Before this edition of T.H.A.T. is started up in earnest, I must cover something
that your favorite television newscast, which might be on MSNBC or CNN (both of which
are communistic propaganda entities), may not have shown you on Thursday, May 1, 2014.
A man named Brig. General Robert Lowell testified before the Oversight Committee of the U.S.
House of Representatives on May 1, 2014, and he showed more why, for instance, Barack
Obama is an enemy of the United States of America or is a traitor, as is Hillary Clinton.
One thing that Robert Lowell, who was in charge of African Intelligence when
the "Benghazi Killings Scandal" took place on September 11, 2012, said is--"...There are
accounts of time, space, and capability, discussions of the question--Could we have
gotten there in time to make a difference? Well, the discussion is not could or
could not of time, space, and capability. The point is we should have tried. As
another saying goes--Always move to the sound of the guns. We didn't know
how long this would last when we became aware of the distress, nor did we completely
understand what we had in front of us, be it kidnapping, rescue, recovery,
protracted hostile engagement, or any or all of the above. But what we did know
quite early on was this was a hostile action. This was no demonstration gone
terribly awry. To the point of what happened, the facts led to the conclusion of a
terrorist attack...." Remember: Barack Obama and the Barack Obama administration
pushed the idea over a period of several days that what sparked the attack on
the Americans in Benghazi, Libya, on September 11, 2012, was a video about
Islam that had been made in the United States of America. It was a lie! Barack Obama
is an enemy of the United States of America, and no learn more, you should

should be removed from office, as should his close associates! In addition, in answering
a question about whether or not the U.S. State Department (which
was headed at the time by Hillary Clinton) ever gave an order to try to rescue or
save the Americans in Benghazi, Robert Lowell said--"Not to my knowledge, Sir."
Actually, a smart person, like me, knows World War III is already underway,
as shown in China's takeover of a portion of the South China Sea recently, Russia's
attack on the Ukrainians, and battles going on in the Middle East (supported by Barack Obama, who
is backing Islamic terrorists groups, such as those tied to the Muslim Brotherhood, which barely
failed to get control of Egypt recently).Announcement
On Friday, May 2, 2014, the federal government reported that job rate and jobless rate for
April 2014, and some news entities tried to present the news as good news, but, as I
know, it was very bad news. It was reported that 288,000 person got jobs in April 2014.
I note that a good month has to be at least 400,000! And here is the really bad part--800,000
persons left the job market in April 2014. Yes, that is very bad news! The federal government
was pushing the idea that the employment news was good, since the unemployment
rate was now 6.3 percent, which could be seen decreased. However, the figure is fake,
since it does not take into account the people who left the workforce,
giving up on finding a job. So, the federal government and some news
entities were lying to the American public by saying the
drop in the unemployment rate is good news. It was another big lie! [Jamrisko, Michelle.

How good is your favorite television newscast? It probably is rotten, especially
if it did note some news that some news entities sent out to the public. On May 6,
2014, Hot Air reported the story that, in the United States of America, more businessess
are closing than are being created on a day to day basis, and that is the first time
it has happened in American history. The information came from the Brookings Institute.
It is more evidence that the "6.3 percent" reported in the previous "announcement"
is rotten information. The economy is not doing well, despite what shit-head-man

Television can show the rottenness of the United States of America, and it can do it in two main ways--it can show it directly or indirectly--and, here, I show an indirect example. One provision of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 is a provision in which people will be taxed for buying health-care plans that are considered to be "Cadillac" plans (above a certain amount as determined by the federal government). When a country taxes people who buy health-care plans, especially those that might be considered better than average, you have a rotten country. The United States of America has reached that rotten state! (By the way, if you have a group of people who earn the same amount of moment, some of the people will spend money at casinos and on lotteries and will spend money on average health-care insurance plans, and some of the people will buy health-care insurance plans that are the best that they can get and will not spend money at casinos or on lotteries, and yet now people will be punished by the federal government for buying high-grade insurance plans.) People on television who do not report the ugly tax feature that I have presented in this paragraph are people who indirectly show of the rottenness of the United States of America--or really their rottenness. If you see people on television, such as on PBS-associated shows, who do not report the tax feature that I have mentioned, you are seeing some of the rottenness of the country. Once again, I present an edition of Television History and Trivia, and much of it shows off the rottenness of television in America, and it does because the rottenness is commonplace and easy to find, but it is not all bad.
