated by The Son of Man.  He gave a hint that he does vote in elections.  At one point, he pushed out the idea that you (the viewer) should take up voting for the person whom you "feel really cares about the country."  What that heck does that mean?  I am unsure.  But The Son of Man seemed to be pushing the idea that people should vote with their feelings and should not vote based knowledge about people and knowledge about what are failed or non-failed government policies.  It looks to me as if The Son of Man was pushing to get more people to think like silly women in relation to elections, and to me, that was teaching idiocy.  The Son of Man showed that he is against U.S. President Donald Trump, and while talking about Donald Trump and the so-called Russian investigation, The Son of Man pushed out the nonsense that--Trump's saying that the FBI should not investigate (in relation to the investigation) is to say that the FBI should not exist.  That idea from The Son of Man is idiocy.  I report--To say that Detroit is getting better is to be unaware what teachings are going on within Detroit on television on a regular basis.

Oh, I am not done with the Abilio James Acosta (of CNN)-U.S. President Donald Trump incident of November 7, 2018, though you may have thought so.  On Monday, November 16, 2018, I happened to tune in to Channel 2.1, WJBK-HD, in Detroit in the nine o'clock hour in the morning, and I was exposed to Deena Centofani talking with Barbara McCormack of a museum called the "Newseum" of Washington, D.C. (located at newseum.org on the Internet).  I caught some thoughts from Barbara McCormack that showed me the museum should be seen as rather defective (I already had an idea it was defective since the entity was and is tied to the current state of the journalism industry today, which is socialistic as a whole).  Barbara McCormack noted that "fake news" is "not a problem for journalists....".  I knew her theme was defective, having, for example, written about fake news from the media in numerous editions of Television History and Trivia.  Barbara McCormack pushed out the idea that sometimes journalist make mistakes.  I report that "mistakes" are different from "fake news" (lies and crap).  Minutes later, I went to the website for Newseum to see what it looked like.  I looked it over, and I hit a link to an associated entity known as the "Freedom Forum Institute," which is an entity that showed itself to be "liberal"-backed [Note: "Liberalism" is socialism and communism and progressivism (and the old definition of "liberalism" is dead and means nothing).].  I found a document entitled "Sorry, Mr. President--You Don't Get to Choose" (November 16, 2018) from Gene Policinski (the president and the chief executive officer of the entity), and some of the document noted---"Sorry Mr. President, but you don't get to pick and choose who--on behalf of the public--gets access to the White House to ask you questions on our behalf...." and "...Journalists, on behalf of the public, are the constitutional watchdogs on what you do and say....".  The quoted material is bullshit from Gene Policinski, given, in this day and age, the press does not really as a rule support The U.S. Constitution, being socialists and communists as a rule (as I have shown in editions of Television History and Trivia in the past).  I note--If the press represented the "good public," it would have shown off all the rottenness of the Barack Hussein Obama administration, such as the countless lies and rotten political ideas and the scandals.  I found that the entity known as the Freedom Forum Institute has an annual award called the "Al Neuharth Award for Excellence in the Media," and it started out in 1989 with Walter Cronkite (the socialist as the recipient), and many of the winners were clearly "liberal" (socialistic) press people.  And on the page entitled "Events and Programs," an image at the top of the page showed off Nick Clooney, George Clooney, and another man, and I report that, for example, George Clooney (the big-name actor) is big supporter of socialists and communists, such as Barack Hussein Obama.  While I was looking at information about Newseum and the Freedom Forum Institute, I was listening to The Frank Beckmann Program on WJR-AM, which was being hosted by a guest host--M. L. Elrick (a reporter of Channel 2.1, WJBK-HD, in Detroit), whom I have shown to be rotten in the past through editions of Television History and Trivia.  M.L. Elrick was pushing out the idea that Donald Trump was crap and that Abilio James Acosta was good.  For example, M.L. Elrick pushed out the lie that U.S. President Donald Trump is putting down the press and intimidating the press and that the president does not like questions (or liked to be questioned).  During the time the discussion was about U.S. President Donald Trump and Abilio James Acosta event, M.L. Elrick took questions from radio listeners, and often M.L. Elrick acted like at jackass to the callers (unlike Frank Beckmann), such as by interrupting them with nonsense statements (which he tried to say were done in fun).  M.L. Elrick pushed out this crap--"He's [Donald Trump has] told more lies than about anyone.".  M.L. Elrick passed along crap with that statement.  It seems to me M.L. Elrick had had head up his butt while Barack Hussein Obama was the U.S. president and did not pay attention to all the crap and lies that Barack Hussein Obama was pushing out regularly [some of which can be found by going to some of my documents that are available on the Internet--Quotes and Quotes2].  I report that Donald Trump is nowhere near the liar that Barack Hussein Obama was.  In addition, M.L. Elrick stated that "He's [M.L. Elrick's] on the right side of the constitution.".  I report that "freedom of the press" is about the freedom of a person's being able speak out against the government and not be put in jail or prison or harmed in some way.  "Freedom of the press"--this idea has nothing to do with asking questions of a U.S. President.  History shows that U.S. Presidents determine--during press conferences--who gets to ask questions through calling on people.  Incidentally, press conference are not required by any law, even The U.S. Constitution.  During the incident of November 7, 2018, involving Abilio James Acosta (of CNN) and U.S. President Donald Trump, Donald Trump chose Abilio James Acosta to ask stuff, and then Abilio James Acosta did not like the answers and chose to be belligerent, and Donald Trump then tried to work the conversation to other reporters (which is standard practice).  I state that Abilio James Acosta's rights to speak out against the government did not become violated when his press pass to the White House was later taken away, given he was not blocked from speaking out against the government through loss of a press pass, but it seems judges--screwed up thinkers--will not take a stand on my idea.  Hold it!  I have to make an aside here.  On November 16, 2018, District Judge Tim J. Kelly issued a "temporary restraining order" (or "TRO") that noted that the press pass (which had been taken away from Abilio James Acosta) was temporarily on hold from being taken away.  On November 16, 2018, Mark R. Levin talked about the "TRO" on his nationally syndicated radio program called The Mark Levin Show (which is, generally speaking, an evening show offered on weekdays [Note: Mark R. Levin is a big-name laywer--a "conservative" and "anti-enslavist"--and an author of a number of books.].  Mark R. Levin noted that he could not talk much about the ruling because of what was and was not available to him.  Mark R. Levin noted that he had no idea what really happened in the courtroom since a transcript was not available to him, and he talked about how the process to get a transcript was defective.  First, the transcript was not posted anywhere so that people, such as reporters, would really understand what had happened and what could be said about the court incident.  Second, Mark R. Levin noted that the transcript was not going to be posted for free for about 90 days, and he thought that was, in essence, nutty.  Third, Mark R. Levin noted that it might be possible to get a transcript (for $1.25 for each of 18 pages) in a few days.  Mark R. Levin wondered how any reporters and commentators had any idea what really had gone on with the court decision.  Ultimately, Mark R. Levin noted it was another case of "judicial tyranny," in which one judge gets to make decisions going beyond the judge's real authority.  [Note: You are urge to catch the podcast of The Mark R. Levin Show for November 16, 2018--the first hour of the three--to get a better idea about what Mark R. Levin talked about.]  Let me get back to M.L. Elrick.  Near the end of the discussions with telephone callers, M.L. Elrick noted that U.S. President Donald Trump has not released his tax forms, hinting U.S. President Donald Trump was hiding something.  I state that the tax stuff had no place in the discussion, and it was crap from M.L. Elrick.  And I have to pass along the idea that, if the press or someone puts into public view a person's tax information, it is a crime.  On Tuesday, March 14, 2017, David Cay Johnson passed along--I say illegally--tax information about Donald Trump on The Rachel Maddow Show (of MSNBC) [Faler, Brian.  "Five things to know about Trump's leaked tax return." Politico.com, 15 March 2017, 03:49 p.m. EDT.].  The tax return information showed up no nonsense done by Donald Trump, but it did show off the rottenness of the people involved in putting out in public the tax information.  I note--Given the corruptness of the media today, it seems very likely to me reporters and such have had copies of Donald Trump's tax stuff for some time, and they have come up with nothing to work with to put down U.S. President Donald Trump, and yet M.L. Elrick pushed out the crap about tax forms in a discussion that was supposed to be focused on the event of November 7, 2018.  Incidentally, a person has to ask--Given how many journalists and so-called journalists there are in the country, how come it is almost always the same persons who get to ask presidents questions?  Should not Abilio James Acosta only get a chance to be in the White House to ask questions about once a year if that so that other persons can have a chance?  Hey, I have a BA (related to radio-television-film) from Wayne State University, and I have been involved in broadcasting since 1971, and I have been a television historian since 1972, and I am the best Detroit television historian in the country, and I have been making Television History and Trivia documents for the Internet since April 2004, so I think I should get a press pass to the White House.  In fact, every journalist and so-called journalist should get to be in the White House to ask questions.  By the way, in Television History and Trivia #174, I showed the backgrounds of some of the main media people, and if you look at the information, you will see many have no real ties to an educational background related to journalism [Note: To see T.H.A.T. #174, use this link--T.H.A.T. #174.].  I think I shall apply for a press pass to the White House or a press conference related to U.S. President Donald Trump, and maybe I can get the press pass that Abilio James Acosta is supposedly supposed to have--according to M.L. Elrick.]  Keep in mind--M.L. Elrick seems to love to say that he worked for the Detroit Free Press, and he seems to be proud that he worked for the Detroit Free Press, which I have shown to be a rotten newspaper entity, having such rotten people on staff as Mitch Albom, Nancy Kaffer, Rochelle Riley, and Stephen Henderson.
[Note: More about M.L. Elrick exists later in this document, so you will have to read to the end of the document, and bit of history related to WJBK-TV news broadcasts exists in Michigan Travel Tips #176, which can be reached by using this Travel #176 link.]