In the past, I have made mentions in editions of T.H.A.T. a television program produced for Detroit area television viewers called Middle East Melodies, and, for example, I mentioned the program to talk about Amira Amir, a belly dancer. By the way, there is nothing wrong with a woman who is a belly dancer if the women is honorable--such as not a thief or a perpetual liar or a supporter of socialism and communism, as are such television personalities as Oprah Winfrey, Eva Longoria, and Lucy Liu. Middle East Melodies was shown on WXON-TV in the middle 1970s on a once-a-week basic, and two of the persons instrumental in the television program were Joel Faddol and Josephine Faddol. On April 3, 2014, a received more detailed information about Josephine Faddol from a woman named Denise Daniel, who had come across an edition of T.H.A.T. that talked about Middle East Melodies, and it seems to be she only saw T.H.A.T. #42, which was the first edition of my monthly publication to report anything about Middle East Melodies (it can be reached by using this T.H.A.T. #42 link), and it seems she was unaware of T.H.A.T #43 (which can be reached through this T.H.A.T. #43 link) and T.H.A.T. #84 (which can be reached through this T.H.A.T. #84 link). Here--in this edition of T.H.A.T.--I present the email from Denise Daniel that I received on April 3, 2014. The information in the email reminds me of the history of a women named Brigitte Gabriel (a.k.a. Nour Saman), who is a Lebanese American Christian and a journalist and who founded ACT for America!. I make it clear that Brigitte Gabriel--who had to flee the Middle East and a horrible life--is an "anti-enslavist," whose main mission in life seems to me to be to show up the rottenness of Sharia and radical Muslims and Islamist terrorists and Islamist terrorist groups, such as through websites that she is tied to, television shows, radio shows, and books and articles. Here is the email that was written by Denise Daniel:
I saw on one of your publications that you mentioned my Dad's cousin, Josephine Faddol and her son, Joel, who briefly hosted "Middle East Melodies" in Detroit.And that is the information, which I have added to my Detroit television history files, specifically filed in the section focusing on Middle East Melodies. I add Middle East Melodies was shown on either a Saturday or a Sunday on WXON-TV. Today, WXON-TV is called WMYD-TV, Channel 20 (Channel 20 and Channel 20.1).That show was an outgrowth of her many years' work Josephine on the radio, on WMZK, the "station of the nations," playing Arabic music and news for the Arab-American community. The show was originally done with her husband, Joe, but after he left this earth, she was a single mother with two children to support, on her own, in the days before the women's movement. So she kept doing the radio show and became well-known in the Arab-American community. And she was a good businesswoman, good mother and good person. But she was never a professional belly dancer--that was Amira!
Josephine's family was Lebanese Christian, coming over from the "old county" in the early part of the 20th century. She grew up during the Great Depression and lived through World War II, when relatives like my father, her cousin, were sent away to fight Hitler's forces in the European theatre. She lived quite modestly through the 50's and 60's, sharing a two-family flat on the east side with her sister's family. As her popularity grew, she was able to move to the suburbs to try to give her children a better life. Her son, Joel, is a talented pianist, his mother seeing to it that he had music lessons.
In some ways, Josephine was kind of a trailblazer--a woman alone, with her own radio show, making her mark on the industry in a time when most mothers were in the kitchen, seen and not heard. May God hold her in the palm of His hand.

Levin talks about how tyranny has been creeping into the country, and he also talks about how the country has been changing from a representative republic, which has a constitution as a basis, to something, yet to be defined, and although Mark R. Levin says that it is the statist who is causing the change, especially those who are a part of the Democratic Party and in government jobs, I say that it is communists, socialists, would-be dictators, and Marxists, such as Barack Obama, who are making the changes, such as by discarding The U.S. Constitution. I urge you to see and read Liberty and Tyranny: A Conservative Manifesto, and pass it on to others, especially teenagers and young adults (and consider listening to The Mark Levin Show, the nationally syndicated radio show, on a regular basis).
So, did your favorite television newscaster report on an idiot statement that U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden said on April 15, 2014, at the about the beginning of his speech that was supposed to honor the bombing victims of the Boston Marathon on April 15, 2013? Joseph Biden said--"...Let me say, ah, to, ah, those--quote--survivors--My god, you have survived and you have soared. It was worth, it was worth it...." Yes, the statement was just another in a long list of idiot statements that have been made by Joseph Biden, and if you favorite television newscaster did not report it do you, you have more evidence of what your favorite television newscaster is, either stupid or an enemy of the country who is working to protect the image of Joseph Biden and cover up his rottenness.