M.L. Elrick pushes out the idea that U.S. President Donald Trump is a big liar.  Where was M.L. Elrick when U.S. President Barack Hussein Obama was pushing out lies--big ones all the time?  Today, Barack Hussein Obama is still pushing out crap.  For instance, on November 27, 2018, Barack Hussein Obama spoke at an event related to Baker Institute, a unit of Rice University, and Barack Hussein Obama said--"...And, by the way, American energy production, dah, you wouldn't always know it, ah, ah, but, ya know, it went up every year I was president.  Ah, and, ya....".  I remember while Barack Hussein Obama was the U.S. president, for example, there was an oil boom taking place in the upper central part of the continental United States, such as because of the idea of "fracking," but while Barack Hussein Obama was the U.S. president, he worked to block oil drilling in waters of the United States of America and he worked to block the development of an oil pipeline between Canada and southern parts of the continental United States.  Over the last ten years, oil production has gone up with no real input from Barack Hussein Obama.  The quoted statement from Barack Hussein Obama passed along crap.  By the way, it seems Barack Hussein Obama did not use a teleprompter, and it showed since Barack Hussein Obama's delivery often had stalls and ramblings, and, for example, Barack Hussein Obama said--"...Wh, when I hear people say they don't like identity politics, they don't like, ah.  I, I think it's important to remember that identity politics doesn't just apply when, ah, it's black people or gay people or women...ah, the folks who really, ah, originated identity politics were the folks who said, you know, three-fifths clause and all that stuff....".  I say in jest--What a smooth talker Barack Hussein Obama is and what a great mind he has.

On November 21, 2018, I watched BBC World Wide America, a weekday newscast that was on WCMU-TV (a station associated with PBS-fed programming), having not really seen much of the program in the past, and, as I expected, the program came off as a girly news program, featuring a lot of women and mush thought and a lot of emotional-based thought.  At one point, Cindy McCain (the former wife of U.S. Senator John McCain, who is dead now) was being interviewed by a young women, and the program pushed out the idea that John McCain was like U.S. President Ronald Reagan.  That was bullshit pushed out by the news program.  I report that John McCain often showed himself to be a supporter of socialistic-government ideas and communistic-government ideas, and John McCain--a jackass piece of crap--helped keep the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act as a main law in the country, when it should be as dead as he is today.  Another piece of crap information in the program was a story about a man who is, for example, working to walk 500 miles.  So much time of news shows, even BBC World Wide America, is being used to present useless news or girly news.

Oh, on Tuesday, November 22, 2018, I tuned into Amanpour & Company (a PBS-fed program, which I happened to catch, in this case, WCMU-TV, in Michigan), and I tuned in to see what idiocy was being presented.  The guest (whom I caught) was a man named Patrick Gaspard, who was called the president of the Open Society Foundations, and the man and the host of the program put down U.S. President Donald Trump.  Later, I went to see background on Patrick Gaspard and the Open Society Foundations.  Here is an aside.  A very rich man named George Soros is a known supporter of socialists and socialistic entities and communists and communistic entities, such as Barack Hussein Obama, and George Soros gives out a lot of money to entities and people who are anti-United States of America, though he is a U.S. citizen.  I learned Patrick Gaspard's past includes being a senior aide to Barack Hussein Obama and being a manager of the Democratic National Committee (a communistic/socialistic entity in this day and age).  Given the information that I have presented to far, you should see that whatever the Open Society Foundations proposes to support is a lie, and here is some of what the Open Society Foundation professes to support (as I found on the "About" page for the entity)--"The Open Society Foundations work to build vibrant and tolerant democracies whose governments are accountable to their citizens.  We seek to strengthen the rule of law; respect for human rights, minorities, and a diversity of opinions; democratically elected governments; and a civil society that helps keep government power in check....".  And I report that, for instance, Patrick Gaspard was not involved in keeping Barack Hussein Obama in check (while Barack Hussein Obama was the U.S. president) while Barack Hussein Obama acted like a dictator and violated the rule of law in the country.  Once again, I found crap being pushed out on Amanpour & Company.
[Note: Truly, anytime that I tune to Amanpour & Company, I get exposed to crap.  On Monday, December 3, 2018, I caught the program when David Attenborough was being interviewed, and the entire interview came off as a "staged event" and a choreographed segment (a planned propaganda piece) and not an interview.  The focus of the interview was on climate change and the so-called killing being done to the planet, and David Attenborough, a well-known documentarian and television host, passed along the idea that the planet is in trouble because of what "humanity's been doing to the planet" and, every day that passes, the more and more serious the problem gets, and "we have to do something about it" immediately.  By the way, the program was aired around the time that the French people were rioting in France, such as in Paris, because of the new high taxes related to vehicle fuels, which the government had imposed on the people to help save the planet.  Not a single fact to prove a point did David Attenborough present.]