Announcement for the novice again: To get useful television-delivered news or Internet-delivered news, go to Fox News Channel, WorldNetDaily.com, "The Drudge Report," and CNS News (which is on the Internet and which was launched on June 16, 1998), since the entities do not blindly support Barack Obama, as do CNN, MSNBC, NBC-TV, CBS-TV, and ABC-TV (to learn about bad journalism, you might tune in to CNN, MSNBC, NBC-TV, CBS-TV, and ABC-TV from time to time to see how they differ from the Fox News Channel and those mentioned with it in presenting political stories and events, and you should discover CNN, MSNBC, NBC-TV, CBS-TV, and ABC-TV avoid covering things that make Barack Obama look bad or show his true nature, which could harm you). If you are unclear of my intentions, I say in different words that you should boycott CNN, MSNBC, NBC-TV, CBS-TV, and ABC-TV and hope they lose more ratings and advertising revenues, since they are expendable, and it is time for you to find the guts to be mean and heartless and cancel them--since they are hurting you.
On Monday, April 21, 2014, I finally had a chance to see an episode of a fairly new series broadcast by CBS-TV entitled Friends With Better Lives, and it is the theme of this paragraph. However, while getting ready to see the episode, I saw portions of 2 Broke Girls, which is a series that I have talked about in the past, showing off the rottenness that it is. At one point, during the showing of 2 Broke Girls, Hal Linden was playing a grandfather, and he was sitting in a wheelchair, and the subject of the theme was, in essence, the "penis." One female character (an ugly gal) leans over and asks, basically, as part of the theme of the scene--"Who are you?" She was talking to the penis. That was more rottenness from 2 Broke Girls. So, Friends With Better Lives came on, and it focused on three guys (played by James Van Der Beek, Kevin Connolly, and Rick Donald) and three gals (played Brooklyn Decker, Majandra Delfino, and Zoe Lister-Jones). James Van Der Beek's character got on the subject of his recent date with a gal called Monica, and then he got an email from Monica, and he said that the email showed class, and then he got another email, which had an image of Monica's vagina, and everyone in the room looked over the image. Zoe Lister-Jones' character delivered this set of words upon seeing the vagina (in the email image)--"Close up. Fully shaved. Imagination not required." And the producers and writers and all associated with the show seemed to think that was funny or comedy. It was gutter crap! By the way, they had to let the ugliest of the three gals (all of whom are unlikable and are not pleasant) deliver the line. Yes, maybe Gracie Allen (playing Gracie Allen in The George Burns and Gracie Allen Show in the 1950s) or Mary Tyler Moore (playing Laura Petrie on The Dick Van Dyke Show in the 1960s) should have used this line while thinking about and seeing an image of a "pussy"--"Close up. Fully shaved. Imagination not required." Then, Mary Tyler Moore and Gracie Allen could have been even better. Through 2 Broke Girls and Friends With Better Lives, I was exposed to more of the rottenness of current television in the United States of America. Friends With Better Lives was created by Dana Klein, and Dana Klein, though she did not actually get credit for writing the episode, shows that women in the television industry can be just as rotten as men in the television industry can be--the whole premise of the show is ripe for rotten stories. Incidentally, Hal Linden (who had played the title character in the series called Barney Miller years ago) certainly showed off his rottenness through his guest-spot work on 2 Broke Girls on April 21, 2014--his willingness to be in the episode.
Each day, more and more rotten women seem to be getting involved in putting television programs on television, and they are showing that women in Hollywood can be as rotten as men in Hollywood. I will say that, on Thursday, April 24, 2014, two new television series created or developed by women came to broadcast prime-time television, and both are crappy series. CBS-TV presented viewers with the first episode of Bad Teacher, which was "developed for television" by Hilary Winston (the characters had been created by Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky), and this so-called comedy focused on a so-called sexy called named Meredith Davis (played by Ari Graynor). Next, on that day, ABC-TV gave viewers Black Box, which focused on the life of Dr. Catherine Black (played by Kelly Reilly), and this series was created by Amy Holden Jones. To me, the two series seemed to show up the rottenness of the people of Hollywood, since the shows were filled with creepy people and unlikable people and mentally odd people, and the lead character in Black Box had a mental problem, and Meredith Davis was a shallow air-head. By the way, 12 persons were given "executive producer"-type credit on the first episode of Black Box, and "executive producers" get big paychecks, and the number of such persons on the series is an example of more bloat in the above-the-line cost of television series (yet Hollywood people want the American public to give them tax credits and tax breaks). [You are urged to read my document entitled Film and Television Tax Credits: The Bad Side of the Issue, which can be reached by using this Tax Credits link.] Oh, Bad Teacher had six "executive producers," and one of the persons who got a "producer" credit was Cameron Diaz (the actress who had performed in the film upon which the series was based). Also, Black Box came from these production entities--Bold Television, Little Chicken Inc., and Bad Hat Harry. There was a lot of "bad" in both series--Why would good people want to have these characters show up in their homes from week to week?