On Friday, November 23, 2018, James Brown (a sports reporter and sports anchor, such as on The NFL Today) got to substitute host for Jeff Glor on the CBS Evening News (on CBS-TV), and I happened to jump into the program right before the program started up a report about a climate-assessment document, which had been released earlier in the day by the U.S. government.  It was reported that there will be more frequent climate events that are stronger, and it reported that it is estimated that the temperature of the Earth is going to go up (as an average) by the end of the century about 12 degrees, and the U.S. economy will be hurt by ten percent.  And so now--with a little help of a sportscaster--the American public knows that it is estimated that the climate is going to kill economic growth in the country in some seventy years (when so many things--which are unknown today--can yet happen).  And I watched the program after having had weeks of rain and snow and colder weather (since early October 2018) than I had had over the last ten years for the same general period of time.  And the bullshit--all fluff predicting--just keeps on coming through television!
[Note: Go back to Television History and Trivia #175 to see what I think about climate-change predictions.  Use this T.H.A.T. #175 link.  James Brown is just a "puppet" pushing rottenness!  Oh, I urge you to see my document entitled "CAP AND TRADE" and Carbon Dioxide Facts and Nonsense, which can be reached through this Carbon link.  By the way, history shows that federal-government people in the U.S. have been involved in faking weather data, such as related to the "Climategate" scandal, which involved government-related people and scientists of a number of countries, and it seems very likely to me that faked data and defective "climate models" related to the "Climategate" scandal are still being used, even by the U.S. government.  To me, the assessment document is more girly news, stuff not based in reality and real commonsense.]
So how did the Detroit Free Press (the communistic newspaper) handle the news about the report, which, by the way, was issued on the day after Thanksgiving Day or on a Friday, a time during which many people who might refute the information, such as through radio shows, were not on duty.  The newspaper opened the story on the front page with this headline--"US impacts of climate change are intensifying, federal report says" (Rice, Doyle.  "US impacts of climate change are intensifying, federal report says." Detroit Free Press, 24 November 2018, pp. 1A and 7A.).  Notice Doyle Rice was working to sell the idea in the headline that the United States is a big problem.  The opening material for the article was--"A massive report issued by the Trump administration on Friday emphasizes the dire threat that human-caused global warming poses to the United States and its citizens.  'Earth's climate is now changing faster than at any point in the history of modern civilization, primarily as a result of human activities,' researchers say in the report, officially Volume II of the National Climate Assessment.  (Vol. 1 was released last year.)  The 1,600-page report details the climate and economic impacts U.S. residents will see if drastic action is not taken to address climate change.  'The impacts of global climate change are already being felt in the United States and are projected to intensify in the future,' researchers say.  The last few years have smashed records for damaging weather in the United States, costing nearly $400 billion since 2015.  In a worst-case scenario, the researchers say, climate change could deliver a 10 percent hit to the nation's GDP by the end of the century....".  Stop!  Since 1900, more and more things, such as buildings and houses, have been built in the United States of America, especially along the East Coast of the country, and that means there are more things that can get damaged each year by weather things, such as tornadoes.  In addition, since 1900, the cost of things has gone up and the figure for inflation has gone up--things cost more to make and repair each day than the day previous.  The "$400 billion" figure in the information has no ties to global warming, and it is meanless--the money proves nothing about global warming.  The quoted material also notes prediction stuff, covering some 70 years.  The prediction stuff is based on vagueness and guesses and too much that is unknown and will never be known till it happens.  The quoted material works to convince dumb people that the "report" must be good and viable because it exists in "1,600" pages.  Past debunked climate "reports" had a lot of pages, such as the material tied to "Climategate," and it was all crap!  The movie Inconvenient Truth (tied to Al Gore) was, in essence, long, and it was crap.  The report was said to be issued by the "Trump administration," but, really, it was not issued by Donald Trump; the report had to be issued, since it was mandated by federal law in the past, and, that is, federal agencies were required to push out such a report.  "Climategate" showed that at least some people in federal agencies, such as NOAA, were corrupt and rotten, and a good example was James Hansen.  The article in the Detroit Free Press mentioned the World Wildlife Fund (a socialistic entity) and had a comment by Lou Leonard of that entity, which will not be covered here--it is a comment that, in essence, sides with the report.  The article also mentions the "Union of Concerned Scientists" and Brenda Ekwurzel (who is tied to the entity), who was a co-author of the report.  The "Union of Concerned Scientists" (or UCS) is a sham.  For instance, twenty persons make up the "board members," and most are not scientists, and, for example, one person is a phony scientist being a professor of "environmental studies" (Anne R. Kaspuscinski), and one person is a visual artist (Ellyn R. Weiss), and one is an actress and activist (Nancy Stephens), and one has a background in economics (Geoffrey Heal), and many are tied to foundations and raising money.  And then there is the "UCS Leadership," which is a seven-person team, and I will only show notes about three of the persons.  Kenneth Kimmell is the president, and his background is not "science"; his background is government, at least thirty years in government.  Kathleen Rest is the executive director, and her background is government work.  Peter Frumhoff is the director of science and policy for the "Union of Concerned Scientists," and he was the main author of the "Fourth Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change" (or the IPCC).  I stop at three persons, since the "IPCC" information gives me no reason to go on.  History shows the "IPCC" [a unit of the United Nations, a defective entity] is corrupt and rotten, and it was at the center of "Climategate."  Now, the website for the UCS" notes that it has "scientists" and "engineers" as advisors.  To many of them, I say--"So what?"  One person listed in the "scientist" area has no real ties to being a scientist--the person is David Wright, who is called an "expert on the technical aspects of arms control."  David Wright has no reason to be listed with so-called "scientists."  Why does an entity involved in so-called climate stuff have a "gun-contol" man listed as a scientist?  Edwin Lymann is listed as one of the "scientists," and he has been involved with nuclear weapons policy.  There are people with ties to science in the "scientists" list, but many are not involved in "science reseach"--their work is really lobbying work and work to influence government people.  In essence, the "report" was not made by the federal government--It was made by the Union of Concerned Scientists, a pseudo-science entity.  A main author was Dr. Brenda Ekwurzel of the UCS, and the website for the UCS notes---"...In her role [for the UCS], she ensures that all program analyses reflect robust and relevant climate science, and researches the influence of major carbon producers on rising global average temperatures and sea level.....".  I state that Dr. Brenda Ekwuzel is biased and untrustworthy, and her work is untrustworthy.  The end of the article in the Detroit Free Press was (roughly)--"...Nathaniel Keohane of the Environmental Defense Fund said 'it is worth nothing [noting] that the report was released by an administration that has persistently ignored the warnings of scientists, economists, businesses and community leaders that corroborate the report's findings.  As long as government leaders sit on their hands, Americans will suffer for generations to come.  The evidence is clear: the Trump administration is failing to protect the American people.'....".   The article ends with a play on emotions.  How do the thoughts of "economists, businesses [business operators] and community leaders" have any ties to the "corroboration" idea?  Those persons only known what is, in essence, told them and given them, such as in bad articles in newspapers; they are not people who do science research--true research.  In addition, Nathaniel Keohane is no great man; for instance, he was an aide to U.S. President Barack Hussein Obama, doing work in relation to energy and environment, and Barack Hussein Obama is a highly rotten man, as I have proven, and Nathaniel Keohane has been a supporter of the communistic/socialistic tax--a rotten tax imposed on businesses and people by bad governments--known as a "carbon tax" (Lehmann, Evan.  "Why won't Clinton support a carbon tax?  Trump."  E&E News, 15 June 2016.).  [The rottenness of the Environmental Defense Fund will go untold here, but given Nathaniel Keohane, a bad man, is tied to it, a good person can use logic to deduce the real value and intentions of the entity.]
It must be noted that, in recent weeks, I have seen a number of articles in the Detroit Free Press that push out the lie about global warming and man killing the planet, such as by Nancy Kaffer (the feminist and communist).  The Detroit Free Press has yet to print real opposing views, such as from Lord Christopher Monkton or from Mark Morano (the author of the 2018 book entitled The Politically Incorrect Guide to Climate Change (from Regnery Publishing)).  The article from the Detroit Free Press was a political piece, pushing lies and fake news.
Hold it!  Wait!  What is this?  If the story from Doyle Rice was not enough nonsense, the Detroit Free Press pushed out a "retread" (in essence, paragraphs switched around) on Sunday, November 25 2018, and the "retread" was entitled "Climate change poses dire threat to US, report says" (Rice, Doyle.  "Climate change poses dire threat to US, report says."  Detroit Free Press, 25 November 2018, p. 6A.).  Basically, the same crap was pushed along in the "rehashed" article, but I will report on one piece of text in the "rehashed" story--"...Climate change threatens the health and well-being of the American people by causing increasing extreme weather, changes to air quality, the spread of new diseases by insects and pests and changes to the availability of food and water, researchers say.....".  Okay, how were the "researches" able to determine that "new diseases" will get spread around by insects and pests?  How can any "climate-change model" predict "new diseases" will show up?  How the heck will anyone be able to prove "new diseases" were caused by so-called man-related climate change?  The idea in the article is idiocy!
By the way, Doyle Rice handles the "climate-change beat" for USA Today (which he must be proud of), and the Detroit Free Press picked up the two stories from USA Today, and it seems the weekend people at the Detroit Free Press were unaware that the weekday people at the Detroit Free Press had already run the Doyle Rice theme [Note: Keep in mind that M.L. Elrick is proud to say that he used to work for the Detroit Free Press.]
And in the end, no one has proof that "man" is causing weather changes [Note: I say that proof will probably never come, given, for example, you first have to discount such factors of climate activity related to the sun (which is super big) and the hot core of the planet.].
And now James Brown--nothing more than a TV face--is tied to the bullshit that man is killing the planet and will kill the planet in a few years!

Announcement for the novice again (reworked in May 2017): To get useful television-delivered news or Internet-delivered news, WorldNetDaily.com, "The Drudge Report," and CNS News (which is on the Internet and which was launched on June 16, 1998), since the entities do not blindly support Barack Obama-type people (communists and Shariaists), as do CNN, MSNBC, NBC-TV, CBS-TV, and ABC-TV (Note: To learn about bad journalism, you might tune in to CNN, MSNBC, NBC-TV, CBS-TV, and ABC-TV from time to time to see how they differ from the better places mentioned).  I note that Fox News Channel is evolving into a rotten channel, becoming like those that I have put down in this paragraph.  If you are unclear of my intentions, I say in different words that you should boycott CNN, MSNBC, NBC-TV, CBS-TV, and ABC-TV and even now much of what is on the Fox News Channel and hope they lose more ratings and advertising revenues, since they are expendable, and it is time for you to find the guts to be mean and heartless and cancel them--since they are hurting you.  [Note: Everyone in the Democratic Party in the country is rotten, and the Republican Party establishment has shown itself to be socialistic and communistic within the last few years, and only a few of the rotten people are U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell, Jeb Bush, and Chris Christie.]

I have to talk about some news here.  Around late November 2018, people in Michigan (at least) were hearing or seeing news reports about how, for instance, an entity called Groundworks Center for Resilient Communities (which, to me, sounds like a name created by socialists and communists, especially those tied to the fake idea of manmade global warming) was working to get a train line for passengers set up between Ann Arbor (a socialistic/communistic community, where the University of Michigan is, and where Easter Michigan University is sort of located) and Traverse City (which is developing into a communistic-based city).  Hans Voss is a spokesman for the entity, or he is one person whom I saw in a report about the train line put out or broadcast by WJRT-TV, Flint.  The report by WJRT-TV, which is available on the Internet (Chambo, Andy.  "Proposed train from Ann Arbor to Traverse City includes 4 stops in mid-Michigan." www.abc12.com, 26 November 2018, 7:28 p.m..], notes that the line will be designed to tie a bunch of cities together (such as Ann Arbor, Howell, Durand, Owosso, Alma, Mt. Pleasant, Cadillac, an Traverse City) and that the train line will generate $100-million annually by 2040 [Note: How much will actually be shifted money (subtracted from some places and picked up in others) and not new economic activity?].  Stop!  For about 27 years (from 1976 to 2003), I was involved in reporting on tourism on radio in Michigan, such as during the big summer holidays, and I know how the tourism traffic patterns go in a year, and, for instance, people in the southern part of Michigan head north on such main routes as I-75 (I-75/US-23), US-127, and US-131 to get to Traverse City and northwestern Lower Michigan, and that has been going on for decades [Note: Before that, people had used trains, such as in the 1800s.].  Hans Vos said in the news report that I saw related to WJRT-TV--"..There are so many tourists moving from southern Michigan to northern Michigan over the summer and increasingly into the fall, so, ah, this tourism economy is still an important part of this project's success....". I state that the train line will actually hurt tourism for many places in Michigan, since people who get on the train will not be spending money in towns and cities along such routes as I-75, US-127, and US-131 anymore--they will be captive on the train, despite some stops--and they will focus money in the Ann Arbor area and the Traverse City area.  How will people who use the train get around in the Traverse City area, such as to get to tourist attractions and such?  They will not have their own cars.  I guess they might have to use some type of driving service. Keep in mind--Things, such as tourist entities to see, can be separated by many miles.  Trains and such were okay in the late 1800s and much of the 1900s because there were no really big metropolitan areas yet, and people simply went from town to town in a straight and fixed line (and each town could be traversed easily once there, such as by foot or by bus or by carriage).  Train lines have set routes and unchangeable routes and limited routes, and people who use them get trapped to basically where the trains go.  I have this note.  People--socialists and such--are pushing for more ways in which to avoid using cars involving carbon-based fuels.  Around the time that the train line was reported on in late November 2018, people were learning that General Motors was going to kill the production of the electric car known as the Volt (which was being made in Hamtramck, Michigan, at a factory, which, by the way, my father had helped make through drafting work in the 1980s).  [Note: The idea of the Volt--a carbon-based vehicle really, since coal-fired power plants are the ultimate source of power for the vehicle--was crap in that the federal government was using taxpayer money (about $7,500 for each vehicle) to get people to buy the expensive vehicle and in that the Volt was leading to crippling of the used-car marketplace (by reducing the number of available used vehicles in the marketplace) since the vehicle could not be a good second car or third car in ten years or more for a family, given, when the battery system goes to crap, it is super-expensive to replace, unlike parts in carbon-based old vehicles.]  And there is another problem--Young people who ride the train will become even more stupid about how big the planet is and how piss-ass small they are and insignificant they are in the world, since they will not be driving as much on long-distance trips and getting tired from driving and understanding how much time it takes to get from place to place because the planet is super-big [Many riders will probably not pay attention to what they are passing by while in the train, and they will be staring at computer devices all the time.].  And I would not be surprise that, ultimately, taxpayers will have to subsidize the train--a toy for socialists and communists, such as those who think they are the educational elites--in the years to come.  Some of the people who might hope to use such a train are probably on staff or associated with Eastern Michigan University (of the Ypsilanti area), which was in the news in late November 2018, in relation to The Vagina Monologues--(an artistic production, such as as a play-like thing)--it was reported that The Vagina Monologues would no longer be produced on campus since the production (which had been known as a "feministic" piece) was not inclusive enough now since some women (today) do not have vaginas.  The Women's Resource Center at Eastern Michigan University was instrument in killing The Vagina Monologues, and some of those people are probably sad that the Volt is being killed.  By the way, on Tuesday, February 28, 2012, Barack Hussein Obama reported in public that he was going to buy a Volt when he was no longer the U.S. president, saying--"...And five years from now when I'm not president anymore, I'll buy one and drive it myself....".  Barack Hussein Obama--the perpetual liar--does not have a Volt today (he never bought one), and if he wants one, he will have to get a used one and use it (till the battery system goes to crap, which will become unsupported by the manufacturer soon), but if he wants to get to the Traverse City area, he might be able to take a train in the near future and then walk around or use a bicycle to travel miles and miles to get to tourist attractions and wineries (such as in the Leelanau Peninsula, which is, in essence, west of Traverse City or northwest of Traverse City).