So, lately, editions of T.H.A.T. have presented a segment called roughly--Did your favorite television newscast cover this? Sometimes, your local television newscast will not cover something if it is a local story (in essence) in another state; however, some local stories are actually national stories, especially if the story involves a U.S. Representative or a U.S. Senator. So I ask--Did your favorite national television newscast present the story talked about within this paragraph. On April 24, 2014, U.S. Representative John Boehner (a "Republican" in name who happens to be the head person in the U.S. House of Representatives, which is currently controlled by the Republican Party) gave a little public talk in Ohio, and one thing that he said was--"...I don't know whether we're gonna get to it [a big immigration bill or what may turn out to be an "amnesty" bill for illegal aliens] this year or not. I think we should, ah, but, dah, the appetite, dah, the appetite amongst my colleagues, ah, for doin' this is not real good...." He then noted that a cameraman was behind him. "...But here's, here's the attitude. Oooooh, don't make me do this! Oooohhh, this is too hard!...." [The previous two sentences were done in exaggerated style.] "...You should hear 'em. You know, we get elected to make choices...." I cannot present well how John Boehner made his presentation--You have to see video of what he said. I note that John Boehner was acting foolishly at the very least, and I note that he was mocking members of the Republican Party, particularly those who are anti-Barack Obama and are against giving illegal aliens "amnesty." Giving "amnesty"--I say--is a rotten idea! Once again John Boehner showed through his talk that he is a person who actually sides with the Democratic Party, which today is a communist party and party of "enslavists." What leader of a political party mocks his own members in public? A person may act in an adult way and work to sell the public on why his issues might be better than those of people who are around the person in the political party in which the person is a member, but the person does not take up a mocking action in a childish way. History shows that John Boehner and his close associates who are labeled "Republicans" have been working against the "conservatives" ("anti-enslavists") in the Republican Party and even the American people who support the ways of The United States Constitution, and the event presented within this paragraph shows up more of the rottenness of John Boehner, who should be thrown out of office and maybe put in jail, given he has lied about his wishes to get rid of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010, which is a highly rotten, rotten law (as history will show well if the law is not destroyed). I report that television can show off the rottenness in the United States of America, or, maybe, I could say television can show off how rotten the United States of America is today, even though many of the rotten people involved in the television business are working hard to hide the rottenness that exists, especially the rottenness that are the Democrats and the members of the court system who can be called Democrats. Democrats promote violence and racism and corruption and defective morals! Now, let me say--A person in the United States of America--such as a poor person, a black person, a white person, a rich person, an Asian-type person, an old person, a young person, a woman, a man, et cetera--needs to have a photo I.D. to buy a car, to open a savings account, to become an employee at a business, to get married, to get a health-insurance plan, to get a loan, to get on an airplane, to get in to some public buildings (such as court houses), to get a passport, et cetera, and in the United States of America, every state has a program in which people can get photo I.D.s easily and for free. In a good country, a person should be required to show a photo I.D. to prove who the person is when the person is about to cast a vote or votes in an election for politicians, such as the U.S. President, and the reason that all voting persons should have a photo I.D. is to reduce fraud and corruption and the like in the voting process of the country. On Tuesday, April 29, 2014, an incident took place in Wisconsin that showed some more rottenness that the country has, and some television entities reported on the incident--which has national implications--but it seems many avoided speaking out about the rottenness that the incident was or is. On that day, U.S. District Judge Lynn Adelman ruled on a court case involving the showing or having of photo I.D. for voting in Wisconsin, and U.S. District Judge Lynn Adelman ruled that, in essence, the photo I.D. law in Wisconsin was unconstitutional (related to equal protection under The U.S. Constitution) for low-income persons or minorities, such as because getting the photo I.D. was a hardship. I say that the decision was rotten! The judge is rotten! The judge made a ruling that promotes corruption in the elections in at least Wisconsin. If your favorite television newscast did not report on the incident--which had and has national implications--it shows how rotten the people involved in making your favorite television newscast are. And you should see--any pundits on television who reported or report that the decision was a