On Sunday, November 10, 2018, I turned on the television set in the morning, and, right then, I was exposed (again) to a man named David Brooks (who calls himself a "Republican" and even a "conservative" but is really a socialist at the very least).  The program in progress was Meet the Press with Chuck Todd (on NBC-TV) and the discussion seemed to be about the Florida election nonsense going on in Broward County, where, for instance, proof already exists that the county did not report vote-number totals on a regular basis on election day and where the head of the election entity had been involved in getting rid of ballots in the past.  David Brooks (who also does work for PBS NewsHour) passed along the idea that when a person puts forth the idea that corruption was taking place or is taking place and yet has no proof, then what you have is "institutional decay."  I state--In the case of the election mess in Broward County, his statement is nonsense.  In addition, in relation to the so-called "Russian investigation," there has been no proof in roughly two years or so of "collusion," and yet the nonsense investigation goes on.  David Brooks was selling crap (in his usually uppity speech pattern).  As I have reported in the past, I can just turn on the television set on Sunday morning and immediately see rottenness.

I wonder if Jim Sciutto, who co-hosts a program called Newsroom on CNN, is a hero for M.L. Elrick.  It is possible that Jim Sciutto is, since Jim Sciutto is a great thinker and journalist and gets to be on CNN (I say in jest).  On November 28, 2018, Jim Sciutto showed off his defective mind and childish mind on Newsroom, while he was talking with a woman named Andrea Dutton (who is involved with the geology area of the University of Florida), and they were talking about man killing the planet through the use of carbon-based fuels--that manmade-global-warming stuff.  They were pushing out the idea that something had to be done soon to save the planet, and Jim Sciutto said at one point--"...We don't want to be slowly burned to death....".  That is idiotic thought from Jim Sciutto, and that is bullshit!

Here, I put in a little bit of forgotten television history (as a break from the crap).  On Monday, September 27, 1954, Channel 2 (WJBK-TV) launched a new local television series, which was going to run on a weekday basis from 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for most of the run.  For one, the show was scheduled to air old movie serials (of movie theaters), and it would, but late in the run, the show aired Crusader Rabbit cartoons.  The show featured Ralph Binge playing "Pirate Pete," which was the informal name of the series.  In the early days of the show, there was a contest that was designed to find a name for Pirate Pete's boat, and the boat became named The Jay-Bee-Kay (as named by Tommy Gilbert, who was five years of age).  Some of the serials that were aired on the program were The Lightning Warrior (1931), The Adventures of Rex and Rinty (1935), The Fighting Marines (1935), The Three Musketeers (1933), Blake of Scotland Yard (1937), and The Wolf Dog (1933).  In late 1954, Ralph Binge left the show, and a young man name Dale Young took on the hosting duties as a character called "Roy, the Cabin Boy," and in early 1955, Dale Young left the show, a man named Guy Bowman (who had done news work) ended up playing "Pirate Pete."  And on March 5, 1955, the show became a Saturday show, airing weekly at 11:00 a.m..  And the show disappeared from television sets in April 1955.  If you would like to give a child something do to--such as a Looking at the Movies-type bit--have the child look for one of the serials that I have presented here though YouTube and see any that happen to be available.  Some of shows mentioned are not available on YouTube, but I leave that for the child to find out.

Since people tied to the Detroit Free Press today and some of the recent past get to be on television in the Detroit area to spread crap, I have to make this note about the Detroit Free Press.  On Sunday, November 25, 2018, the second page of the newspaper had a useless article or an article that was a waste of newspaper space.  The article was entitled "Study: Self-driving cars will lead to sex on road" ["Study: Self-driving cars will lead to sex on road." Detroit Free Press, 25 November 2018, p. 2A.].  The article was a prediction piece--prediction pieces are not news really--and it pushed forth the idea that people will take up having sexual intercourse in self-driving cars.  People--particularly in the United Kingdom--wasted money to do so-called research on the story and to put the story together.  The Detroit Free Press--M.L. Elrick's favorite it seems--put out useless news.

Since I published the previous edition of T.H.A.T., a bunch of changes have taken place with WHNE-TV.  The television station now has twelve channels.  A couple of the channels--for now--have the same feed of programming.  IND is back on on Channel 14.6, and it is a channel that I look at often when I am in the Detroit area.  On November 15, 2018, the "Detroit Steam TV Channel" was officially launched on Channel 14.12, but, in essence, it had no programming and had only a graphic image, and it seems the channel was made so that people could buy time slots on the channel to have their own shows.  WHNE-TV still carries these channels or program feeds--Light TV, Get TV, The Bob, HNS 2, SBN, and Retro.  By the way, there is no true "WHNE-TV" like a "WDIV-TV" (4.1) or "WJBK-TV" (2.1).  Hold it!  I report that, in January 2019, one of the subchannels for WHNE-TV will carry a new news service (which is based in Cadillac, Michigan) called "NewsNet" [Note: More on NewsNet will be presented in the next edition of T.H.A.T..]