good decision show that they are rotten. [Ramde, Dinesh (of The Associated Press). I was watching television (sort of) on the morning on Sunday, May 4, 2014, and I happened to come across some rotten people who were pushing rottenness. Every Sunday, WXYZ-TV airs a locally produced program called Spotlight on the News, and the first guest on the program for May 4, 2014, was the mayor of Lansing (Michigan), Virg Bernero. Virg Bernero is a hard-line communist (as I have shown in other documents of mine on the Internet), and, of course, he only labels himself a "Democrat" (which means socialist or communist or black radical, even black racist, today). A big idea that Virg Bernero pushed was that "Washington" (the federal government) is "broken." He said the word "broken" several times. To him, the reason that the government is broken is "money." I note that money has always been involved in the governmental process and always will be. Of course, the average viewer was probably unaware Virg Bernero was hinting at the idea that he is against the "Citizen's United" case, which was really about censorship--the case was won by those who showed the government would have the ability to censor people making videos and books based on politics and showing them or distributing them around at the time of elections. I also note that, really, Virg Bernero purposely was showing that, to him, the government was broken because some people--particularly "conservatives" in the Republican Party--are working to block communism from taking over the country, being pushed along by the Democratic Party, especially the highly rotten man known as Barack Hussein Obama. Really, I state that what is broken in the United States of America is many citizens--Many Americans are rotten, being supporters or communistic politicians, who, for example, are perpetual liars like Barack Obama. If so many American were not stupid about socialism and communism, there would not be so many socialists and communists in public offices in Washington, D.C. Also on May 4, 2014, I saw the opening segment of Meet the Press with David Gregory, which is broadcast every Sunday by NBC-TV. The first segment was a round-table discussion, featuring the moderator David Gregory (who supports communism), Anita Dunn (a truly hard-line communist), Kathleen Parker (a writer for The Washington Post, which promotes socialism and communism and Barack Hussein Obama), Chuck Todd (a employee of NBC-TV, which promotes socialism and communism and Barack Hussein Obama), will.i.am (a black man who is musical performer who supports Barack Hussein Obama), and U.S. Representative Jason Chaffetz (a "Republican" associated with Utah). Okay, the round-table was, in essence, collection of supporters of enslavism forms of government, such as that being pushed along by Barack Hussein Obama, a mentally defective man. You can see that Jason Chaffetz was on the program, and you might say that that was good. I looked up Jason Chaffetz to learn a bit about him, and I found that he used to call himself a "Democrat," and I found his father married a former wife (named Katherine) of a big-time Democrat named Michael Dukakis, and it looks as if Jason Chaffetz is closely tied to "Democrats."
On Tuesday, May 6, 2014, the "enslavists" in the federal government and in the academic community held a big event, which was called the "National Climate Assessment Event," as it was listed for the live feed on the website for the White House, and one big part of the event was the release of a new report on climate change that was (to those who wanted to see it on the Internet) some 839 pages long. Let me an aside here. I am an expert on "The Mackinaw WAGB-83," which was an icebreaker on the Great Lakes for the U.S. Coast Guard from December 1944 to June 2006 and which is now a museum Mackinaw City, Michigan. In learning about the ship, I have seen over 2,100 old newspaper stories about the ship, and in the stories, there was information about ice conditions on the Great Lakes over the period between December 1944 and June 2006, and some years had really tough ice and some winters were really rough, and some years had easy ice and some winters had moderate weather. The weather changes! Now, go back and see the material about a broadcast of Charlie Rose (a PBS-fed program) focusing on climate change that I talked about in the previous edition of T.H.A.T., which shows up the rottenness of the people pushing the manmade-global-climate-change idea, such as because of man's use of carbon-based fuels and has causing the emissions of carbon dioxide (to reach the previous edition of T.H.A.T., use this T.H.A.T. #120). Incidentally, in the Hammond Bay area of Lake Huron in the spring of 2012, the water level was a certain level, and in the same area for the spring 2013, the water level was down from that of 2012, and in the same area for the spring of 2014, the water level is up from that of 2013 and 2012. And you are urged to see my document entitled "CAP AND TRADE and Carbon Dioxide Facts and Nonsense, which shows up the corruption and lies associated with the people pushing the manmade-global-climate-change idea on the world. Here, I end the aside. The presentation that was tied to the "National Climate Assessment Event" may have been broadcast on a cable channel, which may have given you a chance to see the presentation, but I, not having television with cable service available to me for the live event, saw the live presentation through computer. It opened with Dr. John P. Holdren, who gave general information and ended up acting as the host or master of ceremonies. One of the things that John Holdren said was that climate change is "not a distant treat....", and he noted that summers are getting longer, and he noted that wildfire seasons are starting earlier and ending late, and he noted that rain is getting heavier, and he noted that people are having more trouble with allergies. To me, the entire presentation, which was made up of a panel of seven (so-called) experts, who, for instance, talked about sea levels rising, "heavy rain events," and "more failure of sewer systems," was all scare tactics and was a boring affair, which provided no real facts. Through the presentation, it was noted that NOAA was heavily involved in putting the "report" together, and I note that NOAA is tied to "Climategate," which was event that showed up the liars involved in pushing the manmade-global-climate-change idea. Oh, by the way, the presentation only concentrated on the United States of America. What was really troubling and showed up the nonsense of the people was the entire event pushed the idea that only "man" (male humans and female humans) is the reason for the climate change. There was no talk about, for example, the changes in the sun or in the changes in the molten core in the center of the earth. And while I watched what I call the propaganda presentation, I kept thinking about how the ice ages of the planet have come and gone and how man did not start those ice ages or end those ice ages. Somewhere a bit beyond 10,000 years ago, there was an ice age affecting what is now the Great Lakes area, and the event made the Great Lakes, and it was a time when no icebreaker 100 times as tough as "The Mackinaw WAGB-83" is could have done anything to stop the ice. And while I watched the presentation, I already had information that Barack Obama was going to push more rotten regulations on the people of the United States of America based on the report, which, by the way, took about four years to make and involved around 300 writers. Yes, a group of rotten people can get together with other rotten people, such as 300 writers, and put together a rotten report! Keep in mind--The people who put together the report or will base decisions on the report hope idiots will think, because the report was put together over four years, it has to be good. So, on Tuesday, May 6, 2014, I watched a group of highly rotten people, who have the backing of a perceptual liar and rotten man known as Barack Hussein Obama, run off nonsense and lies and push "globalchange.gov" (a place for people to learn ignorance). I add--In relation to the future, it was all predictions related to computer models about the future, way in the future, and done at a time when people can barely predict that weather over the next few days.
Yes, it is getting hard to find anything good that is new on American television. For example, many prime-time programs are put together to push communistic ideals or promote the rotten man known as Barack Hussein Obama or push the gay agenda on society (which includes support for hatred between the sexes, as I show in the document entitled Gay Marriage: Promoting More Distrust, Ignorance, and Hate Between the Sexes, which can be reached through this Gay link). On April 22, 2014, I skipped watching television during prime time and went to YouTube to find a fun old movie, and, in fact, I was hoping to find something to recommend in this edition of T.H.A.T., such as to romantic lovers (made up of a man and a woman). I found something that a couple can sit and watch together, and when the video is finished, the two persons can feel good, having simply been entertained for entertainment sake and having not been put through something that makes a person feel uneasy or unhappy after seeing it. I found a 1937 movie called Jim Hanvey--Detective (though listed as "Jim Hanvey Detective" on YouTube). The quality of the film is a little weak, but I did not care. The movie features Guy Kibbee as Jim Hanvey, who ends up working to find a killer and the "Frost Necklace." Other featured players are Tom Brown, Lucie Kaye, Catharine Doucet, Edward Gargan, and Edward S. Brophy, the latter two of whom I have seen in other old movies. Edward Gargan and Edward S. Brophy were fun to see. Now, I make an aside here in one sentence. In the 1960s, I often watched "Bowery Boys" movies (such as those made in the 1940s) being shown in syndication on a television station in Detroit, and in many of those movies, a man named William Benedict played "Whitey" (one of the good guys). Well, William Benedict showed up on the screen in Jim Hanvey--Detective. He had an uncredited part. Look for the guy who says--"Great guns!" The movie only runs about 53 minutes, and if you are looking for something harmless and cute and somewhat short, track down Jim Hanvey--Detective on YouTube.
Remember: The Prisoner with Patrick McGoohan was a television show that was produced across the pond and shown on CBS-TV in the late 1960s, and I urge you to find The Prisoner on DVD, maybe from a library, and watch it, and you should show it--all the episodes--to teenagers, or buy it as a present for teenagers.