Oh, have you heard that Murphy Brown (the communistic sitcom and reboot) was canceled by CBS-TV?  The show will be known for pushing out high-level crap, such as in the episode aired on Thursday, November 29, 2018, which was entitled "Beat the Press."  In the storyline, Frank Fontana (played by Joe Regalbuto) gets beaten up by Trump supporters.  By the way, one of the guiding forces on the series is another feminist (a.k.a. communistic woman) of television--Diane English (the creator).  I guess CBS-TV will just have to come up with another political piece of shit as a replacement.

Here, I have to put in commentary and news related to matters that have been out in the press, such as on television, recently or for a while--things that have to be beaten down.
Parts of The U.S. Constitution cover "emoluments" and the U.S. president.  In essence, a U.S. president--while in office--cannot receive gifts or titles of office from foreign entities (such as governments).  I note that it has been the practice for a person who becomes the U.S. president to detach the self from direct action related to business dealings or money-making ventures (such as businesses or corporations), such as through "trusts" (in which the person has no involvement in deciding business decisions), and sometimes, businesses may even be dissolved or passed on to others (such as family members).  [While in the office of the U.S. president, a person is allowed and can still make money in the private sector, such as as Barack Hussein Obama did; a U.S. president is not barred from making money through investments, or it would mean, for a person to become a U.S. president, the person would have to divest the self of all assets or moneys in order to take on the office of the U.S. president.]  In June 2018, Attorney General Brian E. Frosh of Maryland and Attorney General Attorney Karl A. Racine of the District of Columbia filed a suit in U.S. District Court, which ended up having U.S. District Judge Pete J. Messitte as the person overseeing the case, and it was being pushed forth by the attorneys general that U.S. President Donald Trump was profiting off his title as the U.S. president when persons from foreign countries, especially heads of state of foreign countries, paid money to stay at the Trump International Hotel in Washington, D.C., and that was a violation of the "emoluments" parts of The U.S. Constitution.  I say that such a lawsuit is frivolous!  In December 2015, U.S. District Judge Pete J. Messitte set in motion the way for prosecutors to have subpoenas set out to, for instance, entities related to Donald Trump to gather information about payments made to Donald Trump-related things (though tied to legal "trusts") by foreigners.  The work by the two attorneys general points out more of the rottenness of government-related people in the United States of America, and the event shows more of what rotten government-related people (especially those tied to the Democratic Party) are willing to do to tear down a U.S. president (Donald Trump) who is not a supporter of communism and socialism (a.k.a. progressivism).  By the way, to file a lawsuit, a person or an entity must have "standing," which means, in essence, the person or the entity filing the suit must be able to show the court that the person or the entity is affected in some way, such as when a person files a court case against another person, maybe alleging that the other person was involved in stealing a cow.  Where is the "standing" related to the two attorneys general?  In essence, the lawsuit is more taxpayer money wasted on crap--either in relation to prosecution or defense--and leads to nothing!  And a person must keep in mind Donald Trump did not need to become the U.S. president to make profit or money--he already have a lot of money, and he used some of his money--millions of dollars--to run for the office of the U.S. president.
On Wednesday, December 5, 2018, I happened to get exposed to an article entitled "Dingell calls for abolishing US Senate" in the Detroit Free Press (Spangler, Todd.  "Dingell calls for abolishing US Senate."  Detroit Free Press, 5 December 2018, pp. 4A and 5A.), and the story was about a new book by John Dingell (a former U.S. Representative related to Michigan).  In the article, it is noted that, through the book (The Dean: The Best Seat in the House), John Dingell (a supporter of communism) wants to get rid of the U.S. Senate--remove the existence of the entity--saying the entity is passé and has no value today.  I report that the U.S. Senate is a checks-and-balance entity against enslavists (bad people) who gain political office, and it was set up originally to give smaller states some equal voice in federal matters, which is why, each state as exactly two members in the U.S. Senate--there will always be small states (not only in land size but also in population) because of how the state were set up in size and how some states are not located near big bodies of water that can support big numbers of people (who could become like-minded supporter of rotten politics). With the throwing away of the U.S. Senate, there would be less democracy in the country and more power for the enslavists!  Through the book, John Dingell also shows dislike for the "Electoral College" system related to elections [Note: I shall not present, here, why John Dingell's wish will help enslavists (such as communists and progressives--bad people) is rotten].  The article noted that in the book John Dingell wishes to eliminate private funding of political campaigns, and John Dingell wants publicly funded campaigns, and I say that that idea is highly rotten (and it is not surprising the idea is promoted by John Dingell); for example, when a federal government decides what moneys get spent on political campaigns, you have a corrupt election system, where, for one, the federal government can decide at what locations money gets spent (finding places which will more likely help elect those beholden to the current controllers of the government).  At the end of the article, the idea of "protecting the independent press" from John Dingell's book was presented--"We cannot restore respect to our institutions...until we put an end to the systematic attacks on journalism that have become increasingly prevalent.".  What the hell does John Dingell have in mind about protecting the press?  In this day and age, U.S. President Donald Trump has criticized the press, and I report that Donald Trump is allowed to put down the press when the press is defective.  U.S. President Donald Trump has done nothing to hinder the press from speaking out against the federal government (which is allowed by The U.S. Constitution)--no one has been jailed, and no one has been intimidated with jail time (as has happened at a few times of the history of the U.S. presidency).  How will the federal government "put an end to the systematic attacks on journalism"?  Does John Dingell wish to give the U.S. Congress a way in which to stop a U.S. president from speaking out against the press?  By the way, there are no "systematic attacks"--which to me hints at something criminal--going on.  What evil thoughts are running about in John Dingell's mind, which could be transferred to his wife (another "Democrat"), who is occupying the seat in the U.S. House of Representatives that John Dingell had had for about five decades?  The article about John Dingell and his new book, which I would not waste time reading, was more crap published in the Detroit Free Press, once a home for M.L. Elrick.  [Note: The article did not mention whether or not John Dingell supports an election system supervised by the federal government.  John Dingell probably supports the U.S. government controlling all the elections related to national-job positions.  That is a highly rotten idea!  When a central government controls the election process, the result is corruption and crap.
[And then during the half-time coverage of the Army-Navy Football Game on December 8, 2018, I happened to track through the channels, and I ended up viewing a repeat episode of One Detroit, a weekly show of WTVS-TV, that was airing on Channel 56.4, and Nolan Finley (a mush thinker who works regularly for The Detroit News) was talking with John Dingell, and the interview was a mush piece, sort of promoting John Dingell as a great man, though a smart person is well aware John Dingell was and is a defective man, such as for being instrumental in getting the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act put into federal law--a shitty law that was designed to lead to the government's being in complete control of the health-care system of the country [Note: When a government has the full control of the health-care system of a country, you have a shit country.].  John Dingell's final main comment was on his hoping people would "return the country to the ground it should be on."  That means, given he supports communism, John Dingell hopes Donald Trump's anti-communist ways will soon be blocked and will be replaced with ways on the road to communism.  After the interview segment was over, Christy McDonald (a socialist), Stephen Henderson (the black communism and black racist), and Nolan Finley began taking about crap, such as when Christy McDonald was hoping for the return of dignity and thoughtfulness in politicians--which I see as nothing more than process crap and image crap--in Washington, D.C., like that which John Dingell had had while he was in the U.S. Congress.]

Almost every day, I spend time watching Perry Mason (at 11:30 p.m.) on MeTV (a nationally distributed subchannel network), and that is done while I am in the Detroit area or in an area of northern Lower Michigan, and while I watch an episode of Perry Mason, I miss--purposely--the late-night talk shows on the broadcast networks.  When I am in the Detroit area, The Tonight Show starring Johnny Carson is shown at 11:30 p.m. on Antenna TV (a nationally distributed subchannel network), which exists on Channel 20.2 (related to WMYD-TV), and the show is repeat stuff (the series aired on NBC-TV from 1962 to 1992).  The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson is not available to me on a broadcast station when I am in northern Lower Michigan, since no station carries Antenna TV where I am.  When a person sees the old episodes of The Tonight Show starring Johnny Carson, a person a really see how rotten the late-night talk shows are on ABC-TV, CBS-TV, and NBC-TV.  On Thursday, December 6, 2018, Antenna TV aired an episode of The Tonight Show starring Johnny Carson that had Steve Martin as a guest, and Steve Martin was promoting his new movie entitled Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (1988).  Meanwhile, roughly, CBS-TV was airing a new episode of Late Night with Stephen Colbert, and when I tuned in, U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders (a hard-line communist, who, for example, had had his honeymoon in Moscow) was being introduced.  Bernie Sanders was featured in two segments, and Bernie Sanders, as usual, passed along shit and rotten ideas and idiocy, such the idea that man only has 12 years to save the planet and has to get rid of all carbon-based fuels, and Bernie Sanders noted how switching to renewable technology will create millions of jobs [though--I say--it will kill millions of jobs at the same time and will lead to a disfunctional society].  Bernie Sanders pushed out the crap that Donald Trump is in league with dictators around the world, and Bernie Sanders pushed out the idea that we have to get a person in the White House as president who is honest.  And Bernie Sanders pushed out the communistic cliché that we have to get installed a government that "works for all of us."  [Note: When I hear a person say that the person wants a government that works for all, especially when the person is a communist, I hear that the person wants an all-powerful government that controls everything about the daily life of citizens, and that is crap, and I know the person is evil!]  Soon after that, I happened to see Late Night with Seth Meyers (on NBC-TV), joining in a little after 12:35 a.m. (Friday, December 7, 2018). I watched about 15 minutes of Late Night with Seth Meyers, and it was 15 minutes of ugliness from Seth Meyers or it was more ugly television pushed before me.  There was no comedy in the 15 minutes; there was only political bullshit from Seth Meyers.  It was a U.S. President Donald Trump-bashing affair, in which, for instance, U.S. Donald Trump was made out to be a "traitor," a man who violated election laws, a person who thinks he is above the law, and a person who is a perpetual liar.  Also during the 15 minutes, Seth Meyers pushed out the idea that "Republicans" "act like a bunch of dicks" and the "GOP" (which stands for the informal name of the Republican Party--"Grand Old Party") is "lawless".  By the way, Seth Meyers even brought up the "penis" theme from Dana Nessel, and he worked to give the impression that Dana Nessel is good [Note: I covered Dana Nessel earlier in this document, showing why she is crap.].  Johnny Carson did make jokes about politicians on his late-night series, but, for instance, it was not what could amount to ten-minutes straight or 15-minutes straight on one person and filled with lies and unfounded material!  If you want to see how late-night comedy talk shows have gone to shit, watch the current ones a bit and see some of The Tonight Show starring Johnny Carson (on Antenna TV).  Stephen Colbert, Seth Meyers, and Bernie Sanders--these people are enemies of good people (non-liars, non-communists, non-socialists, non-progressives, et cetera), and they are evil, and they are killers of minds and good societies!  And I stress--Bernie Sanders is full of shit, and I would tell him that to his face if given a chance [Note: I am not a piss-ass kid like Odell Beckman Jr.].

Hey, did your favorite television newscaster, maybe the great M.L. Elrick [I say in jest], cover this story?  On Tuesday, December 4, 2018, a city councilman for the City of Los Angeles, California, presented an idea in a motion that is designed to force the operators of venues, such as airports, to sell vegan food (even if they wish not to)--a government is working to tell people what they have to sell.  The man was Paul Koretz (whom I found through a search to be a fat man).  Paul Koretz said--"...We only have a few years to dramatically drop our greenhouse gas production[,] and production of beef items, especially, generates so much methane.  Without reducing our beef consumption, it's going to be very difficult for us to reduce climate change...." [Wells, Caleigh.  "LA City Council Could Force Venues To Sell Vegan Food." laist.com, 5 December 2018, 3:44 p.m..].  That statement in quotations shows off an idiot mind and a rotten mind!   Paul Koretz is an good example of a shit-head man.  [Note: It is a mind is like that of people who run communistic/socialistic cities in Michigan, such as Ann Arbor, Ferndale, and Royal Oak.]

Okay, let me do something different.  On Saturday, December 8, 2018, while in the Detroit area, I woke up, went walking so that I could buy a newspaper, got home, turned on the television set in the kitchen, where I would have a sandwich and a bit more for breakfast, and began to spin through the channels.  At about 9:35 a.m., I was on Channel 56.1 (broadcast), which is associated with WTVS-TV (a PBS-associated television station).  I was given a television show called FOOD: What the Heck Should I Eat?, which was a lecture program featuring Mark Hyman, M.D..  I watched a few minutes, and I immediately understood I was watching a pseudo-intellectual, and he came off as "charlatan" (reminding me of sellers of pseudo cures in the early 1900s in the United States of America).  I moved through the channels, and I ended up at Channel 56.4, which was airing a program entitled Black America Since MLK: And Still I Rise, which was hosted by Henry Louis Gates, whom I have shown in the past to be a black racist and a black communist, who has close associations with Harvey University (the communistic university) and Barack Hussein Obama.  It was about 9:40 a.m., and the program was talking about, for instance, segregating schools years ago in the country, and I ended up with an old video clip (film) of an angry black woman saying--"...Quality education means integrated education.".  I state that her logic was defective and stupid.  By the way, if you look at Detroit, nothing has changed since the 1970s and the real start of busing days (related to blacks's wishes for quality education through so-called integrated education) in the country, given how many blacks in Detroit are functionally illiterate, and I add that I am aware, back in the 1970s and 1980s, "blacks" did not want to learn "white" stuff in schools, and that is fact.  At about 9:47 a.m., the program on 56.4 was touching on "affirmative action."  I report, here, back in the 1960s and 1970s, professors at Wayne State University, Detroit, could not flunk blacks or were pressured into not flunking blacks [Note: That information comes for a person who was in the teaching profession in the Detroit area for about 40 years, and that was the way of "affirmative action," which probably still is allowing crappy people to pass through universities].  Hold it!  The biggest crap that I caught in the very short time that I watched Channel 56.1 and Channel 56.4, flipping back and forth, was when Mark Hyman, M.D., pushed out the idea that beef is a big problem, leading to climate change.  I shut off the television set and started for the rooms in which I have computers set up, and I wanted to, for one, write a paragraph into this document about Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.  A friend of mine stopped me a moment to tell me she was listening to Joshua's Trail (a radio program found in Michigan, such as on "The Patriot" (101.5 FM and 1400 A.M.) on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.), featuring Elder Levon Yuille and his associates, and my friend noted that the program pointed out that Rashida Tlaib, who had been recently elected to the U.S. Congress in relation to Michigan, is a supporter of setting up boycotts and such against Israel for so-called human-rights violations.  I thank Elder Levon Yuille for indirectly sending me off on a search about the idea that shows even more of the rottenness of Rashida Tlaib, whom I say is another supporter of Sharia (Islamic law).  I fired up two computers--each to do two different types of jobs--and I discovered the other Muslim who had been elected to the U.S. Congress in November--Ilhan Omar (who is woman tied to Minnesota)--also is pushing for sanctions against Israel, all tied to the "Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions"  movement (or the BDS movement).  So even before taking office--supposedly to do things related to their states first and to help the country really--Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib are working to be involved in political pressure against an ally of the United States of America--Israel.  These are rotten women, probably secret pushers of Sharia (the highly rotten political system masquerading as a religion).  I began writing this paragraph.  I wrote.  Finally, I came to this point in the paragraph.  On Friday, December 7, 2018, I learned people were talking about a feud of sorts going on between the Donald Trump family and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (who had recently been elected to the U.S. Congress in relation to New York) on the day, and the feud involved the Trump family putting down Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's economic beliefs, which are tied to socialism (which is a rotten political system, like Sharia).  In the end, basically, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez brought up the idea that she would soon have "subpoena power" that could be used on the Donald Trump family [Note: It was a threat matter.].  That idea about the "subpoena power" made me even more aware of how rotten Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is.  I believe, at the very least, her idea shows an ethics problem in her mind.  It seems to me her mind-set is to use her power in the U.S. Congress to punish people and not to do good--that is her purpose for being in the U.S. Congress.  Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has done nothing in life, and she has run no real business, and she has created nothing, and she has built nothing, and I have shown in the past that she is a stupid woman [Note: She is another single-parent head of household (almost always a defective way in which to raise children), and she wants "ICE" dissolved, free college tuition for all, and Medicare for all, and although she calls herself a "democratic socialist" (hinting it means she supports democracy tied to socialism), I say that what she wants shows that she is a hard-line enslavist, since socialism is not democratic and cannot be tied to democracy.].  People in New York elected someone to the U.S. Congress whose mind-set is focused on using her office--not to do something good--to punish people who are no in league with her political ideas tied to socialism.  In the feud, the Trump family pushed out the idea that Americans want to walk their dogs and not eat their dogs.  The idea about dogs refers to, for instance, Venezuela, which has gone to crap and has had food riots and more that is rotten over the last several years, and people have even died in food riots.  In the late 1900s, Venezuela went hard "socialistic," especially under President Hugo Chavez (from 1999 to 2013, when he died)--a man whom Barack Hussein Obama while Barack Hussein Obama was the U.S. president praised greatly.  Hugo Chavez confiscated property and businesses from the people while he was in charge of Venezuela, which is the way of communists and socialists and progressives and Shariaists and such ("enslavists"), and Hugo Chavez instituted crap ways for the country, such as defective economics, and when Hugo Chavez died, he was followed up by other rotten people with rotten ideas about running a society (such as President Nicolas Maduro), and, for instance, that led to mass exodus from the country by people wishing to escape enslavism and poverty.  By the way, in about 2016, it was reported internationally that people in Venezuela were taking up eating dogs to survive in Venezuela, and in early 2018, it was reported internationally that people of zoos in Venezuela were killing animals to feed to other animals.  There is a reason to fear those who support socialism, and one piece of proof is Venezuela.  Only two of the othercountries of crap in the world because of the ways of socialism are Cuba and North Korea [Note: Places like Denmark are also rotten because of socialism, as I have shown in documents of mine before, but I have not time to prove the case here.].  And I did writing for several hours on December 8, 2018, doing work about, for instance, how more and more women in politics has led to crap in the United States of America.
[Note: This section has no bibliography, as you should see, and I did not put it in since it would be long, and the document is already long.  You can easily find the themes passed along in this paragraph by doing research on the Internet.  You will see I have shown facts about the shit that socialism is!]
[Note: To learn more about Joshua's Trail and Elder Levon Yuille and his associates (men and women), head to www.joshuastrail.org.]

Since people on television will not tell you this, I state--Socialists are killers, and communists are killers, and progressives are killers, and liberals are killers, and Shariaists are killers!

And now I present a regular Looking at the Movies segment--for adults--even though the movies that I present in Looking at the Movies can be seen by children, since the movies are not offensive (unlike so many movies made for adults today).  Remember--Looking at the Movies shows off movies that were broadcast by television stations in the Detroit area in the early days of Detroit television history (usually between 1948 and 1953).  I go to Thursday, October 3, 1951, at 11:15 p.m..  On that day, Channel 2, WJBK-TV aired a movie entitled Great Guy, which had originally appeared in movie theaters in 1936.  The movie was a Grand National Picture, which is a name that you may not have heard of before, and the featured performer was James Cagney, who would work for decades in movies in the 1900s.  This time, James Cagney did not play a gangster, which he was known for doing in movies in the 1930s.  Also in the movie was Mae Clarke, who played a love interest for James Cagney's character, who was called Johnny, and Mae Clarke's character was named Janet Henry.  Some of the other performers in the movie were James Burke, Edward Brophy, and Joe Sawyer.  Hey!  Be alert!  The screenplay for the movie was attributed to Henry McCarthy and Henry Johnson.  Do you think the name "Janet Henry" had "Henry" in it because the writers were Henry McCarthy and Henry Johnson?  In the movie, Janet Henry did not get a grapefruit pushed in her face.  If you see the movie, you will see that the credits show the movie used the "RCA Victor 'High Fidelity' Sound System" (which was probably a big deal in 1936).  So go back to October 3, 1951, and see Great Guy as a presentation of Looking at the Movies.

Remember: The Prisoner with Patrick McGoohan was a television show that was produced across the pond and shown on CBS-TV in the late 1960s, and I urge you to find The Prisoner on DVD, maybe from a library, and watch it, and you should show it--all the episodes--to teenagers, or buy it as a present for teenagers.

Stay well!

Vic

P.S.: You are urged to see my document entitled One of "The Rules of Man"--A Rule About Health Care that No Politician May Supersede with Law, which can be reached through this Rule1 link.  I have deduced that all the Democrats and most Republicans support the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 and have no intention of killing it, though it should be killed for violating, for one, "The Rules of Man."  For example, Republicans Jeb Bush and Chris Christie support the rotten law, and that is one reason that I define them as stupid men and not men who are good enough--in this day and age--to be the U.S. President.  I note that the "mandate"--which forces everyone to buy government-approved health-care insurance--violates one of "The Rules of Man," and it is a rule that is attacked in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010.  Anyone who supports the "mandate" is not a good enough person or a smart enough person to be the U.S. president--the mandate is "enslavism," and the "mandate" allows government people--who are often and usually bad people, as history shows--decide what health care a person can get, and that is bad.
